Abstract

Technological developments have facilitated access to online lending services (pinjol), but behind this convenience lies many risks, especially for rural communities that have low financial literacy. This service activity was carried out in Moyo Village, Sumbawa Regency, with the aim of increasing community awareness about the dangers of illegal pinjol and building economic resilience against digital loan sharks. Through counseling methods, group discussions, case studies, and simulations, participants were given an understanding of the differences between legal and illegal pinjol, legal and social impacts, and how to manage finances wisely. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding, especially regarding the risks of high interest rates, intimidation, and data misuse. The program also successfully equipped the community with financial management strategies such as saving, budgeting, and avoiding excessive consumption. With this program, it is hoped that the people of Moyo Village can avoid digital debt and be more independent in managing their finances.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berfokus pada pengembangan social entrepreneurship di Desa Marente, Kecamatan Alas, Kabupaten Sumbawa, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi komunitas usaha mikro. Melalui program ini, kami memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pelaku usaha mikro mengenai konsep social entrepreneurship, manajemen usaha, dan strategi pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi kelompok, dan praktik langsung, yang bertujuan untuk membangun keterampilan dan pengetahuan peserta dalam mengelola usaha mereka secara lebih efektif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang pentingnya inovasi dan tanggung jawab sosial dalam berbisnis. Selain itu, peserta juga mendapatkan akses ke jaringan pasar yang lebih luas dan informasi mengenai sumber daya yang dapat mendukung usaha mereka. Dengan demikian, program ini diharapkan dapat mendorong pertumbuhan usaha mikro yang berkelanjutan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Marente. Keberhasilan inisiatif ini memberikan model yang dapat diterapkan di desa-desa lain yang memiliki potensi serupa, sehingga dapat berkontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi lokal secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Based on observations made by researchers , Researchers​ find that  student student Still Not yet enthusiastic in develop motivation and creativity that they have. For this purpose, teachers are required to raise learning motivation and develop the potential and creativity of students. Answering this challenge, efforts are needed through the development of activities that can channel the potential for creativity and the spirit of eduprenership. Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively evaluate the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM), one of Indonesia's leading cigarette manufacturers, during the turbulent period of 2019–2023. Using a descriptive-quantitative study design, this analysis applies a series of financial ratios, including liquidity, solvency, profitability, and efficiency as well as DuPont decomposition to dissect the determinants of Return on Equity (ROE). Secondary data were extracted from the company's annual reports and audited financial statements published through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Key findings indicate significant pressure on GGRM’s profitability, reflected in sharp declines in Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). This decline is primarily driven by faster-growing cost of goods sold than revenue growth, particularly due to the government’s aggressive increase in tobacco excise taxes (CHT). The DuPont analysis confirms that the decline in ROE is predominantly driven by the erosion of net profit margins, despite an increase in financial leverage. Meanwhile, liquidity ratios remain at healthy levels, but solvency ratios indicate an increase in risk as debt levels rise to fund expansion. The contribution of this research lies in presenting a narrative-analytical analysis that links quantitative data with regulatory and corporate strategy contexts, providing managerial implications and insights for investors in assessing the company's resilience and prospects amid industry challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh User Generated Content (UGC), Influencer TikTok, dan Live Shopping terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion thrifting pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial, khususnya TikTok, yang tidak hanya menjadi media hiburan tetapi juga memengaruhi perilaku konsumsi generasi Z, termasuk dalam tren pembelian produk fashion thrifting. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan alat SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen secara signifikan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. UGC berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai t-statistic 2,512 dan p-value 0,012. Influencer TikTok juga berpengaruh positif signifikan dengan t-statistic 2,350 dan p-value 0,019. Live Shopping menjadi variabel paling dominan dengan t-statistic 2,723 dan p-value 0,006. Temuan ini mendukung teori Stimulus–Organism–Response (S-O-R), di mana stimulus berupa konten digital memengaruhi persepsi dan emosi konsumen, yang kemudian mendorong respons dalam bentuk keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pemanfaatan konten UGC yang autentik, pemilihan influencer yang kredibel, serta optimalisasi fitur live shopping sebagai strategi pemasaran yang efektif di kalangan konsumen Gen Z.

Abstract

Era digital telah memicu pergeseran paradigma fundamental dalam manajemen pemasaran, menuntut adaptasi berkelanjutan dari para akademisi dan praktisi. Penelitian ini menyajikan Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis (SLR) untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis tren-tren dominan yang membentuk lanskap pemasaran modern. Dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja PRISMA, penelitian ini menganalisis 35 artikel peer-reviewed yang relevan dari database Scopus dan Web of Science yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2015 dan 2025. Analisis tematik mengungkapkan lima tren konvergen yang saling terkait: (1) Imperatif Pemasaran Berbasis Data, yang menekankan peran sentral big data analytics dalam pengambilan keputusan; (2) Kebangkitan Otomatisasi Cerdas, didorong oleh Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) untuk personalisasi dan efisiensi; (3) Dominasi Ekosistem Sosial, yang menyoroti pengaruh media sosial dan influencer marketing terhadap perilaku konsumen; (4) Mandat Hiper-Personalisasi, yang menempatkan pengalaman pelanggan (CX) yang disesuaikan sebagai inti dari strategi kompetitif; dan (5) Kompas Etis dan Berkelanjutan, yang mencerminkan meningkatnya permintaan konsumen akan tanggung jawab perusahaan. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa tren-tren ini tidak beroperasi secara terpisah, melainkan saling memperkuat, menciptakan lingkungan yang kompleks di mana kemampuan teknologi harus diimbangi dengan kepekaan etis. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kesenjangan signifikan dalam literatur, termasuk kurangnya studi longitudinal tentang kepercayaan konsumen, kebutuhan akan kerangka kerja tata kelola AI yang praktis, dan tantangan adopsi teknologi bagi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM). Dengan mensintesis lanskap penelitian saat ini, artikel ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi para akademisi untuk mengarahkan penelitian di masa depan dan bagi para praktisi untuk menavigasi kompleksitas manajemen pemasaran kontemporer secara strategis.

Abstract

Social Sciences (Social Sciences) comes from United States educational literature. In English IPS is defined as "Social Studies." This term was first used as the name of an institution called the Committee of Social Studies. Social science was born in the 17th and 18th centuries by Habbes and Locke from 1920-1930. The history of social science focused on the impact of violations. From 1930 to 1940, various consequences of depression as a result of crime arose. The method used in the journal is a literature review taken from articles from 1998 to 2022. The definition of social studies according to Edgar Bruce Wesley in 1937 (Barr, Bart and Shermis, 1977:2), namely: The social studies are the social sciences simplified for pedagogical purposes” Social Sciences are simplified for educational purposes. Which includes aspects, such as science, history, economics, politics, sociology, anthropology, psychology, geography and philosophy, which are practically used in learning in schools and universities. The research used a literature review in four journals from 2018 to 2023. The connection between the history of social sciences and social science learning in schools needs to be understood that the bond between history and social sciences cannot be broken. Basically, history is a diachronic science. The meaning of this is that the knowledge is presented lengthwise over time and narrowly over space. On the other hand, social science is a synchronic science. The meaning of this is that knowledge is described as narrowing over time and expanding over space.
