Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is motivated by the importance of farmers in marketing pineapples as a leading commodity in Senuro Village. This study aims to analyze the marketing behavior of pineapple commodities based on the demographics of farmers in Senuro Village. The method used in this research is the survey method. The sampling method employed is simple random sampling with a sample size of 33 farmers. Research data were collected by distributing questionnaires. The data were processed and analyzed using the independent Sample t-Test. The research results indicate that the concept of pineapple commodity marketing behavior significantly affects the demographics of farmers in Senuro Village, and there is no significant difference between selling time, behavior towards the fruit, and buyers with education level and farming experience.  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya petani dalam memasarkan nanas sebagai komoditas unggulan di Desa Senuro. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku pemasaran komoditas nanas berdasarkan demografi petani desa senuro. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode survei. Metode penarikan contoh dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 33 petani. Data penelitian diambil dengan menyebarkan kuisioner. Data diolah dan dianalisis dengan uji independent Sample t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep perilaku pemasaran komoditas nanas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap demografi petani Desa Senuro dan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara waktu jual, perilaku terhadap buah dan pihak pembeli dengan tingkat pendidikan dan pengalaman bertani.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the total cost, production volume, selling price and the income of lowland rice farming in Sungai Dua Village, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency. This research was carried out in February 2021. The determination of respondents was carried out using an experimental method, with experimental land taken on a lowland rice farm. The analysis used in this research is income analysis. The results showed that the average/ha income received by the demfarm land where for lowland rice farming using three superior varieties including the IPB 3S variety, the income was Rp. -63,701,685/Ha, Inpari 32 variety, the income is Rp. -62.493.185/Ha and Ciherang variety Rp. -61.768.185/Ha. Lowland rice farming using the comparison that the higher income is the Ciherang variety because this variety has been used by local farmers. Keywords: income, demfarm, rice varieties
