Abstract

AbstractThe writing of this paper discusses repackaging information on  Songket Pandai Sikek Minangkabau. The purpose of this paper is to describe the repackaging of Songket Pandai Sikek Minangkabau information. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive methods. Data collected through observation and interviews with the owners of the Songket Pandai Sikek Crafts, craftsmen, employees of the Songket Pandai Sikek souvenir shop, and buyers of the Pek Sikek Songket. Based on the discussion it was concluded that the stages of making repackaging information on Songket Pandai Sikek Minangkabau, as follows: 1) identifying user needs; 2) information gathering; 3) packaging information, including cover, preface, table of contents, core discussion and cover; 4); determine the target audience; 5) product evaluation and manufacturing process.Keywords: repack, pandai sikek, Minangkabau

Abstract

This decision support system was created to assist the school in making decisions related to the problem of selecting scholarships for students who really deserve to get scholarships, where the process of selecting scholarships for underprivileged students is still done manually. From each prospective scholarship recipient will be selected based on criteria, these criteria consist of parents' occupations, parents' income, number of dependents of parents and the average value of report cards. The method used in the scholarship selection process is the WP method. The WP method or the Weighted Product method is one of the methods used in helping the decision-making process by multiplying, where each attribute rating will be raised to the power of each weight. After that, the final result of the calculation of the Weighted Product method will be a ranking process that will determine the chosen alternative in the process of determining scholarship acceptance. The purpose of this research is to assist the school in the process of selecting scholarships for underprivileged students. The design of this decision support system uses Unified Modeling Language diagrams and is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the calculations that have been carried out using the Weighted Product method, the results with the highest value are found in alternative A8 with a value of 0.2012 so that alternative A8 is the best alternative and can be used as a recommendation for prospective scholarship recipients

Abstract

Indirect registration is conducted online with the aim of reducing patient accumulation caused by lengthy registration times. The online registration system implemented by Awal Bros Hospital Batam offers four options: registration through the Haloawalbros application, Stardok, Chatbot (specifically for online registration via WhatsApp), and the Mobile JKN application for BPJS patients. This study aims to determine the procedures for the online appointment registration system at Awal Bros Hospital Batam. The research methodology includes population sampling techniques and operational definitions of research variables. Based on the research findings, Awal Bros Hospital Batam has successfully implemented an online appointment registration system. Four applications are available for conducting online appointments at Awal Bros Hospital Batam: Haloawalbros, Stardok, Chatbot with WhatsApp, and the Mobile JKN application for BPJS-insured patients.

Abstract

A hospital is one of the subsystems of health services that organizes two types of services for the community, namely health services and administrative services. Health services include medical services, medical rehabilitation and care services. Every health service or hospital should be proud if every patient who visits continues to increase, the increase in patients can be seen from the changes in the existing graph of the number of patient visits. The number of patient visits that continues to increase greatly affects the smooth running of each health service, because patients who often visit have high trust in the health service they visit. The number of visits for inpatients for postpartum care based on age, disease, and gender is 115 visits, the number of visits for care patients based on age, disease, and gender is 37 visits. It can be concluded that medical records officers should write down inpatient data completely and clearly in the register book, good communication between medical records officers and doctors treating patients should be good so that the diagnosis written by the doctor in the patient's medical record is easy to read.

Abstract

The implementation of the INA-CBG system still faces several challenges, including the discrepancy between actual hospital costs and INA-CBG costs. These challenges can be minimized using a comprehensive information system. A Clinical Decision Support System is a system designed to support practitioner decision-making in the clinical management of patients, including the implementation of INA-CBGs. The purpose of this study is to design a CDSS for the implementation of INA-CBGs. This research uses a qualitative method with an Action Research approach divided into four stages, namely (1) Diagnosing Action by identifying challenges and analyzing user needs related to features, databases and display design, (2) Planning Action is carried out by designing Flowcharts, Use Case Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams and Prototypes, (3) Taking Action is carried out by designing interface designs using figma which can be accessed via the link https://bit.ly/EvaluasiSistemCDSS and (4) Evaluation which shows the CDSS System score in the implementation of INA-CBG's obtained from the evaluation is above the average global SUS score of 75 and it can be said that the CDSS system in the implementation of INA-CBG's can be accepted by users as a system that can help users in controlling costs.

Abstract

Pekerjaan di berbagai area pada suatu institusi asuhan kesehatan bisa sangat terhambat oleh pengelolaan rekam medis yang jelek. Oleh karena itu, praktisi informasi kesehatan perlu sekali menciptakan sistem dan prosedur untuk menomori, mengarsipkan, mendistribusikan, menyimpan, dan memelihara informasi kesehatan secara efisien di seluruh fasilitas. Rekam medis pada hampir semua fasilitas asuhan kesehatan diarsipkan menurut angka sesuai dengan nomor rekam medis pasien. Sistem penomoran adalah salah satu sistem dari penyelenggaraan rekam medis dimana semua pasien yang datang ke instansi pelayanan kesehatan diberikan suatu nomor rekam medis yang berfungsi sebagai salah satu identitas. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah sebelumnya menggunakan sistem penyimpanan personal folder akibatnya semua informasi pada satu keluarga tidak terkumpul. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan cara mengenalkan sistem penomoran keluarga atau disebut family folder, maka tim pengabdian memberikan bantuan berupa sosialisasi kepada petugas, dimulai dengan melakukan pengecekan dengan kartu keluarga pasien. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dimulai dengan analisis situasi, tujuannya agar permasalahan dapat diidentifikasikan dengan tepat, sehingga solusi yang diberikan dapat sesuai dengan permasalahan mitra. Langkah selanjutnya adalah dengan memberikan bantuan berupa sosialisasi. Harapan utama kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat memberikan pengenalan rekam medis mengenai sistem penomoran keluarga. Dimana dengan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan ini diharapkan informasi klinis dapat berkesinambungan karena semua data dan informasi mengenai pasien dan pelayanan berada dalam satu folder dan setiap pasien hanya mempunyai satu kartu berobat yang digunakan oleh seluruh keluarga pada sarana pelayanan kesehatan.

Abstract

This community service was conducted through the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach to enhance the quality of early childhood education at TK Islam Harapan Ibu. Through active involvement from the school, parents, and community, this community service program aims to identify, plan, implement, and evaluate activities focused on the movement to care for the school's toy scope and integrate the Green School program. In this study, a significant improvement in children's engagement and creativity during learning activities using toys was found. Strong support from educators and parents played a crucial role in the success of this program. The sustainability of the movement to care for the school's toy scope and integration of the Green School program are expected to continue to develop and make a significant contribution to improving the quality of early childhood education in the community. Keywords: Environmental Care, School Toys, Green School Programs, Early Childhood

Abstract

\This study aims to analyze the conflict surrounding the rejection of the Methodist Church construction in Pematang Seleng Village, Labuhanbatu Regency, from a sociological perspective. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were gathered through observations, interviews, and literature reviews. The findings reveal that the conflict is driven by socio-cultural, political, economic, and religious factors. Socio-cultural factors are related to the norms and values of the predominantly Muslim local community, while political factors encompass both local and national interests. Economic factors include concerns over the potential depletion of local economic resources, and religious factors involve fears of Christianization and religious disparities. The conflict exemplifies the complexity of inter-religious relations in Indonesia, underscoring that tolerance and pluralism remain significant challenges. The study recommends resolving the conflict through inter-religious dialogue, education on tolerance and pluralism, law enforcement, and governmental efforts to promote harmonious inter-religious relations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about activities to develop the art of reading the Al-Qur'an, which is one of the extra-school activities whose aim is to develop and improve students' recitation skills so that they are able to read the Al-Qur'an well, correctly according to the rules and are able to reciting the rhythm in reading the Koran. This research is training research (Skills). As for the results of the research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the implementation of coaching the art of reading the Al-Qur'an in improving students' recitation skills at MAN 1 Tanah Datar Plus Skills is still not good, because the implementation is still not running effectively and there are still many obstacles that occur. in these activities. The obstacles in improving recitation skills are, there are still students who are not fluent in pronouncing letters or makharijul letters, as well as recitation, there is no special supervision from the school, then there is a lack of interest and motivation of students, which at the beginning of this activity was held by many. come. Then, only one or two students took part who were serious about taking part. Efforts that must be made are providing motivation and strict supervision from the school for these activities. As well as instilling a sense of love for the Al-Qur'an in students so that they are more enthusiastic in participating in training in the art of reading the Al-Qur'an

Abstract

Rekam medis adalah berkas yang berisi adalah suatu berkas yang berisikan catatan dan dokumen tentang identitas pasien, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan dan pelayanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien. Rekam medis harus diisi selengkap-lengkapnya sesuai peraturan permenkes, maka dilakukan sosialisasi tentang pentingnya keterisian rekam medis pada fasilitas kesehatan guna meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa SMAN 8 Batam terkait rekam medis. Materi yang disampaikan yaitu tentang rumah sakit, puskesmas, rekam medis, isi dari rekam medis, manfaat dari rekam medis, serta hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan rekam medis pasien di rumah sakit atau fasilitas kesehatan lainnya. Materi yang disampaikan dapat dipahami dengan baik oleh peserta, peserta juga cukup aktif dalam mengikuti kegiatan PKM. Karena keterbatasan jumlah peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini, maka sangat disayangkan seluruh siswa kelas 12 tidak dapat mengikuti kegiatan PKM yang membahas tentang rekam medis guna menambah pengetahuan siswa SMAN 8 Batam tentang rekam medis.
