Abstract

Empowerment is an effort to create changes in the human environment by using one's own efforts and abilities to meet the needs of life independently. Based on the situation analysis conducted in Muara Kumbang village, Kandis sub-district, Ogan Ilir district, it is very necessary to do community service with the theme of "Empowering Productive Economic Enterprises" (UEP) to improve the community's economic business. The PKM program was held on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 in Muara Kumbang village, Kandis District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. There were 25 participants in the training program. The method used consists of interviews and observations of participants regarding their understanding of the empowerment of productive economic enterprises. The results of the interview revealed that only about 40% of the participants understood it. In the final interview and observation, it showed changes and improvements, namely the increasing number of participants who understood the empowerment of productive economic enterprises, from only 40% to 80%.

Abstract

Pityriasis versicolor (PV) juga dikenal sebagai Tinea versicolor adalah infeksi jamur superfisial kronis pada kulit yang disebabkan oleh Malassezia furfur yang merupakan bagian dari banyak organisme mikroskopis yang biasanya hidup di kulit. Pityriasis versicolor umumnya menginfeksi daerah leher, wajah, badan, lengan, dan paha. Upaya yang harus dilakukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut adalah dengan penyuluhan untuk dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan seseorang, metode penyuluhan yang cukup efektif adalah peer education (pendidikan teman sebaya). Peer education merupakan pembelajaran yang dilakukan dengan memilih salah satu orang yang menjadi pendidik sebaya didalam kelompoknya, yang dilatih untuk megubah pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh peer education dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan pencegahan Pityriasis versicolor pada santri Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Kota Lhokseumawe. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian pra-eksperimental terhadap 132 sampel dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Hasil yang didapat saat penelitian di analisis dengan uji Wilcoxon dengan hasil p value = 0,000 (p<0,05) dan didapatkan nilai rata-rata pretest adalah 9,79 dan meningkat menjadi rata-rata 11,35 saat posttest. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh peer education terhadap pengetahuan pencegahan Pityriasis versicolor pada santri Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Kota Lhokseumawe.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relationship between organizational behavior and job satisfaction at PT Mayora Indah Tbk. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach and employs a literature review method, based on several previous journals and research reports. The results of the study indicate that the relationship between organizational behavior and job satisfaction shows that positive organizational behavior increases job satisfaction, which in turn can increase employee productivity and loyalty. These results help the management of PT. Mayora Indah Tbk develop better strategies to create a friendly work environment. It is hoped that this study will serve as a reference for further research on the relationship between organizational behavior and job satisfaction in various industries.
