Abstract

Jeruk kalamansi merupakan salah satu produk unggulan Provinsi Bengkulu yang dikenal dengan aroma khas dan kandungan flavonoid tinggi. Menurut data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Bengkulu, produksi jeruk di Kota Bengkulu mengalami penurunan signifikan dari 260 kuintal pada tahun 2020 menjadi 66 kuintal pada tahun 2021, atau turun sebesar 74,62 persen. Produksi jeruk kalamansi sering terhambat oleh keterbatasan pengetahuan petani dalam mengidentifikasi dan menangani permasalahan defisiensi hara, hama, dan penyakit tanaman, yang menyebabkan penurunan produksi dan kualitas buah. Meskipun para petani memiliki banyak pengalaman dan pengetahuan praktis, mereka sering merasa bingung dan kesulitan dalam membedakan dan memahami semua jenis permasalahan yang mungkin terjadi pada tanaman mereka. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan sistem yang dapat mengidentifikasi berbagai permasalahan tanaman jeruk kalamansi serta memberikan solusi penanganan dan rekomendasi lokasi toko pertanian. Sistem ini menggunakan metode Variable-Centered Intelligent Rule System dan Certainty Factor berbasis website, membantu petani menyelesaikan masalah tanpa harus bertemu langsung dengan ahli. Pengujian terhadap 41 data uji menunjukkan akurasi sistem sebesar 92%, dan pengujian blackbox testing dengan 50 skenario menunjukkan akurasi fungsional sistem sebesar 100%. Dengan demikian, sistem ini efektif dalam mengidentifikasi dan menangani permasalahan defisiensi unsur hara, hama, dan penyakit pada tanaman jeruk kalamansi.

Abstract

significant challenge in the field of digital image processing due to poor lighting conditions and uneven intensity distribution. This study aims to compare three contrast enhancement techniques Histogram Equalization (HE), Adaptive Histogram Equalization (AHE), and Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE) applied to underwater imagery. The evaluation was conducted using quantitative metrics including entropy, contrast (RMS), and Structural Similarity Index (SSIM) to assess the improvement in image detail, intensity distribution, and structural similarity to the original image. Experimental results indicate that AHE achieves the highest entropy values, reflecting a significant enhancement of local information. HE provides the highest contrast values but tends to compromise the structural integrity of the image. CLAHE demonstrates the most balanced performance, producing the highest SSIM scores while maintaining stable enhancements in both contrast and detail. Based on these findings, CLAHE is recommended as the most effective contrast enhancement technique for underwater images, as it improves visual quality while preserving the original image structure. Abstract

Dukcapil Kota Bengkulu telah menerapkan Sistem Informasi dalam pengelolaan dan penyimpanan informasi data kependudukan dari masyarakat Kota Bengkulu, salah satu sistem Informasi yang dimiliki dukcapil kota Bengkulu yaitu Sistem Layanan Administrasi Warga Elektronik (SLAWE). Terdapat beberapa masalah yang ditemukan seperti Warga selalu lupa menyimpan nomor resi untuk melacak proses permintaan layanan karena nomor resi hanya ditampilkan satu kali setelah registrasi, form upload kartu keluarga/KTP Lama/KTP Rusak/Surat Keterangan Hilang tidak diberikan informasi terkait format foto, masih banyak warga yang tidak mengerti cara mengupload persyaratan yang ada. Maka dari itu, perlu adanya penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh usability, information quality, service interaction quality terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE) pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan sipil kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh usability, information quality, service interaction quality terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE) pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan sipil kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah Webqual 4.0. Analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling berjenis Partial Least Square dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS. Dari 3 hipotesis, terdapat 1 hipotesis yang ditolak yaitu pengaruh usability terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan 2 hipotesis dinyatakan signifikan dan diterima yaitu information quality dan service interaction quality dinyatakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Tidak ditemukannya pengaruh usability terhadap kepuasan pengguna ini disebabkan pengguna menghadapi kendala yang signifikan untuk memahami tata cara penggunaan website, sulitnya dalam menavigasi atau mencari informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam website secara cepat dan kesulitan pengguna dalam menggunakan sistem website, hal ini bisa mencakup masalah seperti lambatnya kinerja website, kebingungan dalam pengisian form yang dibutuhkan. Information Quality berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE) pada Dukcapil Kota Bengkulu. Sehingga bisa disimpulkan semakin relevan, akurat dan up to-date informasi yang diberikan pada sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE) di Dukcapil Kota Bengkulu maka akan semakin puas pengguna dalam menggunakan sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE). Service interation quality berpengaruh kepada kepuasan pengguna sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE) pada Dukcapil Kota Bengkulu. Hal ini menunjukkan semakin baik dan ditingkatkan kualitas layanan, rasa aman saat menggunakan sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE), memberikan layanan yang sesuai yang dijanjikan maka akan semakin baik dan meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan sistem layanan administrasi warga elektronik (SLAWE).

Abstract

The objective of this study is to assess user acceptance and the factors that impact the adoption and usage of the Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD) application. Several significant technological obstacles arose during the implementation of IKD. Additional investigation is required to ascertain user satisfaction with applications that employ the technology acceptance model (TAM) technique. This technique combines an important aspect, specifically security. The research sample consisted of 100 participants from Bengkulu City who had used the IKD application. The data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) methodology. The study's findings indicate that the acceptance status of IKD application users in Bengkulu city is 4.42, which corresponds to the level of agree. This suggests that the citizens of Bengkulu city have effectively adopted the IKD application. The SEM-PLS approach produced analytical data that demonstrate five factors that influence users' use of the IKD application: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, security, attitude towards usage, and behavioral intention to use.

Abstract

Metaverse banking integrates traditional financial services within a virtual environment, enabling alternative transaction channels through augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR). By 2030, it is projected that nearly all bank clients will utilize these technologies for banking transactions. Although existing studies have explored metaverse adoption, there remains a significant research gap regarding client readiness for this transition. This study addresses this gap by examining customer readiness for metaverse banking using a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents in Bengkulu, Indonesia, and analyzed using the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) and SmartPLS 4 software. The findings indicate that customers in Bengkulu exhibit a readiness for virtual digital banking services in the metaverse, with a TRI score of 2.37 among respondents in the low technology readiness category. This score reflects a generally optimistic and innovative attitude toward metaverse banking, although accompanied by concerns about technological security. The "Innovative" component within the TRI showed a significant impact on potential metaverse technology adoption, suggesting that users are willing to independently explore and adopt this technology. This study contributes to the understanding of client preparedness and potential adoption of metaverse banking, highlighting both the enthusiasm and reservations held by prospective users.

Abstract

Sampah mencakup semua material yang dihasilkan sebagai akibat dari aktivitas manusia dan masyarakat namun telah tidak lagu berfungsi atau sudah tidak digunakan lagi. Dalam pengelolaan sampah, masyarakat perlu memilah sampah sesuai dengan jenis dan sifatnya, sehingga lebih mudah untuk didaur ulang. Proses pemilahan sampah menjadi aktivitas yang berbahaya bagi petugas kebersihan dan masyarakat. Pemilahan sampah berbasis teknologi AI saat ini mampu mengenali jenis sampah berdasarkan citra. Untuk menghasilkan pengenalan citra, perlu dilakukan proses ekstraksi fitur dengan metode SIFT, mengambil fitur khusus dari objek sampah yang dapat menggambarkan karakteristik objek tersebut. Fitur yang diperoleh akan menjadi input pada proses klasifikasi dengan metode K-NN yang akan mengenali sampah berdasarkan jenisnya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan akurasi 56,7% .

Abstract

Background: Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in a country's economic growth. However, the main challenges faced by MSMEs are access to technology and effective marketing. This activity aims to provide training and mentoring to MSME XYZ in Bengkulu to optimize the use of social media, especially Instagram and WhatsApp, as promotional tools. Method: The implementation method of the activity begins with the preparation phase, which includes providing training materials. It is followed by the execution of the activity, which is focused on enhancing the capacity of employees in utilizing social media as a marketing strategy to expand reach and establish relationships with the target market. Evaluation is conducted by monitoring the increase in sales transactions for three months after the implementation of the promotion technique. Result: The results show a significant improvement in sales performance, indicating the success of the marketing strategy through social media story techniques.  Conclusion: The story technique has increased the number of sales transactions, demonstrated by an increase from an average of 6-8 transactions to 11-13 transactions per day.

Abstract

Red dragon fruit is a type of fruit that has bioactive components such as flavonoids, phenolics, betacyanins and anthocyanins. Red dragon fruit has a distinctive combination of flavors, namely sweet, sour and refreshingly savory. Apart from that, red dragon fruit also has several health benefits so this fruit is liked by many people. However, a lack of knowledge in maintaining red dragon fruit from pest attacks can cause the growth of red dragon fruit to be less than optimal and result in crop failure. Therefore, an expert system for identifying red dragon fruit pests is needed to minimize the risk of crop failure. The use of an expert system in identifying red dragon fruit pests by applying the Dempster Shafer method can determine the appropriate treatment thereby reducing the percentage of crop failure. The Dempster Shafer method is used to determine the level of certainty of a symptom and provide an accurate level of confidence. The results of this expert system test show that the identification results are close to the truth from an expert using 9 types of pests and 24 symptoms. The resulting accuracy level has a percentage of 100%. Keywords: Red Dragon Fruit, Expert System, Dempster Shafer Method
