Abstract

This decision support system was created to assist the school in making decisions related to the problem of selecting scholarships for students who really deserve to get scholarships, where the process of selecting scholarships for underprivileged students is still done manually. From each prospective scholarship recipient will be selected based on criteria, these criteria consist of parents' occupations, parents' income, number of dependents of parents and the average value of report cards. The method used in the scholarship selection process is the WP method. The WP method or the Weighted Product method is one of the methods used in helping the decision-making process by multiplying, where each attribute rating will be raised to the power of each weight. After that, the final result of the calculation of the Weighted Product method will be a ranking process that will determine the chosen alternative in the process of determining scholarship acceptance. The purpose of this research is to assist the school in the process of selecting scholarships for underprivileged students. The design of this decision support system uses Unified Modeling Language diagrams and is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the calculations that have been carried out using the Weighted Product method, the results with the highest value are found in alternative A8 with a value of 0.2012 so that alternative A8 is the best alternative and can be used as a recommendation for prospective scholarship recipients

Abstract

This study aims to provide socialization about the importance of health data security and information in the implementation of electronic medical records at Puskesmas Botania. Community Service activities were carried out by involving officers through Focus Group Discussions at Puskesmas Botania. The results show that e-Puskesmas has not fulfilled the principles of confidentiality, integrity, and data availability, so it can be accessed by unauthorized parties. In addition, the recording of electronic medical records in e-Puskesmas needs to be improved to facilitate data changes and the availability of health data related to BPJS patient claims. The PkM team recommends the use of individual usernames and passwords, automatic log off feature, network access blocking, data encryption, and integration with the BPJS Health application and data back up process to maintain patient data security.

Abstract

Kelengkapan persetujuan tindakan kedokteran (informed consent) sangat penting karena mempengaruhi aspek hukum rekam medis dan mutu rekam medis, sehingga diperlukan pelaksanaan yang maksimal untuk pengisian persetujuan tindakan kedokteran. Dari hasil observasi dan wawancara di Rumah Sakit X Batam bahwa pengisian formulir informed consent ada beberapa yang tidak terisi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kelengkapan pengisian informed consent di Rumah Sakit X Batam. Metode penelitian yang dipakai di penelitian ini memakai metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melakukan checklist. Hasil penelitian menunjukan persentase kelengkapan lembar informed consent di Rumah Sakit X Batam pada identifikasi pasien lengkap sebesar 100 %. Sedangkan pada informed yang lengkap sebesar 70%, tidak lengkap sebesar 30%. Pada consent yang lengkap sebesar 77%, tidak lengkap sebesar 23%. Sedangkan pada keterbacaan lengkap sebesar 100%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu hasil analisis dari kelengkapan pengisian informed consent masih belum terisi lengkap. Jumlah dari persentase kelengkapan sebesar 87%, dan tidak lengkap sebesar 13%.

Abstract

The development of technology at this time has progressed very rapidly, especially in application software on computers. One application program that is currently developing along with information and communication technology is Microsoft office which can be used to perform document processing and administration. Microsoft Office is deemed necessary to be taught to students regarding the use of these applications, especially Microsoft Excel applications in order to improve students' abilities in using formulas in Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Excel is part of Microsoft Office which is often used for processing numbers. The method used is the tutorial method (assistance), question and answer and direct practice using the application. The material presented consists of an introduction to functions and formulas in Microsoft Excel. There were 12 participants who took part in this activity. This activity begins with the delivery of material in the form of a presentation (tutorial) and the material presented is immediately practiced by students.

Abstract

In the era of electronic medical records, it is important to computerize the control system for medical record files to facilitate recording, borrowing, returning, controlling, and managing medical records. By implementing a computerized system, it becomes easier for officers to record, borrow, return, control, and locate medical record files that are taken out of storage. The computerized system eliminates the need for manual record-keeping and ensures proper control and management of medical records, reducing the risk of loss and misfiling. This study focuses on observations made at the Awal Bros Hospital Medical Record Unit in Batam, where missfile incidents occurred frequently, leading to duplicate medical record files and unreliable patient data, as well as wastage of forms. The objective of this research is to raise awareness among officers about a desktop-based computerized medical record control system, with the aim of reducing the loss of medical record documents and occurrences of misfiling. The community service activity was conducted at Awal Bros Batam Hospital in May 2023 and involved lectures and question-and-answer sessions with IT officers and medical record personnel. The outcome of this activity was the socialization of a prototype desktop-based computerized medical record control system to be implemented for storing and retrieving patient medical record files at Awal Bros Hospital Batam. An evaluation of the system was obtained from the participants after the socialization. In conclusion, this community service initiative successfully increased the knowledge of officers in the Medical Record Unit, particularly in the Filing section, regarding the control of computerized medical records.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengumpulan data Posyandu Remaja sangatlah penting, karena data tersebut yang akan digunakan untuk memantau status kesehatan setiap orang. Pengumpulan data Posyandu disesuaikan pada Sistem Informasi Posyandu (SIP), namun dalam pelaksanaannya Posyandu masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pelayanan dan pengoperasiannya, mengakibatkan kader merasa kesulitan dalam melakukan pemantauan seluruh peserta akibatnya memperlambat kinerja para kader Posyandu. Penggunaan teknologi sistem informasi dapat membantu jalannya proses pekerjaan agar lebih cepat dan akurat. Aplikasi berbasis Open Data Kit (ODK) merupakan aplikasi pengumpulan data di lapangan berbasis mobile app, yang menggantikan formulir kertas yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data berbasis survey, salah satunya aplikasi Kobo Toolbox. Urgensi pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini karena proses pengumpulan data oleh kader di Posyandu masih dilakukan secara manual, kader juga belum pernah dilakukan pelatihan terkait aplikasi pengumpulan data. Kegiatan ini bertujuan melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan aplikasi Kobo Toolbox untuk pengumpulan data kesehatan. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini yaitu kader Posyandu Remaja Healthy Teenagers di Kel. Bengkong Indah. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tangggal 2 hingga 8 September 2024. Tim terdiri dari 2 orang dosen dan dibantu oleh 2 orang mahasiswa Program Studi D-3 Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan, dengan peserta kader Posyandu Remaja sebanyak 8 orang. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini meliputi observasi dan wawancara kepada mitra untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan, persiapan tim, perijinan, dan pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan ini antara lain pengetahuan kader Posyandu Remaja meningkat terhadap pentingnya tugas dan kewajiban mereka dalam pengumpulan dan pelaporan data kesehatan, memberikan informasi aplikasi berbasis digital kepada kader berupa agar pengumpulan data kesehatan lebih efektif dan efisien, serta kemampuan kader menggunakan aplikasi berbasis digital meningkat dalam mengelola data kesehatan di Posyandu. Kesimpulannya bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Kobo Toolbox dalam pengumpulan dan pelaporan data kesehatan di Posyandu secara digital dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan kemampuan para kader Posyandu Remaja lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Currently, all Primary Health Facilities (FKTP) are required to implement electronic medical records. Their use can improve efficiency in patient data management, ease access to medical information, and enable real-time data sharing. Analyzing user acceptance is necessary for the transition to electronic medical records. Some users are unfamiliar with how to operate electronic medical records due to a lack of socialization, and unrestricted user access rights are also a barrier. The lack of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for electronic medical records implementation also contributes to inadequate implementation. The purpose of this study was to analyze user acceptance of the implementation of electronic medical records using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) based on perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward use, behavioral intention to use, and actual use. This study was a quantitative descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. The study location was Kijang Community Health Center, with electronic medical record users as the subjects. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, with questionnaires serving as the research instrument. The results of the analysis of user acceptance of electronic medical records using the TAM method on the aspect of perceived ease of use of 87.5%, on the aspect of perceived usefulness of 80.5%, on the aspect of attitude toward using of 86.1%, on the aspect of behavioral intention to use of 84.7%, and related to the aspect of actual use of 85.1%. Conclusion: user acceptance of the implementation of electronic medical records at the Kijang Health Center based on the TAM method is that electronic medical records are considered easy to use, and provide benefits in carrying out work by users. In addition, it is considered to provide comfort when doing work, users also want to continue using it, and its implementation is in accordance with the modules and guidelines.

Abstract

Coding accuracy is very important in medical records. This is related to the use of medical records seen from the administrative aspect, medical aspect, legal aspect, financial aspect, research aspect and documentation aspect. Code accuracy produces good medical records that can be used as a source of decision making. The diagnosis code is considered appropriate and accurate if it matches the patient’s condition. The aim of this study was to find out the causal factors and percentage of ICD- 10 code occurrence in the diagnosis of outpatients at the Kijang Public Health Center. The research method used is quantitative descriptif by using independent cross-sectiational bonding. The analysis of the accuracy of codes diagnosed in correct patients was 66.7% or 66 cases and the inaccurate diagnoses were 33.3% or 33 cases. The influencing factors are man, method and material.

Abstract

Dalam upaya melakukan pengajuan klaim JKN, rumah sakit memiliki beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan pengembalian berkas. Umumnya disebabkan ketidaktepatan diagnosis dan ketidaklengkapan dokumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penyebab pengembalian klaim JKN rawat jalan di RS Awal Bros Batam. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu analisis kualitatif, lokasi di RS Awal Bros Batam pada bulan Februari 2025. Sebanyak 6 orang petugas di Unit Casemix sebagai subjek, dan berkas BPJS Kesehatan Rawat Jalan periode Triwulan IV sebanyak 53.226 berkas sebagai objek. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan studi dokumen. Dari hasil penelitian, pelaksanaan proses pengajuan klaim JKN pada pelayanan rawat jalan di RS Awal Bros Batam sudah memenuhi persyaratan administrasi kelengkapan pengajuan klaim BPJS Kesehatan, akan tetapi belum ada Standar Prosedur Operasional (SPO) dan Pedoman Internal yang mengatur terkait proses pelaksanaan pengajuan klaim. Pada periode trimester IV tahun 2024, sebanyak 4.352 (11.1%) pengembalian berkas klaim JKN di RS Awal Bros Batam, penyebab paling banyak pada Indikasi Kontrol Berulang (Pregmentasi) sebesar 4.286 berkas. Faktor penyebab pengembalian klaim JKN antara lain ketidaktepatan pemberian kode diagnosis, ketidaklengkapan dokumen, serta tidak adanya SOP dan pedoman internal pelaksanaan BPJS Kesehatan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu Pregmentasi Dalam Waktu Satu Minggu merupakan penyebab pengembalian klaim JKN rawat jalan terbanyak.
