Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of product differentiation on customer satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory research. The samples in this study were 118 students in UB user iPhone. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. Methods of data collection by questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there is influence between product differentiation on customer satisfaction. From the calculations it is known that the Ftest Fvalue = 31.244 > F 1.968 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.5. Partially known only variable shape, quality / grade performance, reliability, easily repaired, style, and design that significantly influence customer satisfaction. In addition to the F test and t-test, known R2 value of R Square of 0.723, which means the magnitude of the independent variable on the dependent variable of 72.3 % Keywords: Product Differentiation, Customer SatisfactionAbstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh diferensiasi produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 118 orang mahasiswa pengguna iPhone di Universitas Brawijaya Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang antara diferensiasi produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dari perhitungan uji F diketahui bahwa Fhitung = 31,244 > Ftabel 1,968 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,5. Secara parsial diketahui hanya variabel bentuk, kualitas/mutu kinerja, keandalan, mudah diperbaiki, gaya dan rancangan yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Selain uji F dan uji t, uji R2 diketahui nilai R Square sebesar 0,723 yang berarti besarnya variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 72,3% Kata kunci : Diferensiasi Produk, Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

This study focused on Amangtiwi Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Malang Regency, to examine the effect of social media marketing on competitive advantage and company performance. This study processed primary data obtained using a questionnaire distributed to 148 MSME. The sample was selected using stratified random sampling method. This study uses a cluster sampling method involving 148 respondents and uses PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis tools with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results revealed that using social media for marketing has an effect on the competitive advantage and performance of MSME.

Abstract

UD Sido Makmur is a business engaged in snack food services in the form of taro chips UD Sido Makmur was established in 2018 and until this year has 23 employees with salary payments every day. This study was conducted to evaluate the role of the Job Order Costing Method in determining the company's cost of goods manufactured. The cost of production must be determined accurately so that the company does not suffer losses. Companies must be able to accumulate production costs, both raw material costs, direct labor costs, and factory overhead costs. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research where this study looks at the effectiveness of the extent to which the application of the Job Order Costing Method in determining the Cost of Production at UD Sido Makmur. From the results of the research and discussion above, the writer concludes that the method of imposing Factory Overhead Costs by UD Sido Makmur is not appropriate.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan  mengembangkan potensi UMKM terpadu berbasis wilayah, peningkatan kemampuan digital UMKM, replikasi kemitraan strategis UMK dan UMK, serta pengembangan ruang produksi bersama bagi sentra UMKM. Dengan tujuan ekonomi progresif berupaya untuk mempengaruhi pasar melalui kebijakan atau aturan main yang mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan kaum miskin dan mengurangi ketimpangan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Konsep Penta Helix merupakan evolusi dari konsep Triple Helix dengan mengintegrasikan peran akademisi, pengusaha, pemerintah dan masyarakat  dalam kegiatan kreatif dan pengetahuan. Melalui kerjasama Penta Helix, pemerintah daerah dapat memberikan tanggungjawab pemberdayaan komunitas atau masyarakat kepada perguruan tinggi sehingga sumberdaya yang dimiliki dapat dipergunakan dengan lebih optimal. Kata Kunci:  UMKM, Penta Helix, Ekonomi Progresif   The purpose of this research is to identify and develop the potential of regional-based integrated MSMEs, increase digital capabilities of MSMEs, replicate MSEs and MSEs strategic partnerships, and develop joint production spaces for MSME centers. With the goal of a progressive economy trying to influence the market through policies or rules of the game that are able to increase the welfare of the poor and reduce income inequality and social welfare. The Penta Helix concept is an evolution of the Triple Helix concept by integrating the roles of academics, entrepreneurs, government and society in creative and knowledge activities. Through the Penta Helix collaboration, local governments can give community or community empowerment responsibilities to universities so that their resources can be used more optimally. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on digital marketing and sustainable competitive advantage. The sample used in this research was 314 restaurants in Malang City with a stratified random sampling technique and the method used was proportionate random sampling. This research uses path analysis with smartPLS to find out how much influence entrepreneurial orientation with six indicators (innovativeness, risk-attitude, proactiveness, autonomy, aggressiveness, competitiveness) has on digital marketing as measured by 4C (co-creation, currency, communal activation, conversation) and sustainable competitive advantage as measured by indicators (scarce corporate value, imitability, durability, transferability). In this research, entrepreneurial orientation can encourage an increase in sustainable competitive advantage in a number of restaurants in Malang City. Entrepreneurial orientation can encourage increased digital marketing for restaurant businesses in Malang City. Entrepreneurial orientation is a creative and innovative ability that is used as the basis and resource for seeking opportunities for success. Furthermore, entrepreneurship not only requires knowledge but also skills. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the feasibility study of Mr. Sudibyo's Tofu Business in terms of management, financial, legal, environmental, marketing, technical, and socio-economic aspects. The type of research used in this research is mixed research methods. The mixed method used is qualitative and quantitative research, which is more dominated by qualitative research. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that in terms of Mr. Sudibyo's Tofu Business in terms of the seven aspects it can be said to be feasible because Mr. Sudibyo's Tofu Business has fulfilled several aspects of the eligibility criteria for a business.

Abstract

Cooperatives as one of the pillars of the people's economy have an important role in encouraging the sustainability of the community's economy. This research aims to analyze the role of the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in encouraging the economic sustainability of the community in the area where it operates. This research uses qualitative methods with case studies. Data was collected through library research and using internet searching. The research results shows that KUD Fern is proven to be capable to encourage the economics sustainability of the community in its operations areas.

Abstract

Nugget sayur adalah inovasi dalam industri makanan yang menawarkan pilihan makanan yang sehat dan lezat dengan memanfaatkan bahan-bahan sayuran. Artikel ini membahas berbagai aspek pembuatan nugget sayur, termasuk pemilihan bahan baku, proses produksi, dan dampaknya terhadap kesehatan. Selain itu, artikel ini juga mengkaji tren konsumsi masyarakat terhadap nugget sayur, potensi pasar, dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam mengembangkan produk ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nugget sayur memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi alternatif makanan yang lebih sehat dan ramah lingkungan, dengan meningkatnya minat konsumen terhadap gaya hidup yang berfokus pada pola makan yang seimbang. Artikel ini menyajikan pemahaman mendalam tentang nugget sayur sebagai opsi makanan yang mendukung kesehatan individu.

Abstract

Limbah wortel yang berlimpah dengan fluktuasi harga jual membuat harga jual wortel tidak menentu. Kandidat Sarjana Mengabdi Desa Madiredo memanfaatkan limbah wortel tersebut diproduksi menjadi nugget sayur untuk mengurangi limbah wortel tersebut. Dalam pelebelan nugget sayur ini diberi nama “VENUBOX” dengan kemasan mika plastic. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan motivasi dan keterampilan kepada siswa-siswa MA dan SMK untuk mampu memahami bagaimana pengemasan dan pelebelan yang tepat dan baik sesuai dengan produk. Lokasi pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Madiredo, Kecamatan Pujon, Kabupaten Malang pada tanggal 23 agustus- 5 september 2023. Metode yang digunakan yaitu: Sosialisasi kepada peserta tentang pengemasan dan pelebelan nugget. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 49 peserta dan diikuti dengan antusias serta diskusi selama sosialisasi dan pelatihan berlangsung. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pengabdian berupa sosialisasi, pelatihan, serta diskusi sangat tepat dalam memberikan pemahaman tentang pengemasan dan pelebelan.

Abstract

This research is descriptive qualitative, with the author's objective is to evaluate the efficiency of PT X's cash receipt accounting system in the cash receipt accounting system. Data collection methods include documentation, interviews, and observation. The Miles and Huberman model is used for technical analysis, and the triangulation method is used to ensure data validity. The results showed that the implementation of the accounting system function for cash receipts on receivables at PT Permata Delta Agung has implemented the accounting system function for cash receipts on receivables. However, the application has not been maximized because there are still accounting system functions that have not been carried out. The application of compliance with regulations at PT. X shows that there are still many pharmacies that do not comply with several policies that have been implemented by the company. for financial statement records in its implementation, PT. X has not yet made a general journal used. The procedure for receiving cash on accounts receivable, PT. X found that there was no application of the journal section function in preparing financial reports. This makes the cash receipt accounting system activities cannot be said to be running optimally. the internal control system implemented by PT. X is not optimal because the accounting function has not been implemented, there are no inspections carried out by internal control, there is no training to support employee development.
