Abstract

Scholars of hadith have mentioned that da'if (weak) hadiths can be used for Fadail Al-A'mal (virtuous actions), but it is uncertain which type of da'if hadith can be used as evidence. Although previous researchers have conducted numerous studies on this topic, this paper aims to discuss the validity of using da'if hadiths as evidence for Fadail al-a'mal by examining the types, conditions, and replacement hadiths of da'if narrations. The conclusions presented in this paper are based on the opinions of hadith scholars, taking into account both the advantages and disadvantages. The researcher employs an analytical study method, focusing on the da'if hadiths compiled in the book "Targhib wa At-Tarhib" in the chapter on Thaharah (purification). The findings of this study indicate that Syadid al-da'ifi refers to a category of hadith that cannot be rectified. Within the Thaharah chapter of the Kitab At-Targhib and At-Tarhib, there are 118 hadiths categorized as follows: 43 authentic hadiths, 16 hasan (good) traditions, 7 da'if traditions, and 52 traditions for which al-Hafizh al-Mundhiri (the author of the book) does not mention their authenticity. Researchers have attempted to identify da'if hadith substitutes to remove the prohibition on using da'if hadiths as evidence for Fadail Al-A'mal. Consequently, out of the seven hadiths, five da'if hadiths can be replaced. The first, third, fourth, and sixth hadiths, however, do not require replacement as they are not weak.

Abstract

Pendidikan sangat penting untuk membentuk jati diri ke arah yang positif. Transformasi dari masa ke masa dinilai sangat diperlukan guna beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman. Pendidikan pesantren merupakan salah satu media yang tidak hanya untuk memahami ilmu agama tetapi juga menguasai ilmu umum secara seimbang. Khususnya di Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng yang mengalami perkembangan pesat pada masa kepemimpinan KH. Salahuddin Wahid. Peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui tentang bagaimana model kepemimpinan KH. Salahuddin Wahid dalam mengembangkan pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng. Ada dua fokus permasalahan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: 1. Bagaimana KH. Salahuddin Wahid dalam mengembangkan pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng, 2. Bagaimana pelaksanaan KH. Salahuddin Wahid dalam mengembangkan pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng. Dalam penelitian skripsi ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan sejarah dalam hal ini penulis mencoba mengungkap bagaimana KH. Salahuddin Wahid, termasuk pendidikannya, serta pengalaman dan perannya baik di bidang pendidikan, sosial, dan politik. Kemudian untuk melengkapi analisisnya, penulis juga menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sebagai alat bantunya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model kepemimpinan KH. Salahuddin Wahid termasuk dalam pola kepemimpinan yang kharismatik, demokratis, transformatif, dan rendah hati.

Abstract

Background. Women and gender studies continue to find momentum, but female clerics are almost never studied. This is early evidence of the assumption that women are not significant in the clergy or even the scientific world in general.Aim. This paper aims to show that female clerics must be recognized for their clergy and knowledge, rights, roles and existence, both in the scientific context and in the life of the nation and state.Methods. This paper designed with the literature study method.Results. Sayyidah Nafisah is the great-grandson of the Prophet Muhammad. She is an example that the existence of female clerics has significance in the context of clergy and the scientific world in general. It is time for society to recognize the existence of female clerics who have the rights and obligations to realize the ideals of the nation and state by developing a moderate, tolerant perspective, respecting diversity.
