Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gender CEO dan keberagaman gender dalam susunan dewan komisaris terhadap kebijakan strategis green business perusahaan. Melalui pendekatan Teori Upper Echelons, penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa karakteristik manajerial, termasuk gender CEO, dapat mempengaruhi keputusan strategis perusahaan. CEO perempuan cenderung memiliki orientasi pemangku kepentingan yang lebih kuat dan lebih peka terhadap isu lingkungan, sementara perusahaan yang menerapkan green business biasanya diarahkan oleh tekanan dari stakeholder dan perhatian terhadap isu lingkungan. Dalam hal keberagaman gender dalam susunan dewan komisaris, kehadiran perempuan di dewan komisaris dapat mempengaruhi kebijakan strategis perusahaan menuju green business.Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka konsep Teori Upper Echelons dan premis bounded rationality untuk memahami bagaimana interpretasi individu manajemen puncak mempengaruhi keputusan strategis perusahaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur yang melibatkan penelitian sebelumnya tentang hubungan antara gender, kepemimpinan, dan keputusan strategis. Selain itu, juga dilakukan analisis terhadap laporan keuangan dan laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan-perusahaan yang dipimpin oleh CEO perempuan dan perusahaan dengan keberagaman gender dalam susunan dewan komisaris.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CEO perempuan cenderung mengambil keputusan strategis untuk mengarahkan perusahaan ke arah green business. Mereka lebih berorientasi pada pemangku kepentingan dan memiliki kesadaran yang lebih tinggi terhadap isu lingkungan. Selain itu, keberagaman gender dalam susunan dewan komisaris juga berperan penting dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis perusahaan. Semakin beragam gender dalam susunan dewan komisaris, semakin besar kemungkinan perusahaan mengadopsi kebijakan strategis untuk menerapkan green business.

Abstract

A developed region is the goal of development. Progress is meant here to be advanced economically, socially and the advancement of human resources owned by the region. Meanwhile, development is meant to build society as a whole, namely development that covers all aspects of society's life that can function. harmony and balance in all fields in order to create a just and prosperous society that is equally material and spiritual.This research uses descriptive analysis methods. The calculation of the numbers uses the formula for contribution, effectiveness, and measuring the efficiency ratio. Contribution Analysis is an analysis used to find out how much contribution can be made from Hotel and Restaurant tax revenues to the Original Regional Income of West Lombok Regency. Overall, for the hotel sector, tax levies in West Lombok Regency are in the ineffective category, because the actual tax that can be achieved is almost always below the predetermined target, with the exception of restaurant tax, the tax levy collected exceeds 100% or exceeds the predetermined target in the year 2022 and 2022 tax collection is in the very effective category.

Abstract

Financial literacy training is a strategic effort to enhance understanding and skills in managing finances, especially for teachers and parents who play a crucial role in family financial management. This community service program aims to equip participants with basic financial literacy knowledge, including financial planning, household budget management, debt management, and simple investments. This training also develops small entrepreneurship skills that can be conducted from home, such as utilizing digital technology for product marketing. The training program will be held on June 4, 2024, to improve financial management skills. The community service activities begin with a needs assessment through surveys and interviews, followed by preparing relevant training materials. Implementation is carried out through several theory and practice sessions that include simulations of financial management and small business operations. To ensure the sustainability of the training results, intensive monitoring and post-training assistance are conducted, along with an evaluation of the participants' application of financial literacy. The outcomes of this program are expected to improve the financial literacy of teachers and parents, enabling them to manage their family finances more wisely and increase their income through sustainable small businesses. This training is also anticipated to reduce economic disparities within the school environment and strengthen family economic resilience.

Abstract

Studi ini menganalisis akuisisi startup oleh korporasi besar, mengkaji motivasi, dampak, dan faktor kesuksesan dan kegagalan. Fokus pada pertumbuhan, akses inovasi, dan sinergi, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana akuisisi memengaruhi operasi, budaya, dan pertumbuhan startup serta kinerja finansial dan strategi korporasi. Menggunakan tinjauan literatur dari tahun 2018-2023, studi ini menyoroti risiko umum seperti kurangnya due diligence dan overpayment dalam proses akuisisi. Makalah ini berkontribusi memberikan wawasan komprehensif tentang dinamika akuisisi dalam konteks pasar teknologi yang berubah cepat.

Abstract

Strengthening and mastering financial literacy can increase the ability of MSME actors in managing their business finances. The activity of utilizing the Cashier Application on a cellphone can also facilitate financial recording, so that MSME actors can easily see the reports they need such as, Profit and loss reports, receivables, payables, and others contained in the Irea Lites Post Cashier application. This activity is also an actualization of the Chatur Dharma of Higher Education in the field of community service in responding to the low level of community literacy in the era of the rapidly developing digital world. The goal to be achieved from this community service activity is to increase the financial literacy of MSME actors in Lembar Selatan Village and to be able to improve their businesses. The results of this community service activity are the delivery of information related to how to record business finances, using the Cashier application, how to read financial reports in the Post Cashier Application.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana variasi bahasa terjadi pada komunikasi digital pada transakasi e-commerce di situs jual beli Tokopedia. Peneltian ini hanya membatasi pada kajian variasi bahasa dari sudut pandang penuturnya. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk variasi bahasa dan dan mengelompokkan kedalam jenisnya. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah kumpulan teks dialog diskusi transaksi pada situs jual beli online Tokopedia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat berbagai variasi bahasa dari aspek penutur yaitu Dialek bahasa daerah di indoensia, Register yang khas pada kegiatan jual beli online, model model sosiolek berdasarkan kelompok maysarakat, dan variasi bahasa kronolek.

Abstract

This research is about the impact of the Covid 19 container on hotel and restaurant tax receipts in West Lombok Regency. West Lombok Regency is a Regency that relies heavily on the tourism sector as a mainstay sector in terms of receiving regional income after the agricultural sector. In this study, the authors found that the tax contribution from the hotel and restaurant sector is the largest contributor to PAD (Regional Original Income) compared to other sectors. However, in 2020 where the Corona virus has been detected in Indonesia and Lombok Island in particular, revenue from this sector has decreased significantly. In the future, the West Lombok Regency Government should be able to look for other sources of income and not be too dependent on tourism, because according to the findings of researchers the nature of the tourism sector is very sensitive to various issues such as security and comfort issues, even a few security issues are not good then will immediately make the tourism sector hit. If we look at the past four years, the tourism sector on the island of Lombok has twice been hit hard, the first in 2018 an earthquake that paralyzed this sector, the second in 2020 due to the Corona virus, government efforts need to be made West Lombok Regency to seek new tax receipts other than hotels and restaurants.This research is about the impact of the Covid 19 container on hotel and restaurant tax receipts in West Lombok Regency. Abstract

Marketing strategy is an important aspect in increasing the number of tourist visits. In this research, the marketing strategy is carried out by the Komodo National Park, namely a conservation area. Marketing strategies, namely promotional strategies, are very important for visitors who visit Komodo National Park. The research method is qualitative research using primary and secondary data. The results of the research are marketing strategies seen from promotional strategies to increase the number of visitors visiting Komodo National Park.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang desa menjelaskan bahwa pemerintah desa dianjurkan memiliki suatu lembaga perekonomian yaitu Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) adalah lembaga masyarakat sebagai wadah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan khususnya kebutuhan pokok. Adanya lembaga ini diharapkan dapat menggali potensi yang dimiliki oleh desa dan kemudian dikembangkan sebagai salah satu produk yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat. Seperti Pemerintah Desa Tua Nanga yang mendirikan sebuah Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) sejak tahun 2018. Harapannya, Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) ini dapat berperan secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) belum berperan secara maksimal dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Tua Nanga jika menggunakan indikator kesejahteraan yaitu pendapatan, konsumsi pengeluaran, pendidikan, kesehatan dan perumahan masyarakat. Selain itu pelaksanaan unit usaha juga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti ketersediaan Sumber Daya Alam (SDA) yang melimpah dan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat yang tinggi menjadi sebuah faktor pendukung program Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Sedangkan untuk faktor penghambatnya adalah rendahnya ketersediaan anggaran yang dimiliki Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) menjadi kendala dalam memaksimalkan program serta tidak adanya agenda sosialisasi yang pernah direncanakan ataupun dijalankan oleh pengurus Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Desa Tua Nanga sejak tahun 2018.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing and consumer confidence on purchase satisfaction on the TikTok Shop platform. TikTok Shop is one of the short video-based social media that has now developed into a means of electronic commerce that is of interest to the public, especially the younger generation. The research method used is quantitative with causal approach (explanatory). The Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 50 respondents who had made purchases on TikTok Shop. The results showed that partially digital marketing does not have a positive effect on purchase satisfaction and for consumer confidence variables proved to have a positive effect on purchase satisfaction.But simultaneously, the results of the third hypothesis show that Digital marketing and consumer confidence contribute positively to increasing purchase satisfaction in TikTok Shop. These findings indicate that ineffective digital marketing strategies and efforts to build customer trust are important factors in creating a satisfying shopping experience on social media-based e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop
