Abstract

PT Gudang Garam Tbk is a cigarette manufacturer renowned for its unfiltered cigarettes. The number of product lovers compels management to employ supply chain management to maximize distribution. The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is utilized by PT Gudang Garam Tbk to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of its business processes. The objective of this study is to determine why PT Gudang Garam Tbk selected Oracle as its ERP system based on its business processes or supply chain. The documentation study approach is employed to collect data for this study. This study employs a qualitative methodology. This study utilizes both primary and secondary data. As a result of the research and discussion, PT Gudang Garam Tbk develops a supply chain strategy that prioritizes efficiency in order to facilitate production and distribution and reduce distribution costs. In fact, the company chose Oracle because it offers various advantages that other ERP systems lack, including the ability to process massive volumes of data, user control that includes restrictions on other users' access, and a server cluster.

Abstract

The economic crisis that has occurred around the world since the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic has had a severe impact on the operational costs of a business. With that, the purpose of this research is to assist the New Pelita Motor Store in dissecting the problems that exist in them, especially in managing demand and production capacity. Data collection techniques used are literature studies and interviews with owners and employees at the New Pelita Motor Store. The interview questions discussed how their day-to-day operations were, as well as how their sales progressed from period to period. The results obtained are that the management of demand and capacity of these partners has not been effective in the operation, because New Pelita Motor Store tends to be in a manual or traditional operational position. Therefore, suggestions that can be given are to improve the consumer experience when and after receiving services and balance their demands through promotional media to get optimal production capacity.

Abstract

The current business environment has prompted various companies to develop strategies to stay competitive. One effective way to do this is through good operational management. PT Sindo Manufaktur Industri is a manufacturing company that specializes in mass production and contract manufacturing services for various industrial products. The company has recognized the importance of operational management and has taken steps to improve it. The objective of this research is to analyze the operational management of PT Sindo Manufaktur Industri. This study uses primary qualitative data and collects information through interviews with the company's operational manager. The research findings reveal that PT Sindo Manufaktur Industri has not implemented many good operational strategies at present, but this is not necessary as their business processes are not complex. As their business expands in the future, they can consider implementing various operational management strategies suggested by the authors of this study.

Abstract

Equality of opportunity in all aspects for persons with disabilities is a fundamental right enshrined in Indonesian legislation and international treaties, namely the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD). One such aspect is participating in arts and cultural activities such as music festivals. Therefore, this research aims to identify the provision of access for persons with disabilities in organizing Tau-Tau Fest, a music festival in Indonesia. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques in interviews and observation. The results show that although some facilities and services already exist, some aspects require adjustments to meet the needs of people with disabilities, such as viewing areas, queue lines, accessible signage, and staff training on disability awareness. Therefore, recommendations in the form of accessibility plans are given to event organizers and similar music festivals.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of implementing the Archerys ID Model instructional design and student learning motivation on physics learning outcomes. The Archerys ID Model, developed from the ARCS motivational framework, incorporates reflection and the formation of learning habits to enhance both engagement and academic integrity. A quasi-experimental method with a 2×2 factorial design was employed, involving an experimental group taught using the Archerys ID Model and a control group using the TPACK model. Data were collected through learning motivation questionnaires and standardized physics tests, then analyzed using two-way ANOVA to assess main effects and interactions. The results showed that students taught with the Archerys ID Model achieved significantly higher learning outcomes than those in the TPACK group. Learning motivation also had a significant effect on student performance, while no interaction was found between the instructional model and motivation levels. These findings indicate that the Archerys ID Model is effective in improving learning outcomes, particularly when combined with strategies that promote intrinsic learning engagement.

Abstract

Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (TPB)/Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), atau juga dikenal dengan Tujuan Dunia/Global Goals memiliki 17 Tujuan yang dilaksanakan secara global. Setelah diadopsi, maka Pemerintah Indonesia bersama Pemerintah Daerah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mengimplementasikannya, termasuk dengan melibatkan akademisi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilakukan ini ditujukan untuk menyukseskan TPB, terkhusus Tujuan 8 yaitu Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Dilaksanakan di Kampung Dayun, Kecamatan Dayun, Kabupaten Siak Sri Indrapura, Provinsi Riau, kegiatan pengabdian ini diikuti sebanyak 30 peserta yang merupakan para pelaku UMKM dan para mahasiswa/i. Kegiatan diselenggarakan melalui pendekatan penyuluhan, yakni pendekatan yang berupa diseminasi pengetahuan secara non-formal melalui metode memberikan pengetahuan, mendemonstrasikan dan mendorong para peserta agar paham, tahu dan dapat bertindak mengikuti kesadaran diri dan pengetahuan yang dimiliki. Dari hasil kegiatan diketahui bahwa pengetahuan tentang sertifikasi profesi dan Business Model Canvas (BMC) merupakan sesuatu yang baru sehingga ada perubahan pengetahuan para pelaku UMKM, dari yang sebelumnya tidak mengenal TPB dan sertifikasi profesi bagi pelaku UMKM menjadi mengetahui. Selain itu, langkah-langkah dalam berbisnis dan BMC telah memberikan ide-ide baru bagi pelaksanaan usaha mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh Kredit yang Diberikan, Giro, dan Deposito terhadap Rasio Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) pada PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk selama periode 2020–2024. Dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan tahunan Bank Mandiri, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana komponen-komponen dana pihak ketiga dan penyaluran kredit memengaruhi efektivitas fungsi intermediasi perbankan. Periode penelitian yang mencakup masa pandemi dan pemulihan ekonomi memberikan konteks yang relevan untuk menilai ketahanan dan kinerja bank dalam menjaga stabilitas likuiditas. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam penyusunan strategi pengelolaan dana dan penyaluran kredit yang lebih optimal, serta menjadi acuan bagi perbankan nasional dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan stabilitas sistem keuangan.

Abstract

Pengetahuan mahasiswa akuntansi tentang kode etik profesi akuntan sangat berdampak pada tingkat pengetahuan dan perilaku mereka, terutama dalam dunia kerja. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menganalisis pemahaman tentang kode etik profesi akuntan di Tanjungpinang, dengan fokus pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pembangunan Tanjungpinang. Seorang akuntan memiliki peran penting dalam bisnis, terutama terkait dengan aspek finansial atau keuangan perusahaan. Sebab itu, mahasiswa jurusan Akuntansi disarankan mempelajari kode etik profesi ini. Kode etik akuntan berfungsi sebagai penuntun norma dan standar kelakuan yang harus diterapkan pada pelaksanaan tugas dan kewajiban. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis seberapa jauh pemahaman mahasiswa jurusan Akuntansi di STIE Tanjungpinang terhadap kode etik profesi akuntan. Penelitian ini memakai metode deskriptif kuantitatif, serta kuesioner yang akan disebarkan kepada mahasiswa jurusan Akuntansi di STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang.

Abstract

In line with the rapid advancement of technology in the digital era, notaries have also begun using technological tools such as computers to create deeds. Nowadays, notaries face challenges in maintaining the security of their clients' data storage from digital threats such as computer viruses, data breaches and modifications, and even misuse of electronic signatures. Furthermore, personal electronic data is also vulnerable to hacking by irresponsible parties. This research aims to understand the regulation of personal data protection in Indonesia, particularly regarding the rights and obligations of notaries in managing their clients' data, as well as the legal-political relation of notarial regulations in ensuring the protection of clients' data, as viewed from the Notary Law. The research method used by the author is a normative juridical method through literature studies. In the era of information technology development, personal data protection becomes very important, especially in notarial practices involving legal documents that are private and sensitive. In addition to the Personal Data Protection Law, the Notary Law is also expected to provide a legal foundation to maintain the confidentiality and security of notary clients' data. Therefore, synchronization between the Notary Law and Personal Data Protection Law have its urgency, although both regulations have the same objective to protect client’s data, there is a need to synchronize them so that there is no overlap in their implementation.
