Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis optimalisasi Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dalam pengembangan pariwisata Kuta Lombok Tengah. Pendapatan asli daerah merupakan aspek penting yang harus di kelola pemerintah dalam membangun perekonomian masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan peneliti adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Tehnik analisis data penelitian yaitu Reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa parawisata memberikan kontribusi yang baik pada Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) kabupaten Lombok Tengah, namun sisi lain pengembangan tempat wisata yang ada di Lombok Tengah belum maksimal dilakukan oleh pmerintah. Kerena disebabkan oleh kerjasama pemerintah dengan masyarakat belum berjalan dengan baik dan keberadaan tempat wisata tidak dapat dioptimalkan oleh pemerintah pusat, sehingga proses pembangunan perlu melibatkan pemerintah daerah agar sarana dan prasarana yang telah dibangun dapat memberikan manfaat secara berkelanjutan dan Kuta sekarang telah menjadi sorotan dan proyek strategis pemerintah pusat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and product competitiveness on sales value in the ketak woven industry in Nyiurbaya Village, Lingsar District. There are three formulations of the problem studied: (1) the effect of product quality significantly on sales value, (2) the effect of product competitiveness significantly on sales value, and (3) the effect of product quality and product competitiveness significantly on sales value. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the partial test (T test) show that the product quality variable (X1) has a significant value of 0.00, <0.05, with a t-count of 7.040> t-table 1.991, so that product quality has a significant effect on sales value. The product competitiveness variable (X2) also shows a significant value of 0.00, <0.05, with a t-count of 6.169> t-table 1.991, so that product competitiveness also has a significant effect on sales value. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) show that the significant value is 0.00 <0.05 with an F-count of 40.489> F-table 3.12, which means that product quality and product competitiveness together have a significant effect on sales value. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.513 indicates that 51.3% of the variation in sales value can be explained by product quality and competitiveness, while the rest is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much economic value of Senggigi nature tourism is seen from travel costs and to determine whether travel costs, time costs, respondent perceptions, substitution characteristics, individual income, facilities, education level, distance, and age affect the number of individual visits by domestic and foreign tourists in Gili Trawangan nature tourism in North Lombok Regency. The research method used is the survey sample method, and the respondent determination technique is the accidental sampling method where the sample is carefully selected so that it is relevant to the research design. The analysis used Multiple Regression Analysis with ten main variables, namely the number of visits (Y), travel costs (X1), time costs (X2), respondent perceptions (X3), substitution characteristics (X4), individual income (X5) Facilities (X6) Education level (X7) distance (X8) and age (X9). with the result Y = -11.026 - 1.22X1 + 1.48X2 + 1.45X3 - 2.26X4 -7.43X5 + 2.88X6 + 2.21X7 + 7.75X8 + 0.12X9. The partial test results show that the calculated Z value of the substitution characteristic variable, facility variable, education level variable and distance variable is greater than the t-table value (-2.464 > -1.960), (3.490 > 1.960), (2.564 > 1.960), (3.919 > 1.960), which means that the substitution characteristics, education level, facilities, and distance have a significant influence on the number of visits. Meanwhile, the variables of travel costs, time costs, respondent perceptions, income, and age do not have a significant effect on the number of visits. The test results simultaneously or equally show that the nine independent variables, namely travel costs, time costs, respondent perceptions, substitution characteristics, individual income, facilities, education level, distance and age have a real influence on the dependent variable (number of visits).

Abstract

This study aims to educate the public so that they can use mangosteen peel waste that has been consumed, so that it is not turned into useless waste, but can be used as a selling point that is beneficial for health and to help the creative economy for residents and SMEs in the hamlet. Ireng Daye, Jatisela Village, Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency. The method used in this study was direct observation, with a validation test of the efficacy of mangosteen peel coffee, the type of qualitative research, while the data sources used were primary and secondary data, namely finding and collecting various information and records, books, journals that related to the object of research. The problem faced is the local community's lack of awareness of the benefits of mangosteen peel so that the mangosteen peel waste is not responded to properly, due to the lack of human resources and knowledge of the benefits of mangosteen peel. The results showed that instant KBM powder contained alpha-mangostin levels of 0.59 mg/g, anthocyanins 1.13 mg/g, and phenolic levels of 8.49 mg/g per unit weight of dry sample. the conclusion of this study. In order to be used as a herbal medicinal product is mangosteen rind. The most popular benefit is to overcome heart disease, cancer and other degenerative diseases. In order to be useful as a business opportunity by various ways of packaging as original coffee powder drinks.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang desa menjelaskan bahwa pemerintah desa dianjurkan memiliki suatu lembaga perekonomian yaitu Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) adalah lembaga masyarakat sebagai wadah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan khususnya kebutuhan pokok. Adanya lembaga ini diharapkan dapat menggali potensi yang dimiliki oleh desa dan kemudian dikembangkan sebagai salah satu produk yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat. Seperti Pemerintah Desa Tua Nanga yang mendirikan sebuah Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) sejak tahun 2018. Harapannya, Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) ini dapat berperan secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) belum berperan secara maksimal dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Tua Nanga jika menggunakan indikator kesejahteraan yaitu pendapatan, konsumsi pengeluaran, pendidikan, kesehatan dan perumahan masyarakat. Selain itu pelaksanaan unit usaha juga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti ketersediaan Sumber Daya Alam (SDA) yang melimpah dan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat yang tinggi menjadi sebuah faktor pendukung program Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Sedangkan untuk faktor penghambatnya adalah rendahnya ketersediaan anggaran yang dimiliki Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) menjadi kendala dalam memaksimalkan program serta tidak adanya agenda sosialisasi yang pernah direncanakan ataupun dijalankan oleh pengurus Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Desa Tua Nanga sejak tahun 2018.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang memengaruhi minat beli konsumen melalui media online shopee pada Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah harga, kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, metode pembayaran, dan rating/ ulasan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling dengan metode penggumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 105 responden. Hasil penelitian uji parsial (t) menunjukkan bahwa harga (X1), kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi (X2), metode pembayaran (X3) dan rating/ ulasan (X4) berpengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap minat beli (Y). Sedangkan uji secara simultan harga (X1), kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi (X2), metode pembayaran (X3) dan rating/ ulasan (X4) berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap minat beli (Y) pada media online shopee (studi kasus pada mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram). E-commerce shopee, sebaiknya selalu mempertahankan harga produk, kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, selalu menginovasi metode pembayaran dan rating/ ulasan pada platformnya agar dapat meningkatkan minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of improving employee performance as a determining factor for organizational success, particularly through competency management, financial compensation, and organizational commitment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of competency and financial compensation on employee performance and to examine the role of organizational commitment as a moderating variable at PT. Astra Motor Mataram Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 50 employees. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that competency and financial compensation had a significant partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance. Furthermore, organizational commitment was found to moderate the influence of competency and financial compensation on employee performance. This study recommends that company leaders improve competency development, fair compensation systems, and strengthen organizational commitment to achieve optimal and sustainable employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing residents’ willingness to pay (WTP) and the amount they are willing to pay for solid waste management services in the BTN Pagesangan Indah Housing Complex, Mataram City. The research employs a quantitative descriptive approach using a survey method. A total of 60 household heads were selected through simple random sampling from a population of 178 households. Logistic regression analysis was applied to examine the factors affecting willingness to pay, while multiple linear regression was used to analyze the determinants of the amount of willingness to pay. The independent variables include household income, education level, number of household members, membership in environmental organizations, amount of waste generated, and perception of environmental quality. The results indicate that all independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on residents’ willingness to pay for waste management services. Partially, household income and education level significantly influence the amount of willingness to pay. The coefficient of determination shows that the model explains 43.8 percent of the variation in the amount of willingness to pay, while the remaining variation is influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings are expected to provide useful insights for policymakers in designing community-based waste management policies in urban residential areas.
