This study aims to analyze the implementation of Permendikbudristek Number 30 of 2021 in State Universities in Aceh, and its relevance to Islamic Sharia values that apply in Aceh. This study uses a qualitative method with research locations in nine state universities in Aceh. The subjects of this study are university leaders, Satgas teams, lecturers, students, government representatives, religious leaders, and NGO activists. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The study results show that Permendikbudristek Number 30 of 2021 has been implemented well in state universities in Aceh. However, implementing this policy faces challenges in compliance with Islamic Sharia in Aceh. One of the primary debates is the concept of "consent," which some groups consider potentially contrary to the Qanun Jinayat. This difference in principle between national regulations and local laws creates a dilemma in its application in Aceh. Therefore, some universities have taken an adaptive approach by drafting relevant derivative regulations. This research encourages universities and policymakers, such as the government and religious authorities, to design policies aligning with Aceh's Islamic law. All universities in Aceh need to develop internal guidelines that are in line with national regulations and local laws to strengthen protection for victims of sexual violence. Collaboration between the government, educational institutions, and religious leaders is also key in creating effective policies to prevent sexual violence and being accepted by the people of Aceh.
