Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) was the number two cause of death; one of the treatments for CHD was Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG). Patients after undergoing CABG will undergo treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). In patients who experience treatment in the ICU, many patients experience sleep disturbances related to therapy regime rhythm in the ICU. This literature review aims to identify the intervention for managing sleep quality in post-CABG patients undergoing treatment in the ICU. The method use was a narrative review study, The review was conducted two databases, PubMed and ScienceDirect, to search data from 2012 to 2022. The keywords used were Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Intensive care unit, and Sleep Quality. The results of this study included nine articles reviewed, which were entirely randomized control trials and randomized clinical trials. The review found that the interventions to manage sleep quality are deep breathing therapy, aromatherapy with roses, acupressure, self-care, and drug administration. From the results of the review, it was found that all articles reported using several specific interventions in the intervention group that were proven to improve sleep quality in post-CABG patients. The study results provide information for nurses regarding sleep quality in post-CABG patients.

Artikel ini menganalisis Putusan Nomor 37/Pid.Sus-Anak/2016/PN.Smr tentang pelaku pidana anak yang dijatuhi Pasal 351 ayat (3) jo. Pasal 55 ayat (1) KUHP. Para pelaku anak turut serta melakukan penganiayaan dan korbannya meninggal dunia sehingga mendapatkan hukuman penjara atas tindak pidana yang mereka lakukan. Para pelaku masih dibawah umur sehingga dalam putusan disebutkan hakim telah merujuk kepada UU No.11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui landasan yuridis, filosofis, dan sosiologis yang digunakan hakim dalam membuat pertimbangan dan bagaimana Putusan ini dalam perspektif Fiqih Jinayah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian hukum normatif yang bersifat deskriptif analitis serta menggunakan pendekatan hukum Islam, fiqih jinayah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, dalam membuat pertimbangan hakim telah menggunakan landasan yuridis, filosofis, dan sosiologis dalam menjatuhkan hukuman kepada pelaku anak. Ditinjau dari Fiqih Jinayah, landasan yang digunakan hakim dalam pertimbangan telah sejalan dengan prinsip dalam Fiqih Jinayah yaitu hukuman yang diberikan hakim kepada pelaku telah sejalan dengan prinsip hukuman ta’zir, yaitu sebagai ganti dari hukuman utama atau qishas. Hukuman ta’zir diberikan karena pelaku masih dibawah umur serta keluarga korban telah memaafkan perbuatan mereka sehingga hukuman qishash (hukuman utama) dapat dihapuskan. This study was conducted along the coastal line of Pariaman City from February to May 2021 which aims to determine and mapping the changes of the coastal line due to sea level rise. Survey method with direct field observation were applied and satellite imageries were also used to find out the shoreline change of coast under study. Results showed that since 2001 to 2020 the mean sea level rise in Pariaman City were 2.01 cm/year. Predictions of sea level rise that will occur in 2025 and 2030 in sequence is 17.036 cm and 27.068, in addition the wide of missing area from 2020 to 2025 with an accumulation is around 3.74 ha and in 2025 to 2030 covering an area of 4.70 ha. The result to the year of 2025 occure to shift considerable coastline with average change of -9.03 m with the rate of the shoreline changed an average of -1.81 m/year. In the year 2030, shoreline changed with average change of -29.13 m with the rate of the shoreline changed an average of -5.83 m/year

Pesantren teknologi merupakan salah satu bentuk dari inovasi dalam dunia pendidikan islam yang berhasil memadukan nila-nilai agama dengan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi sehingga menjadikannya model pembelajaran yang relevan dengan zaman. Meskipun berpotensi besar, pesantren teknologi masih kurang dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Dengan memanfaatkan dan mengembangkan media virtual tour 3D interaktif sebagai sarana promosi diharapkan dapat membantu mengenalkan pesantren teknologi kepada masyarakat secara menarik dan interaktif. Media virtual tour ini dikembangkan menggunakan aplikasi 360° VR Tour Builder yang memberikan pengalaman kepada penggunanya dalam menjelajahi lingkungan pesantren secara virtual. Tahapan awal yang dilakukan adalah melakukan riset dan pengumpulan data melalui pengambilan gambar dari setiap area melalui perangkat kamera 360° serta melakukan scanning dan mapping area melalui piloted drone. Tahapan selanjutnya merupakan import gambar dan video 360° ke dalam software 360° VR Tour Builder yang dilanjutkan dengan penempatan hotspot interaktif, penambahan informasi setiap lokasi, dan pembuatan peta navigasi. Tahapan akhir adalah integrasi virtual tour ke dalam platform website dengan melakukan pengujian ke berbagai perangkat (desktop, tablet, dan smartphone) untuk memastikan pengalaman optimal bagi pengguna. Pendekatan ini diharapkan para pengelola pesantren dapat memanfaatkannya untuk promosi yang efektif serta dapat meningkatkan visibilitas dan citra pesantren teknologi sebagai lembaga pendidikan islam yang modern dan berkualitas.

One strategic approach to supporting maternal, child, and environmental health is enhancing breastfeeding literacy among adolescents. However, education efforts are often limited to pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. During World Breastfeeding Week (WBW) 2025 at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surabaya, an intervention was conducted to raise awareness among female adolescents about the importance of breastfeeding. More than 100 students participated in the “Tree of Hope” activity, which included presentations, discussions, and breastfeeding simulations. Evaluation results showed a 46% increase in understanding and strengthened commitment among participants to support breastfeeding practices. Teachers and students also received educational leaflets and a DIGIbook as learning resources. Aligned with the WBW 2025 theme, “Prioritize Breastfeeding: Create Sustainable Support Systems,” this program reinforced the role of adolescents as part of a long-term breastfeeding support ecosystem and fostered early preventive values and social empathy through a multimodal approach combining education, practice, and reflective participation.
