Abstract

CV. Sinar Teknik is an MSME in the service sector for repairing and reconditioning machines, which engages as a lathe workshop that has been established since 2007. As a result of the pandemic and intense competition between businesses, it is difficult for businesses to develop, so service innovation becomes an important role for business development. The purpose of this research is to help the lathe workshop to identify and analyze and fix the problems faced such as the ability of production capacity and demand patterns in the business. The method used in the research is in the form of interviews and observations to get the right data. In addition, the research is described descriptively. The results of the analysis of CV. Sinar Teknik demand planning and uses consumer-appropriate demand management techniques to grow its business. In addition, CV. Sinar Teknik can utilize technology to facilitate business activities so that they become more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Digitalisasi merupakan proses yang membuat segalanya lebih mudah dalam mencari informasi yang di perlukan tentunya karena digitalisasi tidak ada batasan waktu dan jarak sehingga dapat mendapatkan informasi serta berbagi informasi dengan mudah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh influencer credibility terhadap purchase intension produk skin care local dengan mediasi brand image, trust, dan brand satisfaction. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian causal comparative research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image, trust, dan brand satisfaction memberikan pengaruh bernilai positif dan signifikan dari variabel independen influencer credibility yang terdiri dari attractiveness, truthworthiness, dan expertise terhadap variabel dependen yakni purchase intention. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan adanya kualitas influencer credibility yang berkualitas dan unggul mampu meningkatkan citra merek, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan merek yang dapat menarik minat pembelian bagi target pelanggan.

Abstract

Croffle Eat SME is a snack type business, namely croffle, which is located in Bengkong Laut. This business has been established since 2021, but it seems that there are still many people who don't know the Croffle Eat brand. Therefore, this research was conducted to help partners develop their business through the use of digital marketing such as building brand profiles on social media and advertising to increase consumer interest. As for the things that are done to increase sales turnover at Croffle Eat, namely by implementing the promotion mix strategy. Based on the results of an analysis of the obstacles experienced by partners, it was found that there were obstacles, namely the lack of promotion on social media which caused weak brand awareness in these MSMEs. Therefore, this research was conducted to integrate the implementation of the promotion mix marketing strategy by creating interesting content along with the right consumer targeting and in accordance with the results of a consumer survey to increase partner sales.

Abstract

PT Gudang Garam Tbk is a cigarette manufacturer renowned for its unfiltered cigarettes. The number of product lovers compels management to employ supply chain management to maximize distribution. The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is utilized by PT Gudang Garam Tbk to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of its business processes. The objective of this study is to determine why PT Gudang Garam Tbk selected Oracle as its ERP system based on its business processes or supply chain. The documentation study approach is employed to collect data for this study. This study employs a qualitative methodology. This study utilizes both primary and secondary data. As a result of the research and discussion, PT Gudang Garam Tbk develops a supply chain strategy that prioritizes efficiency in order to facilitate production and distribution and reduce distribution costs. In fact, the company chose Oracle because it offers various advantages that other ERP systems lack, including the ability to process massive volumes of data, user control that includes restrictions on other users' access, and a server cluster.
