Abstract

Senior High School Global Mulia is one of the schools in Bekasi district. This school is a formal education facility that equips students with knowledge, skills and socialization abilities in society. Therefore, each vocational school has a special agency to handle job placement for graduates, namely the Special Job Exchange (BKK). In this case, the implementation of BKK SMK Global Mulia's duties encountered problems when distributing job vacancy information and job registration information. The job registration process at BKK SMK Global Mulia is still done manually. Based on these problems, this web-based Special Job Exchange Information System is designed for job distribution, managing applicant data and information on calling for selection tests for companies that require it. The system was developed using the waterfall method using the PHP programming language and MySQL database manager. With this special job market information system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for job seekers to obtain more effective information and make it easier for officers to manage BKK.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Fundoo (Fun and Education) sebagai media pembelajaran membaca pola kombinasi huruf untuk peserta didik kelas 3 sekolah dasar. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan untuk mengatasi kesulitan peserta didik dalam mengucapkan kata dengan pola kombinasi huruf yang kompleks. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Design and Development (D&D) menggunakan pendekatan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap utama, yaitu Analisis (Analysis), Perancangan (Design), Pengembangan (Development), Implementasi (Implementation), dan Evaluasi (Evaluation). Pengembangan melibatkan ahli media, ahli materi, peserta didik, dan guru untuk mengevaluasi serta mengetahui respons mereka terhadap aplikasi yang dikembangkan. Hasilnya menunjukkan aplikasi Fundoo layak digunakan. Validasi oleh ahli media meningkat dari 72% pada tahap awal menjadi 98,67%, dan validasi ahli materi meningkat dari 65% menjadi 96%. Respons pengguna juga sangat positif guru memberikan kepuasan 100%, uji coba kelompok kecil mendapat skor 96%, dan kelompok besar 99%, semuanya dalam kategori "sangat baik". Aplikasi Fundoo terbukti efektif sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif dalam melatih peserta didik membaca pola kombinasi huruf. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, aplikasi Fundoo memenuhi kriteria kelayakan sebagai media pembelajaran yang efektif dalam melatih peserta didik membaca pola kombinasi huruf.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the frequent occurrence of children committing acts such as bullying, violence, and a lack of politeness and courtesy. Among the factors causing this is that the teacher's strategy in teaching religion and morals is not in accordance with the learning objectives. This study aims to determine the teacher's strategy for teaching religious and moral values to children aged 4-6 years. The research approach used a qualitative approach through the case study method. The data source for this research is Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers at Kober Raudhotul Jannah Cicalengka and RA Arraudotunnur Garut Regency, with as many as five informants. Data analysis techniques have three main steps: data reduction, data display, and verification. The results concluded that teachers do not fully understand the learning objectives of religion and morals at the PAUD level. Teachers use a variety of methods in accordance with predetermined learning objectives. The methods used by teachers include habituation methods, exemplary singing, role-playing, and tourism work

Abstract

The diagnostic assessment sheet in this study was administered before the learning process began, aiming to assist teachers in identifying students’ strengths and weaknesses so that learning activities could be designed according to students’ individual needs. The assessment sheet consisted of both cognitive and non- cognitive components related to blazer sewing material. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method, conducted at SMK Negeri 2 Tuban, involving 24 students from Class 12 DPB 2 as research subjects. The results of the diagnostic assessment development on blazer sewing material at SMK Negeri 2 Tuban are as follows : 1) Validity results from experts indicated a “Very Valid” category with an average score of 91.4%, based on evaluations by assessment and language experts. The assessment experts gave a score of 89.5% (“Very Valid”), while the language experts gave 93.5% (“Very Valid”) 2) Student responses showed an average score of 70.1%, categorized as “Positive.” 3) Learning outcomes demonstrated an improvement in classical completeness by 21% (from 62.5% to 83%).
