Abstract

Abstrak: Akuntabilitas sebagai Sebuah Solusi Pengelolaan Wakaf. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis prioritas masalah dan solusi pengelolaan waqaf dengan menggunakan metode AHP. Hasil analisis menunjukkan prioritas masalah pengelolaan wakaf terletak pada rendahnya profesionalitas dan kompetensi nazhir dalam mengelola wakaf, sehingga pengelolaan wakaf tidak optimal. Masalah nazhir yang kurang akuntabel membuat wakif menyerahkan harta wakaf langsung kepada personal bukan melalui lembaga pengelola wakaf. Solusi dari masalah pengelolaan wakaf adalah meningkatkan insentif nazhir dan pelatihan intensif bagi nazhir. Solusi yang ditawarkan tersebut menunjukkan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan akuntabilitas pengelolaan wakaf, sehingga terbentuk profesionalitas pengelolaan wakaf yang dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat     Abstract: Accountability as A Waqf Management Solution. This article aims to analyze the priority issue and solution about waqf management using AHP. The analysis showed that the priority issue of waqf management lies on the low professionalism and competence of nazhir, so the waqf management is not optimal. Since nazhir is not accountable, wakif submits waqf property personally instead of going through waqf management institutions. The solution of the problem of waqf managing are increasing incentives and intensive training for Nazhir. The solution offered by this study relates to increased accountability in the waqf management. By forming professionalism in waqf management, public trust can be improved.

Abstract

Reading comprehension is a complex activity that requires the prior knowledge of the readers to grasp the information’s details contained in the passage. It is one of the challenges that students in senior high school face in comprehending the text's meaning. They have lack of reading comprehension which makes them difficult to grasp and find important information contained in a text. As a result, it makes the teacher must use a proper and effective strategy for assisting students to conceive and comprehend the text. Therefore, this study focused on the Question-Answer Relationship (QAR) as a strategy training to improve student’s reading comprehension in narrative text and discover the student’s responses after applying QAR in the classroom activity. The result of this study showed that QAR as a strategy training is useful and effective for improving student’s reading comprehension ability in the class. The students became better at responding comprehension questions in the narrative text. This strategy also promoted students to be more attentive in class and increased student’s confidence to answer questions and differentiate questions about the text they had read.

Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Uji Kelayakan Senjata Api di Polres Musi Rawas Utara yang mana menggunakan sistem pakar dengan multi-objective optimization on the basis of ratio analysis ini akan memudahkan personil dalam melakukan tes uji kelayakan pemegangan senjata api. Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk memudahkan tes uji kelayakan Senjata Api dan memproses data personil lebih cepat sehingga memudahkan para personil dalam tes senjata api berdasarkan kriteria yang layak dan tidaknya memegang senjata api di Polres Musi Rawas Utara. Selain itu pada pembuat sistem ini juga penulis melakukan pembuatan sistem dengan PHP dan untuk database menggunakan Mysql, sehingga data-data personil yang ada di Polres Musi Rawas dapat di input melalu halaman sistem seperti halaman login yang mana halaman ini untuk memasukkan data username dan password, halaman beranda, halaman alternatif, halaman kriteria dan lain-lainnya. Pada sistem ini metode Moora akan menghasilkan nilai perhitungan dengan nilai yang akurat. The Decision Support System for the Firearms Fit Test at the North Musi Rawas Police, which uses an expert system with multi-objective optimization on the basis of ratio analysis, will make it easier for personnel to carry out the fit test for handling firearms. The aim of this research is to facilitate firearms suitability tests and process personnel data more quickly, making it easier for personnel to carry out firearms tests based on the criteria of whether they are fit to hold a firearm or not at the Musi Rawas Utara police station. Apart from that, the author of this system also created a system using PHP and a database using Mysql, so that personnel data at the Musi Rawas Police Station can be input via system pages such as the login page, which is the page for entering username and password data, home page, alternative page, criteria page and others. In this system, the Moora method will produce calculated values ​​with accurate values.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to find out The Effect of Cooperative Script (CS) on Students’ Reading Comprehension at MTsN 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur. Moreover, the objective of this research is to find out significant difference between the students’ taught by Cooperative Scipt (CS) technique and those taught by teachers’ technique. This is quantitative research with quasi-experimental research design. The population and sample of this research is the students at the MTsN 2 Tanjung Jabung Timur. Which consist 22 students in experimental and 22 students in control class. The result of this research shows that there was significant effect on students’ reading comprehension after being taught through Cooperative Script (CS) technique. This could be seen from the T-test result which showed that the students mean score in experimental class 72,27 meanwhile the students mean score in control class 62,72. In the value sig. (2-tailed) was 0,002 which was lower than 0,05. The value of t0was 3,234 and df was 42. The t0 obtained is compared to t table either at 5%. At value 5% t table was 1,682. It can be analyzed that t0 is higher than t table either at level 5%. In other words, we can read 3,234>1,682. So the researcher can conclude that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It means there was significant difference of reading comprehension between the students who were taught Cooperative Script (CS) technique and those who were not.

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to investigate the impact and variations associated with the utilisation of the make a match strategy on the reading comprehension abilities of pupils. The present work employs a quantitative approach and adopts a quasi-experimental methodology. The research was carried out using two distinct groups, specifically the experimental group and the control group. The participants in this study consisted of students from class VIII A and VIII B of SMP Negeri 20 Kabupaten Tebo. The participants in this study consisted of a total of 34 students, with 17 students assigned to the experimental class and another 17 students assigned to the control class. The average findings obtained from both courses were subjected to statistical analysis using a T-test, with a significance level of α = 0.05. This phenomenon is observable in both the paired sample T-test and the independent sample T-test. The findings indicate that the mean reading comprehension score of students who received instruction using the make a match technique was 1.175. This result aligns with the hypothesis criteria, which states that a score below 5% would be considered low. A significance level of 0.05 indicates that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Therefore, it can be inferred that the implementation of the make a match strategy has a notable impact on the development of students' learning abilities. In the interim, the outcomes of the independent sample t-test indicated a mean difference of 4.824 and a two-tailed significance level of 0.05 (1.175 ≤ 0.05). Based on the aforementioned description, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, whereas the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This indicates a notable disparity in the application of the make a match strategy between the experimental group and the control group in relation to the enhancement of students' reading proficiency at SMP Negeri 20 Kabupaten Tebo.

Abstract

The purpose of this survey was to determine how students at MAN 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat perceive reading texts. This survey-based research is quantitative in nature. This study's participants were eleventh-grade pupils at MAN 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat. In this study, simple random sampling was used to select 50 students, or 29% of the total population, from XI IS I and XI IS II classes where 63 pupils were taught by the same teacher. In terms of data acquisition methods, a questionnaire was used. The analysis of the utilised data is a quantitative analysis. The results indicated that 80% of MAN 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat students' perceptions of reading texts fell into the category of "very good." It implies that many students at MAN 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat have positive attitudes towards reading texts.

Abstract

This study aims to give a general overview of the opportunities and difficulties the facilitators encountered at State Vocational School 1 Jambi City when implementing co-curricular activities. Using in-depth interviews and narrative inquiry as the research methodology, two English teachers who have been practicing P5 for two years were designated as the Facilitators. According to the findings, offering the P5 as a co-curricular has the ability to strengthen the school program, offer a more concentrated character development program, foster teacher collaboration, and raise student performance in terms of independence and creativity. One of the issues encountered during P5 implementation is locating references for P5 activity design and administration.

Abstract

Bantarsari Village, Rancabungur District, Bogor Regency is one of the centers for crystal guava cultivation in Bogor Regency, Bantarsari Village is even nicknamed the National Crystal Guava Village. Farmers in Bantarsari Village mostly sell their products in the form of fresh guava fruit. To increase farmers' income, it is necessary to process crystal guava into products with high added value. One potential processed product is jam. The aim of this training activity is to increase the understanding of crystal guava farmers in producing jam products. The methods used include the observation method, interviews with farmers to measure the success of this activity, while the training method is to provide innovative development for making jam products to the community. Therefore, the existence of a program to strengthen the capacity of student organizations (PPK Ormawa) of the Pakuan Management Student Association can help the Bantar Sari village community in producing derivative products with high added value in the form of Crystal Guava Jam Products. It is hoped that this product can become a sustainable alternative source of income for farmers in Bantarsari village. The result of the training activities was that guava farmers were able to process crystal guava into good quality jam products.

Abstract

The Priority Problems and Solutions of Zakah Management in Banten and South Borneo Using AHP. The aim of this study is to map the priority problems and solutions in the management of zakat by using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). Results of a study reveals that there are three kinds of priority issues and solutions zakat management divided by stakeholder agencies (stakeholders) zakat, i.e regulators, zakat organization (OPZ), muzaki and mustahik . Abstract

The purposeof this article is to determine the absorption level of Islamic economics programmegraduates into the Islamic financial industry, in Jakarta and West Java. Thisresearch used exploratory studies method and Alignment Index (AI). The overallresearch results, of 2011 until 2014 graduates showed a low level of absorptioninto Islamic finance industry. Research result showed absorption level in Universityof Muhammadiyah Prof. HAMKA is by 20%, Islamic University 45 bekasiabsoption level continues to increase from year to year, and Juanda UniversityBogor absoption level is below 40%.
