Abstract

Background: Osteoporosis is a disease characterized by abnormal loss of bone density resulting inbones that are brittle and liable to fracture. Most cases of fracture in the world are due to osteoporosis. InIndonesia, the prevalence of osteopenia (early osteoporosis) and of osteoporosis are relatively high. Oneof the causes of this situation is the low level of public knowledge about how to prevent osteoporosis. Thisstudy was conducted to identify the knowledge and risk of osteoporosis among pre-elderly at CipacingVillage Jatinangor District in 2014.Methods: This descriptive study was conducted at Cipacing Village Jatinangor District to 160 respondentswho were classified as pre-elderly (aged 45-59 years) and assessed on knowledge and risk factors forosteoporosis through questionnaire-guided interviews after the informed consent was obtained.Thecollected data were presented using frequency distribution.Results: A total of 100 respondents (62.5%) had good knowledge about osteoporosis-related information,including definitions, causes, risk factors, signs and symptoms, impacts, and prevention. Most respondents,79 respondents (49.4%), are at risk for osteoporosis.Conclusions: Knowledge of osteoporosis among pre-elderly at Cipacing Village Jatinangor District arelargely classified into “good knowledge” category. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using Youtube Ads on interest in using the Jd.id application where the variables used include intensity, message content, and attractiveness. The method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach. The target population is employees of the H.R Operations Department of Perum Peruri Karawang with a total of 63 people. The results showed that the variable intensity, message content, and attractiveness of Youtube ads simultaneously had a significant effect on the interest in using the Jd.id application with a total influence of 67.1%. After testing the coefficient of partial determination, the effect of the intensity is 14.1%, the message content is 6.6% and the attractiveness is 36.4%.Keywords:Youtube, New Media, Jd.id, Perum Peruri.

Abstract

Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) was the number two cause of death; one of the treatments for CHD was Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG). Patients after undergoing CABG will undergo treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). In patients who experience treatment in the ICU, many patients experience sleep disturbances related to therapy regime rhythm in the ICU. This literature review aims to identify the intervention for managing sleep quality in post-CABG patients undergoing treatment in the ICU. The method use was a narrative review study, The review was conducted two databases, PubMed and ScienceDirect, to search data from 2012 to 2022. The keywords used were Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Intensive care unit, and Sleep Quality. The results of this study included nine articles reviewed, which were entirely randomized control trials and randomized clinical trials. The review found that the interventions to manage sleep quality are deep breathing therapy, aromatherapy with roses, acupressure, self-care, and drug administration. From the results of the review, it was found that all articles reported using several specific interventions in the intervention group that were proven to improve sleep quality in post-CABG patients. The study results provide information for nurses regarding sleep quality in post-CABG patients.

Abstract

The phenomenon of culture shock affects the smooth running of the activities of students participating in the Free Student Exchange (PMM) program. Students must understand the differences, create effective communication, and understand the various differences during the program. The purpose of this research is to find out the stages of culture shock experienced by students and communication activities that occur in students. Sources of data obtained through words and actions, written sources and photographs. This study took five students as subjects who took the Independent Student Exchange Program (PMM) at Andalas University, Padang City, West Sumatra. This study uses communication accommodation, and uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study were in-depth interviews. The results of this study indicate that students experience stages of culture shock consisting of: a) Optimistic Phase, b) Cultural Problems, c) Recovery Phase, d) Adjustment Phase. The impact of culture shock shown to students led to an act of communication accommodation being applied by students of the Free Student Exchange (PMM) program at Andalas University.

Abstract

The study "The Influence of @pandawaragroup Tiktok Content on Environmental Cleanliness Behavior" is motivated by content from @pandawaragroup which is quite popular among the public. With the aim of finding out how much influence @pandawaragroup's Tiktok content has on behavior in maintaining environmental cleanliness. This research uses quantitative research methods with an explanatory survey. The theory used is Uses and Effect with a population of followers of the Instagram account @pandawaragroup and sampling using a non- probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire using Google Form. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses a Likert scale. The results of this research are that the intensity, message content and attractiveness of the Tiktok @pandawaragroup content significantly influence the behavior of maintaining environmental cleanliness.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the role of online communities in building preferences for Japanese automotive brands (netnographic study of the Motuba Facebook group) (student study at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Singaperbangsa University, Karawang). Japanese popular culture, or what is often called J-pop culture, is a global phenomenon that attracts the attention of many people in various countries, including Indonesia. The qualitative research design used in this study is a netnographic study. This approach allows researchers to understand and analyze interactions, behavior and community dynamics in depth through participant observation in online environments. An interview with Mbah Mikael Bekti revealed that the Motuba group is a relatively new community for him, but members tend to have a preference for Japanese automotive brands due to personal experience and affordable prices. Communication within the group occurs directly through the comments feature, with little use of special terms or symbols.

Abstract

Dispendukcapil Kota Surabaya sebagai Instansi yang bertanggung jawab menyediakan pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan tentu berusaha meningkatkan citra positif karena merupakan titik keberhasilan dalam memberikan pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan. Di era modern ini, Humas pada Instansi mengalami perubahan dalam strateginya, terutama untuk memberikan informasi kepada publik, salah satunya melalui media sosial Instagram @swargaloka.sub. Penelitian ini berjudul "Strategi Komunikasi Humas Dispendukcapil Surabaya Dalam Meningkatkan Citra Positif Pelayanan Adminduk Melalui Instagram @swargaloka.sub" karena adanya citra positif Dispendukcapil Kota Surabaya yang dapat dilihat melalui hasil survey IKM (Indikator Kepuasan Masyarakat), jumlah permohonan Adminduk dan ulasan pada Goggle Review. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi strategi komunikasi Humas Dispendukcapil Kota Surabaya melalui Instagram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya strategi komunikasi sesuai dengan teori perencanaan oleh Charles Berger yang melewati tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi, serta hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Humas Dispenduk Surabaya menggunakan The Circular Model of SoMe oleh Lutrell yang meliputi Share, Optimize, Manage dan Engage. Dalam penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa strategi utama Humas Dispenduk Surabaya sebagai jembatan penghubung antara instansi dengan masyarakat adalah mendengar keluhan, mencarikan solusi dan memberikan solusi melalui media sosial yang dikemas dengan konten Reels dan desain feed yang menarik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi pengguna aplikasi layanan pengiriman makanan online GrabFood di Karawang. Khususnya, bagi pengguna aplikasi layanan pengiriman makanan online GrabFood. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode indepth interview dengan melakukan wawancara secara mendalam kepada informan berjumlah 4 orang dilatarbelakangi usia dan profesi yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa informan memiliki analisis persepsi yang bervariatif dalam menggunakan aplikasi layanan pengiriman makanan online yaitu Sensasi, Narasumber mengetahui dari Iklan dan rekomendasi temannya. Atensi: narasumber merasa tertarik karena diskon besar, tampilan aplikasi dan metode pencarian yang masuk akal. Interpretasi: aplikasi layanan makanan online GrabFood ini indentik dengan promosi dan diskon besar yang ditawarkan GrabFood.

Abstract

Sex education is still a topic that is considered taboo in Indonesia, through Tiktok which is a popular application in the world in 2020, it is used as a medium to meet this information need by the @tabu.id account. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intensity, media content and attractiveness of using social media on the TikTok @tabu.id account on the fulfillment of sex education information needs. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey. The theory used is the Uses Effect Theory. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire or questionnaire and literature study. While the data analysis technique will be collected using a Likert scale. The results of this study are the intensity, message content and attractiveness affect the need for information about sex education. While the magnitude of the influence of sex education information is 6.75%, the magnitude of the influence of infographic messages on sex education information is 33.26% and the magnitude of the influence of sex education information is 15.02%.
