Abstract

Teknik vokal adalah cara memproduksi suara yang baik dan benar, sehingga suara yang keluar terdengar jelas, indah, merdu, dan nyaring, kebanyakan masyarakat masih kesulitan dalam mempelajari teknik vokal dan menentukan kursus vokal yang sesuai. Penelitian ini akan membangun sebuah aplikasi latih vokal yang dapat digunakan kapan saja. Metode HPS (Harmonic Product Spectrum) digunakan untuk melakukan pendeteksian nada pada suara inputan dan metode Boyer Moore digunakan untuk melakukan penentuan skor pada ujian karaoke. Hasil akhir dari aplikasi ini adalah dapat membantu pengguna dalam mempelajari teknik vokal dengan mudah, serta dapat mengevaluasi kemampuan bernyanyi dengan ujian karaoke. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian black box dengan teknik equivalence partitioning dengan teknik pengujian yang membagi domain input, menentukan kasus pengujian dengan mengungkapkan kelas-kelas kesalahan. Dari hasil uji kelayakan sistem yang dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner didapatkan 68.33% untuk pengujian fungsional sistem, 67.05% pengujian antarmuka dan pengaksesan, dan 69.33% untuk pengujian manfaat sistem. Abstract

Dukcapil Kota Bengkulu telah menerapkan Sistem Informasi dalam pengelolaan dan penyimpanan informasi data kependudukan dari masyarakat Kota Bengkulu, salah satu sistem Informasi yang dimiliki dukcapil kota Bengkulu yaitu Sistem Layanan Administrasi Warga Elektronik (SLAWE). Terdapat beberapa masalah yang ditemukan seperti Warga selalu lupa menyimpan nomor resi untuk melacak proses permintaan layanan karena nomor resi hanya ditampilkan satu kali setelah registrasi, form upload kartu keluarga/KTP Lama/KTP Rusak/Surat Keterangan Hilang tidak diberikan informasi terkait format foto, masih banyak warga yang tidak mengerti cara mengupload persyaratan yang ada. Maka dari itu, perlu adanya penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh usability, information quality, service interaction quality terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE) pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan sipil kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh usability, information quality, service interaction quality terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE) pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan sipil kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah Webqual 4.0. Analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling berjenis Partial Least Square dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS. Dari 3 hipotesis, terdapat 1 hipotesis yang ditolak yaitu pengaruh usability terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan 2 hipotesis dinyatakan signifikan dan diterima yaitu information quality dan service interaction quality dinyatakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Tidak ditemukannya pengaruh usability terhadap kepuasan pengguna ini disebabkan pengguna menghadapi kendala yang signifikan untuk memahami tata cara penggunaan website, sulitnya dalam menavigasi atau mencari informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam website secara cepat dan kesulitan pengguna dalam menggunakan sistem website, hal ini bisa mencakup masalah seperti lambatnya kinerja website, kebingungan dalam pengisian form yang dibutuhkan. Information Quality berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE) pada Dukcapil Kota Bengkulu. Sehingga bisa disimpulkan semakin relevan, akurat dan up to-date informasi yang diberikan pada sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE) di Dukcapil Kota Bengkulu maka akan semakin puas pengguna dalam menggunakan sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE). Service interation quality berpengaruh kepada kepuasan pengguna sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE) pada Dukcapil Kota Bengkulu. Hal ini menunjukkan semakin baik dan ditingkatkan kualitas layanan, rasa aman saat menggunakan sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE), memberikan layanan yang sesuai yang dijanjikan maka akan semakin baik dan meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE).

Abstract

Abstract: The Ulu script (Kaganga) is one of the heritage scripts in the Southern (coastal) Sumatra region. There are several types of this script, namely Kaganga Rejang, Kaganga Lampung, Kaganga Serawai, Kaganga Pasemah and Kaganga Palembang. In Rejang Lebong, efforts are made to preserve and study Kaganga Rejang in schools as a Local Content subject. However, the lack of interest and low motivation to learn is a factor in hindering the learning process in students. Gamification is the application of concepts by incorporating game elements into non-game problems that have been proven to increase user motivation and retention. Therefore, there is a need for an application for learning the Kaganga Rejang script with a gamification concept that can help students in the learning process. The test results using the SUS (System Usability Scale) method are grade scale "B" and adjective "Excellent" with a score of 70 for material experts and 70.71 for students. Abstract

Menstrual disorders are disorders that occur in the menstrual cycle including changes that occur in the cycle, blood count, and other changes related to the menstrual cycle. Most women do not feel symptoms at the time of menstruation, but a small percentage feel pain. Menstrual disorders or also called abnormal uterine bleeding is a complaint that often causes a woman to come to the doctor for immediate treatment. Complaints of menstrual disorders vary from mild to severe. To help overcome these obstacles, expert systems can be a solution. This expert system was created using the certainty factor method consisting of 46 symptoms with 12 types of diseases. This system produces output in the form of a percentage of the type of possible diagnosis of the disease experienced by the user and suggestions based on the symptoms experienced by the user. The functionality testing process of this expert system went well using black box testing and resulted in 100% functional success. Evaluation of the accuracy of the certainty factor method for diagnosing menstrual disorders resulted in an accuracy rate of 84.61%. Abstract

This research aims to develop a game-based expert system application for the diagnosis of Specific Learning Disability (SLD) using the Naïve Bayes method. SLD is a learning disorder that affects an individual’s academic skills in one or more areas, such as reading, writing,or mathematics. In effort to enchance the efficiency of SLD diagnosis, this application utilizes the Naïve Bayes method, a classification technique based on probability. The application is designed in the form of an interactive game to capture the user’s attention, particularly children who may be experiencing SLD. By combining gaming elements with the diagnostic process, it expected that users can be more engaged in the evaluation without compromising the educational aspect. The Naïve Bayes method is employed to generate diagnostic predictions based on information input by the user through a series of questions and tasks integrated into game. This research was conducted by testing 15 test data, and resulted in a system accuracy of 100%. Thus, this application can serve as a tool for early identification of SLD in children. It is anticipated that the development of this application can make a positive contribution to the field of education, particularly in supporting the identification and intervention processes for individuals experiencing SLD.

Abstract

Laying chickens are a type of poultry that is in demand by the public. One of the commodities currently being developed in Indonesia is poultry because the eggs produced are very much in demand by the Indonesian people. However, to achieve egg production and produce good eggs and make quite a large profit, farmers must pay attention to health and take good care of laying hens so that they are not susceptible to disease. There are several types of diseases that attack laying hens, one of which is a type of bacteria that causes many chickens to die and egg production decreases. Therefore, we need a system that can diagnose bacterial diseases in laying hens by applying the web-based Variable-Centered Intelligent Rule System and Certainty Factor methods, so that this system can help breeders solve problems without having to meet with experts directly. Test results from 25 test data carried out, this system is able to diagnose bacterial diseases correctly with an accuracy value of 92%. It can be concluded that this system can diagnose bacterial diseases in laying hens well. Abstract

This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) that can provide recommendations for the intangible cultural heritage of Bengkulu Province in accordance with the proposed determination of intangible cultural heritage. This system was designed using UML and implemented in the PHP programming language. This system will determine the recommended intangible cultural heritage using the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method. After that, a ranking of intangible cultural heritage recommendations was carried out according to the criteria for the determination form, photos/images, videos, studies, management and substance of intangible cultural heritage using the SMART method. The output of this system is a ranking of recommendations for intangible cultural heritage according to existing alternatives. System testing uses black box testing with 12 pages and 38 scenarios that are tested and produce a success score of 100%. Keywords: Intangible Cultural Heritage, Decision Support System, SMART Method

Abstract

This research highlights students' desire to continue their education at university, but they still experience difficulties in choosing what major to take when they go to college. This problem arises because of students' lack of self-understanding regarding interests and potential. The proposed solution is to use a decision support system by combining interest aspects based on the Rothwell Miller Interest Blank (RMIB) test and students' academic abilities based on report card grades. The method applied in this decision support system is Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) with the system output in the form of recommendation results displayed in ranking form. From the results of functional testing using black box testing, it shows that the system works well with a success value of 100%, while the accuracy measurement reaches a percentage of 73.425% which is in the sufficient category.

Abstract

Autism is a developmental disorder that affects children with symptoms of disturbances and delays in cognition, language, behavior, communication and social interactions. Bad stigma and lack of information related to autism and the location of autism therapy are also obstacles in society. To help overcome these obstacles, an expert system was created which aims to diagnose autism disorders in children and provide information about the location of autism therapy in Bengkulu City. The system developed uses the certainty factor method, with functionality testing success of 100% and certainty factor accuracy testing using 25 test case data of 100%. Abstract

Mojosari ducks are a type of duck that has potential as an egg producer, so many duck breeders are interested in it. Delays in treating disease in Mojosari ducks can result in various losses, such as decreased egg quality and quantity, disease transmission to other ducks, and can cause death of the ducks. Therefore, researchers built an expert system that can carry out quick and accurate diagnoses of duck diseases as well as correct countermeasures. This system was built by applying the Naïve Bayes method to an expert system to diagnose Mojosari duck disease by calculating the prior probability value of each disease based on input of symptoms that appear in the ducks. This system can detect 10 types of diseases and 40 symptoms that attack Mojosari ducks. This research was carried out with 30 test data and resulted in a system accuracy of 90%.
