Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul pengembangan psikoedukasi berbasis time management kepada anggota Osis SMAN-2 Peusagan Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu memberikan arahan kepada anak-anak Osis SMAN-2 Peusangan mengenai ilmu psikoedukasi berbasis manajemen waktu. Kegiatan ini di diadakan pada tanggal 6-November 2023 yang terdiri dari 50 orang siswa dan siswi yang terlibat dalam anggota Osis dan Organisasi yang ada di lingkungan sekolah tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan di lapangan dapat di simpulkan bahawa tidak ada perbedaaan di temukan antara siswa laki-laki dan perempuan terkait manajemen waktu. Para peserta memberikan respon yang positif dan antusias, dan kegiatan ini berhasil dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan sekaligus penerapan time management melalui psikoedukasi.

Abstract

Lancok Village is one of the villages in Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency. This village is the location for Community Service (PKM) activities. Students who are members of the PKM team from the Faculty of Agriculture, Agribusiness Study Programme, Almuslim University. The majority of Acehnese people work as farmers. So, we, who are students of the Faculty of Agriculture, Almuslim University, aim to carry out community service by socializing agricultural extension activities with Bireuen district extension officers to find out communication studies in agriculture, where the messages conveyed are agricultural messages, either in the form of new information, new ideas, new technology, or improvements to new methods. This extension was carried out on 23 May 2024 by specifically inviting the Extension Officer as the party who would present the extension material. As a result of this outreach, agricultural students get a space to voice their opinions about various agricultural problems that they hear and see in the field. One of the participants and representatives of agrarian students thought that this extension activity was very good because in addition to adding insight, the material presented was also related to the main problems often faced by farmers.

Abstract

The development of digital technology, especially social media, has had a significant impact on the marketing strategies of small and medium enterprises. This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of Instagram social media on consumer purchasing interest in the Socolatte industry in Baroh Musa Village, Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency. The research method used is quantitative with a simple linear regression analysis technique. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were followers of the Socolatte Instagram account.The results of the study indicate that Instagram social media has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest. This is evidenced by the coefficient of determination (R²) value of 64.9%, which indicates that the Instagram social media variable is able to explain 64.9% of the variation in consumer purchasing interest, while it is influenced by other factors. Factors such as ease of access, quality of information, and interaction through Instagram are the main factors in attracting consumer purchasing interest.This study gives the impression for the Socolatte industry and other business actors to further maximize marketing strategies through social media, especially Instagram, in order to increase consumer appeal and trust in the products offered.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; 1) pola saluran pemasaran Kelapa Gongseng di Desa Cot Puuk Kecamatan Gandapura Kabupaten Bireuen, 2) Untuk mengetahui efisiensi pemasaran Kelapa Gongseng di Desa Cot Puuk Kecamatan Gandapura Kabupaten Bireuen. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan metode kombinasi kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang merupakan pendekatan dalam penelitian dan menghubungkan antara metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saluran pemasaran kelapa gongseng di Desa Cot Puuk Kecamatan Gandapura Kabupaten Bireuen Sebanyak dua Saluran yaitu: saluran pemasaran I (produsen - pedagang pengecer - konsumen akhir), dan saluran II (produsen - Agen - pedagang pengecer - konsumen akhir). Saluran pemasaran Kelapa Gongseng yang memiliki tingkat nilai efisiensi terkecil dan paling efisien adalah saluran pemasaran I sebesar 10,09 % dengan biaya pemasaran sebesar Rp.655,81/kg dan nilai efisiensi terbesar pada saluran pemasaran II sebesar 11,37% dengan biaya pemasaran sebesar Rp.682,48/kg.
