Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gender CEO dan keberagaman gender dalam susunan dewan komisaris terhadap kebijakan strategis green business perusahaan. Melalui pendekatan Teori Upper Echelons, penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa karakteristik manajerial, termasuk gender CEO, dapat mempengaruhi keputusan strategis perusahaan. CEO perempuan cenderung memiliki orientasi pemangku kepentingan yang lebih kuat dan lebih peka terhadap isu lingkungan, sementara perusahaan yang menerapkan green business biasanya diarahkan oleh tekanan dari stakeholder dan perhatian terhadap isu lingkungan. Dalam hal keberagaman gender dalam susunan dewan komisaris, kehadiran perempuan di dewan komisaris dapat mempengaruhi kebijakan strategis perusahaan menuju green business.Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka konsep Teori Upper Echelons dan premis bounded rationality untuk memahami bagaimana interpretasi individu manajemen puncak mempengaruhi keputusan strategis perusahaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur yang melibatkan penelitian sebelumnya tentang hubungan antara gender, kepemimpinan, dan keputusan strategis. Selain itu, juga dilakukan analisis terhadap laporan keuangan dan laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan-perusahaan yang dipimpin oleh CEO perempuan dan perusahaan dengan keberagaman gender dalam susunan dewan komisaris.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CEO perempuan cenderung mengambil keputusan strategis untuk mengarahkan perusahaan ke arah green business. Mereka lebih berorientasi pada pemangku kepentingan dan memiliki kesadaran yang lebih tinggi terhadap isu lingkungan. Selain itu, keberagaman gender dalam susunan dewan komisaris juga berperan penting dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis perusahaan. Semakin beragam gender dalam susunan dewan komisaris, semakin besar kemungkinan perusahaan mengadopsi kebijakan strategis untuk menerapkan green business.

Abstract

 Salah satu usaha yang dikembangkan oleh masyarakat adalah usaha kerupuk Kerupuk merupakan makanan khas Indonesia dan sudah dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Kerupuk atom hampir sama dengan kerupuk amplang dan kerupuk lainnya, namun perbedaan kerupuk ini terdapat pada bentuk dan proses pengolahannya yaitu tidak melalui pengukusan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak perkembangan produksi kerupuk atom dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dan factor pendukung dan penghambat  produksi kerupuk atom. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam skripsi adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Jenis penelitian mengunakan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis datanya yaitu mengunakan metode  Data Reduction (Reduksi Data), Data Display (penyajian data), Conclusion Vervication (Penarikan Kesimpulan) .Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Dengan adanya pendapatan yang tinggi  dan dapat meningkatkan ekonomi yang baik, bisa membawa dampak dalam kehidupan masyarakat di Desa Empang Atas Kecamatan Empang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari maupun pembelian barang-barang mewah seperti: kulkas, emas, motor, hp, tanah, rumah, dan lain-lain. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat industri kerupuk atom dalam peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat meliputi rasa, alat pembuatan, kemasaran, pemasaran,  harga dan belum BPOM. Kerrupuk atom di Desa Empang Atas Kecamatan Empang perlu di bina dan dipromosikan lebih luas.

Abstract

A developed region is the goal of development. Progress is meant here to be advanced economically, socially and the advancement of human resources owned by the region. Meanwhile, development is meant to build society as a whole, namely development that covers all aspects of society's life that can function. harmony and balance in all fields in order to create a just and prosperous society that is equally material and spiritual.This research uses descriptive analysis methods. The calculation of the numbers uses the formula for contribution, effectiveness, and measuring the efficiency ratio. Contribution Analysis is an analysis used to find out how much contribution can be made from Hotel and Restaurant tax revenues to the Original Regional Income of West Lombok Regency. Overall, for the hotel sector, tax levies in West Lombok Regency are in the ineffective category, because the actual tax that can be achieved is almost always below the predetermined target, with the exception of restaurant tax, the tax levy collected exceeds 100% or exceeds the predetermined target in the year 2022 and 2022 tax collection is in the very effective category.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation and service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri Taspen. A quantitative approach with simple random sampling method was used to collect data from 91 customers in Mataram City, NTB. Data were obtained through an online questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS. The validity test with Pearson correlation indicated a very strong and significant relationship between service quality, product innovation, and customer satisfaction, with a correlation value above 0.98 at the 99% significance level. In addition, the reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha gave a value of 0.997, which indicates that the measurement instrument has a very high level of internal consistency. The results showed that product innovation and service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with unstandardized coefficients of 1.332 and -0.351, respectively. The R Square value of 0.990 indicates that these two variables explain 99% of the variation in customer satisfaction. This research is in line with previous studies that emphasize the importance of product innovation in improving customer satisfaction. Bank Mandiri Taspen is advised to continue to innovate their products and improve aspects of service quality that may be less satisfying for customers. Future research is recommended to explore other factors such as customer trust and user experience in the context of digital banking

Abstract

Strengthening and mastering financial literacy can increase the ability of MSME actors in managing their business finances. The activity of utilizing the Cashier Application on a cellphone can also facilitate financial recording, so that MSME actors can easily see the reports they need such as, Profit and loss reports, receivables, payables, and others contained in the Irea Lites Post Cashier application. This activity is also an actualization of the Chatur Dharma of Higher Education in the field of community service in responding to the low level of community literacy in the era of the rapidly developing digital world. The goal to be achieved from this community service activity is to increase the financial literacy of MSME actors in Lembar Selatan Village and to be able to improve their businesses. The results of this community service activity are the delivery of information related to how to record business finances, using the Cashier application, how to read financial reports in the Post Cashier Application.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low understanding of Al Wafi IBS students on the Sirah Nabawiyyah subject. The purposes of this study were: (1) to determine the use of social media Yutube as a means of learning siroh nabawiyah, and (2) to determine learning outcomes before and after the implementation of the use of youtube social media on student learning outcomes. The method in this study uses descriptive quantitative methods, as well as how to collect data used are interviews, observation, and recording. Analyzing data using data reduction methods, presenting data, and making conclusions. The results of the study show that: (1) there is a significant effect between the use of YouTube social media on the learning outcomes of the seventh grade students of Sirah Nabawiyyah at Al Wafi IBS. The magnitude of the effect is 42.3%, and (2) the use of students' YouTube social media can be said to be moderate (good). This is obtained from the results of student questionnaires with details of 78.6% Keywords: Youtube Social Media, Sirah Nabawiyyah Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Country Of Origin, Brand Image, Product Quality, and Price on Consumers Purchase Decisions of Wardah Cosmetic Products at Valette shop Cosmetic Stores. This type of research is quantitative with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression which aims to determine how much influence each independent variable has on purchasing decisions. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Country Of Origin has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions of Wardah Cosmetic Products. 2) Brand Image has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions of Wardah Cosmetic Products. 3) Product Quality has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions of Wardah Cosmetic Products. 4) Price has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions of Wardah Cosmetic Products.
