<![CDATA[The development of communication technologies has changed people's lives who are now more likely to use Internet-based or digital communication media. BKKBN West Sumatra is a government agency which innovates by using digital media called "GenRe Radio." This study aims to examine the use of the digital radio communication media genre in population programs, family planning, and family development and analyse the communication process performed by genre radio in the content of broadcasting programs. The research method used is a qualitative method based on a case study. The sample collection technique in this study was based on purposive sampling techniques. Informants in this study amounted to six people. This research shows that BKKBN uses digital radio communication media to transmit information about population, family planning, and family development in western Sumatra. The utilization of the digital radio communication media genre can increase the use of birth control and the suitable age to marry. Information and inducements to attract listeners are conveyed through the official Instagram post @genreradio107.9fm. The public can also participate in interactive talk show broadcast programs.]]>

<![CDATA[There are several ways to assess the best teacher in determining the potential teacher. This aims to encourage teachers to excel and see the motivation, dedication, and loyalty of teachers, as well as see the professionalism of a teacher in technological advancements based on 4.0. From the research conducted in determining the best teacher, there are problems, including in the selection of the best teacher, the principal tends to choose based on observations made only by the principal himself and does not pay attention to the criteria and indicators of assessment in the form of professional, personality and social which makes the teachers less than optimal in their work. Therefore we need a system to solve some of the problems that occur. A system was built to overcome the problem in the form of a decision support system. A decision support system is a system aimed at management in helping to make the right decisions. The method used is K-Nearest Neighbor, which is a method for making decisions using supervised learning where the results of the new input data are classified based on the closest in the value data. Calculations were carried out in 2020 and 2021. The total value of data in the previous year was 70 lines of data. If it is further detailed, the data used is 1190 value data. The assessment prediction data used is teacher data in 2021, as many as 37 lines of data. The k-NN algorithm uses the value of k to determine the number of nearest neighbors whose status will be calculated.]]>

<![CDATA[Perum Griya Elok is located in the Arai Pinag sub-district, Lubuk Begalung sub-district, Padang city, Perum Griya Elok has a population of approximately 500 residents where these residents come from various races and ethnic religions. The younger generation who are at Perum Griya Elok tend to be unemployed due to limited knowledge and education. That's why we, the devotees, propose to provide an understanding of community service about technology that can generate money, exemplified by coaching using graphic design such as being able to use Photoshop and Coreldraw. The use of Photoshop graphic design now is very promising among being able to do photo editing for weddings, and the Coreldraw application is very promising. Among the creation of logos, posters, billboards themselves really help the youth to develop skills. To make money. With this coaching held, the youth at Griya Elok housing are able to use tools in Photoshop, and make logos with Corel Draw, where in this coaching they are given lectures with practice by providing levels for beginners. The goal is to quickly understand the use of the application where the level itself is from the beginning to the editing process to the design of the image itself.for each language can only be written in one paragraph with the format of one column.]]>

<![CDATA[As an area close to the sea, the life of the people of Kota Pariaman is highly dependent on marine products. One of the villages in Pariaman City that is very dependent on marine products is the community of Pasir Marunggi Village, South Pariaman District. The strategic location of Pasir Marunggi village, namely the road to go to the Minangkabau international airport and to Pariaman City, automatically makes this village a frequent stopover, especially with the sek rice stalls in Pasir village, which have characteristics with those around Pariaman. Some of the obstacles faced in addition to the lack of knowledge in the field of Information Technology in the process of promoting aquaculture and catches by fishermen, resulting in a decrease in sales turnover for fishermen. This community service was aimed to web-based administration system for Mandeh Pasir Fisherman Group, Marunggi Village, Pariaman City. The computer-based administration system is given because there are still many fishermen who are members of the Mandeh - Fisherman Group who do not understand how to manage a computer-based administration system. The expected result is that business groups can do bookkeeping with a computer by introducing Microsoft Word and Excel for administrative facilities and adding block making training to facilitate the promotion of business groups so that they can be known in other areas and increase revenue turnover.]]>

<![CDATA[Pada tanaman semangka tidak luput dari gangguan yang namanya hama dan penyakit. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membangun sistem aplikasi spesialis untuk mengidentifikasi penyakit atau hama yang sering menyerang tanaman semangka dengan menggunakan forward chaining berbasis web. Pada metode forward chaining sendiri dimana setiap munculnya gejala yang menyerang tanaman semangka. Sehingga sistem pakar dapat menunjukkan solusi apa yang cocok untuk menangani serangan penyakit dan hama. Hasil dari apa yang teridentifikasi sistem pakar penyakit dan hama tanaman semangka ini dapat membantu khususnya para petani yang ingin mengetahui tindakan yang tepat untuk mencegah agar tidak terkena serangan penyakit dan hama tanaman semangka dan kapan tanaman semangka yang sudah terjangkit olah juga dapat diketahui solusi yang tepat untuk mengurangi dampak penyakit tersebut.]]>

<![CDATA[Kredit adalah proses meminjamkan uang kepada nasabah dengan ketentuan bahwa nasabah wajib mengembalikan uang yang dipinjamnya kembali kepada bank yang memberi pinjaman. Masalahnya adalah nasabah yang dibiayai atau yang diberi kredi ini memiliki karakter dan sifat yang bermacam-macam sehingga sulit untuk memastikan bahwa kredit tersebut akan dikembalikan seluruhnya. Bank menilai untuk memberikan kredit sering menggunakan prinsip 5 C (Character, Capital Capacity,Condition of Economy, dan Colateral).analisis yang paling rumit adalah analisis terhadap kondisi keuangan calon nasabah yaitu permodalan dan kemampuan calon nasabah dalam melakukan pengembalian kreditnya. Oleh karena itu perlu dikembangkan suatu alat analisis untuk menganalisis permodalan serta kemampuan calon nasabah dalam mengembalikan kreditnya. Untuk memudahkan analisis terhadap calon nasabah maka perlu dikembangkan suatu metode yang dapat meramalkan kualitas dari kredit yang akan diberikan kepada calon nasabah sehingga pihak bank memiliki analisis yang lebih tepat dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk memberikan kredit kepada calon nasabah baru, maka dikembangkanlah suatu metode jaringan syaraf tiruan yang menggunakan algoritma backpropagation sebagai alat bantu dalam menganalisis kualitas kredit yang akan diberikan tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sistem pengambilan keputusan yang memastikan pihak bank memberikan kredit berdasar prinsip 5 c tanpa harus takut dengan pemodalan nasabah baru.]]>

<![CDATA[Era digital telah merubahan kebiasaan masyarakat, dahulu masyarakat sangat sulit mendapatkan informasi, kini hanya melalui genggaman tangan/ HP. Dengan peraturan pemerintah beralihnya televisi konvensional menjadi televisi digital Tentunya membuat media massa televisi harus bisa mempertahankan eksistensi di era digital. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi iNews Tv padang sebagai televisi lokal dalam mempertahankan eksistensi di era digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknk penarikan sampel porposive sampling. Informan peneltian ini berjumlah 6 orang yang terdiri dari kru iNews TV Padang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Inews TV Padang menggunakan youtobe sebagai media komunikasi live streaming dan memanfaatkan facebook, instagram dalam hal mempromosikan isi siaran yang akan ditayangkan pada TV konvensional. Isi konten dari iNews Tv berfokus kepada pemberitaan lokal dan iklan parawisata lokal yang ada disumatera barat. Hambatan yang dihadapi Inews TV padang adalah sumber daya manusia yang sangat terbatas sehingga membuat kendala dalam pembuatan program acara, sumber dana yang kurang maksimal, dan alat jangkauan siaran yang terbatas.]]>

<![CDATA[Fenomena promosi makanan di Platform Instagram yang dilakukan oleh food influencer cukup banyak ditekuni dan tersebar di kota-kota besar, salah satunya di Kota Padang. Di Kota Padang terdapat beberapa food influencer yang cukup potensial untuk dijadikan sebagai pihak ketiga dari kegiatan pemasaran produk dan dapat mempengaruhi para pengikutnya. Salah satu food Influencer Kota Padang yaitu Rico Sapta Hadi yang menggunakan media sosial Instagram sebagai sarana endorsement dengan nama akun @ricosapatahadiDikenal dengan panggilan Dalipp, Rico Sapta Hadi salah satu food influencer terkenal di Sumatera Barat. Pria asal Kabupaten Agam ini memiliki pengikut 107 ribu di Platform Instagramnya. Fokus konten seputar kuliner dan makanan dari tahun 2019 sampai sekarang Rico Sapta Hadi atau dikenal dengan panggilan Dalipp banyak di endorsement oleh owner resto&cafe atau para usaha kuliner dan makanan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi persausif food influencer@richosaptiadi melalui Instagram dan untuk mengetahui hambatan food influencer @richosaptiado dalam mempromosikan makanan dii Instagram. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini diantaranya startegi komunikator food influencer @richosaptiadi memiliki kredibilitas dalam mempromosikan makanan sehingga follower terbujuk untuk membeli. Startegi pesan dengan teknik integritas mengunakan slogan Bahasa daerah “alah tau sanak” untuk menarik perhatian followers. Hambatan food influencer @richosaptiadi diantaranya harus mempromosikan makanan yang tidak enak untuk dipromosikan tetapi tetap harus mempromosikan. Pentingnya hasil penelitian ini selain untuk menambah khasanah ilmu komunikasi di bidang komunikasi persuasif juga berguna dan bermanfaat bagi setiap individu yang ingin belajar jadi seorang food influencer untuk memiliki banyak endorsement di instagram]]>

<![CDATA[Agriculture plays an important role in the economic structure of Agam Regency, where the majority of the population relies on agriculture as their main source of income. A well-functioning irrigation system is essential to support this agricultural sector, and its optimal management is essential. Inadequate irrigation management can have various negative impacts, including the conversion of agricultural land into empty or unproductive land, which then impacts regional income and the welfare of local farmers. This study emphasizes how irrigation assets are managed in Agam Regency and the obstacles encountered. In a region that is predominantly dependent on agriculture, approximately 70% of the land is used for agriculture, including 885 irrigation sites that require efficient management and rehabilitation, often carried out by authorities together with farmer groups. This research focuses on answering the urgent need for an integrated information system for irrigation management in Agam Regency. It is aspiring to develop a roadmap for implementing smart irrigation through information systems. Furthermore, practical investigations will develop information systems to facilitate decision-making processes in better irrigation management. The research methodology uses a qualitative descriptive method, which involves collecting data through questionnaires and interviews with relevant stakeholders, parties from government and farmer groups. Data will be processed using descriptive statistical analysis, focusing on the main problems identified during the research. <![CDATA[The current digital era makes people tend to use online media rather than conventional media. Online games are media that are often used by people, one of which is the mobile legend game. The mobile legend game has a virtual community that is used in virtual communication using dirty words or known as trash talking. The phenomenon of trash talking behavior often occurs in online game players. This behavior involves the use of words that are intended to insult, brag, intimidate, or provoke other players. The purpose of this study was to determine virtual communication through trash talking behavior between online mobile legend game players with Alferd Schutz's phenomenological theory. This study used a qualitative method and data was taken through interviews and direct observation. The results of the study showed that the meaning of trash talking from the BSK squad community was negative, causing cyberbullying and disrupting the comfort of playing for other players. The experience of trash talking from mobile legend game players in the BSK squad community is an unpleasant experience from the emotional factors experienced by players, such as failure or defeat, which can trigger Trash-Talking behavior. The motives for trash talking behavior include as a strategy in playing games, the excitement of playing games, intimidation, and the habit of saying bad words in real life.]]>
