Abstract

The digital revolution has transformed retail industry into a new era full of opportunities through e-commerce but also presenting challenges in online furniture sales. Due to their inability to precisely measure and see furniture in their spaces, many customers are hesitant to make purchases. Augmented Reality (AR) offers solutions through realistic visualizations, but it’s costly and has a lot of accessibility problems. WebAR solves these issues by delivering AR features directly on mobile browsers without requiring additional apps. This study investigates the impact of WebAR innovation on e-commerce furniture by examining the roles of interactivity (IN), vividness (VI), augmentation (AU), customization (CT), and ease of access (EA) on purchase intention (PI), mediated by spatial presence (SP), decision comfort (DC), and satisfaction (SF). Using the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) model, data from 100 respondents were analyzed with the PLS-SEM algorithm using SmartPLS 4.0. The findings tell us that WebAR significantly enhances consumers’s shopping experience and ultimately boosts purchase intention.

Abstract

Website telah menjadi bagian penting dari kegiatan bisnis, pendidikan, hiburan, maupun media sosial. Optimalisasi website menjadi penting saat proses pembuatannya. Hal ini disebabakan supaya pengguna website merasa nyaman. Akses website yang cepat dan ringan menjadi salah satu daya tarik pengguna. Metode pembuatan website pada bagian Front-End diklasifikasikan menjadi 3 macam, yaitu: metode render CSR (Client Side Rendering), metode render SSR (Server Side Rendering), dan metode render ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration). Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi website dengan framework Next.js sebagai website untuk pengujian. Dibuat dalam website satu halaman berisi list daftar berita dari API CNNIndonesia.com. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari metode mana yang optimal digunakan dalam pengembangan website. Sebagai metrik performansi digunakan kecepatan dan ukuran website. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah bahwa metode ISR sangat cocok digunakan dalam pengembangan web frontend karena lebih ringan dan lebih cepat diakses dibanding metode SSR dan CSR. Dengan rekomendasi untuk pembuatan website, jika menginginkan kecepatan berarti dapat menggunakan metode ISR untuk peramban crome jika menggunakan mozilla SSR. Jika menginginkan generate yang ringan maka menggunakan metode ISR untuk mozilla dan ISR untuk chrome.

Abstract

Semarang City boasts a diverse array of appealing culinary restaurants, yet both tourists and local residents frequently encounter difficulties in selecting dining establishments that best match their preferences, often diminishing their culinary tourism experience and leading to inefficient time usage. This research aims to develop a decision support model by implementing a combined approach of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to streamline the restaurant selection process. AHP was selected for its capability to establish hierarchical criteria weights, while SAW offers an efficient method for ranking alternatives. The initial phase utilized AHP to determine the weights of six identified relevant primary criteria: Cleanliness, Location, Price, Ambiance, Taste, and Rating. Assessments for each of these criteria were gathered through surveys administered to 30 culinary enthusiasts in Semarang City. Subsequently, the second phase employed SAW to calculate the final scores for 10 culinary tourism restaurants in Semarang, evaluated through questionnaires by 10 different respondents. The calculation results placed Folkcafe at ALVA in the first rank (with a score of 0.8656), followed by Ikan Bakar Cianjur in the second rank (score of 0.8524), and Pelangi Cheese Chiffon Cake in the third rank (score of 0.8173). These findings unequivocally demonstrate the effectiveness of applying AHP and SAW for prioritizing culinary restaurants in Semarang, further supported by the valid consistency of the AHP criteria weights (CR = 0.0341). This study contributes to the DSS literature by combining AHP and SAW in the underexplored context of culinary tourism ranking. This model is expected to serve as a practical guide for visitors and a foundational basis for the development of digital recommendation systems within the culinary tourism sector.

Abstract

Promosi kenaikan jabatan di BKPP Pemerintah Kota Semarang memerlukan evaluasi kualitas dan kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Saat ini, proses seleksi masih manual, menyebabkan ketidaktelitian dalam kelengkapan berkas dan verifikasi. Penelitian ini menganalisis pola keberhasilan kenaikan pangkat menggunakan machine learning dengan membandingkan Between-Class Variation dan Within-Class Variation. Hasilnya, rasio 0,003691276 menunjukkan kinerja model yang sangat baik. Temuan lain menyoroti kesalahan kenaikan pangkat akibat kelalaian pegawai dalam pengajuan berkas dan kurang cermatnya petugas. Solusinya, diperlukan sistem otomatis berbasis AI untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi seleksi.

Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) is an important indicator for assessing the success of regional development, particularly in the aspects of health, education, and economy. However, as an aggregate indicator, HDI cannot yet specifically represent the unique development needs of each region. Therefore, a decision support system (DSS) approach is needed to analyze HDI components more deeply and objectively. This study aims to compare two multicriteria decision-making methods-Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS)-in ranking the HDI of regencies/cities in Central Java Province in 2024. The HDI data was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) 2024, covering the three main dimensions of HDI. The analysis results show differences in ranking orders between the two methods, indicating that the choice of analytical method can influence development interpretations and priorities. This study makes a significant contribution by providing a data-driven approach to support more targeted regional development policies.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology requires teachers to present learning materials in a creative and visual manner. Informatics teachers at SMA Bringin face challenges in creating visually engaging teaching materials due to limited graphic design knowledge, which results in low student engagement and less effective delivery of content. To address this issue, a community service activity in the form of Canva training for informatics teachers at SMA Bringin was conducted. This activity followed a participatory and hands-on approach (learning by doing). The training took place over two days in the school's computer lab and was attended by 15 informatics teachers as well as several other subject teachers. Evaluation results showed 35% improvement in participants' understanding of Canva, based on a comparison of pre-test and post-test scores. Participants also displayed high creativity and enhanced visual skills in their final tasks, which involved creating educational materials using Canva. The satisfaction survey revealed that 93% of participants found the training highly beneficial and expressed their intention to adopt Canva in regular teaching. Overall, this training successfully improved the digital literacy of teachers, particularly in designing visual teaching media using Canva. Participants provided feedback suggest the organization of follow-up training focusing on animation or interactive video-based learning.

Abstract

The increasing population and economic growth in major Indonesian cities drive demand for motor vehicles, particularly those of the Toyota brand. However, the fluctuating sales of Toyota from 2011 to 2023 complicate sales planning. This study aims to compare the performance of ARIMA and LSTM forecasting models in predicting Toyota car sales in Indonesia. The data used were obtained from the Association of Indonesian Automotive Industries (GAIKINDO). The results show that the LSTM model performs better than the ARIMA model in forecasting sales. The LSTM model yields lower prediction error values, as indicated by an RMSE of 5,198.40 and a MAPE of 15%, compared to ARIMA, which has an RMSE of 7,769.82 and a MAPE of 16%. Although the MAE of ARIMA is slightly better, at 4501.91, LSTM can minimize large prediction errors, which is evidenced by the significantly lower RMSE compared to ARIMA. The 1% difference in MAPE indicates that LSTM has a smaller percentage of prediction errors. These findings provide important implications for automotive companies in formulating more effective sales strategies. The LSTM model can be a valuable tool for anticipating market trends and making more accurate business decisions.

Abstract

Divisi sewing merupakan bagian penting dalam industri garmen yang sangat bergantung pada kompetensi tenaga kerja. Namun, penilaian kompetensi karyawan di divisi ini masih dilakukan secara subjektif dan bersifat biner, yaitu hanya menilai “bisa” atau “tidak bisa” dengan rentang nilai terbatas seperti 15% atau 0%. Hal ini mengakibatkan ketidakakuratan dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait penempatan kerja dan pengembangan karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model penilaian kompetensi yang objektif dan terukur menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP) dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK). WP dipilih karena kemampuannya menangani pembobotan multikriteria secara proporsional dan efisien. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa metode WP mampu mengelompokkan kompetensi karyawan dengan lebih akurat melalui klasifikasi nilai preferensi yang telah ditentukan. Model ini dapat menjadi dasar dalam evaluasi tenaga kerja dan perencanaan pengembangan kompetensi yang lebih tepat

Abstract

Abstract: The selection of exemplary Government Employees Non-Civil Servants (PPNPN) is a strategic initiative aimed at fostering a productive, disciplined, and professional work culture within government institutions. This system is designed to assist the evaluation and selection process of outstanding PPNPN at Ahmad Yani Meteorological Station, replacing conventional assessment methods that previously focused mainly on attendance and communication, which were often considered subjective and time-consuming. The evaluation involved 10 PPNPN assessed based on eight key criteria: productivity, personality and loyalty, attendance, job responsibility, initiative, honesty, neatness, and teamwork. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to Civil Servants (ASN) at Ahmad Yani Meteorological Station, who are directly involved in the daily performance assessment of the PPNPN. The results show that the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method effectively ranked PPNPN performance, with the highest score of 100 achieved by MH and the lowest score of 95.2 by HS. The implementation of the SAW method is expected to provide transparent, objective, and measurable results to support data-driven decision-making in employee performance evaluations. Keyword: Decision Support System; SAW; PPNPN; Performance Evaluation Abstrak: Pemilihan Pegawai Pemerintah Non Pegawai Negeri (PPNPN) teladan merupakan langkah strategis dalam mendorong budaya kerja yang produktif, disiplin, dan profesional di lingkungan instansi pemerintahan. Sistem ini dirancang untuk menjadi alat bantu dalam proses evaluasi dan seleksi PPNPN teladan di Stasiun Meteorologi Ahmad Yani, menggantikan metode penilaian konvensional yang sebelumnya hanya berpusat pada presensi dan komunikasi yang dinilai kurang objektif dan memakan waktu. Prosesevaluasi melibatkan 10 orang PPNPN yang dinilai berdasarkan delapan kriteria utama, yakni produktivitas, perilaku kepribadian dan loyalitas, kehadiran, tanggung jawab pekerjaan, inisiatif, kejujuran, kerapihan, dan kerjasama. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Stasiun Meteorologi Ahmad Yani sebagai responden yang terlibat langsung dalam penilaian kinerja harian para PPNPN. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa metode SAW berhasil menyusun peringkat kinerja PPNPN secara efektif. Dimana didapat nilai tertinggi yaitu 100 atas nama MH dan nilai terendah yaitu HS dengan nilai 95.2. Dengan metode SAW ini diharapkan mampu memberikan hasil yang transparan, objektif, dan terukur dalam mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan berbasis data dalam evaluasi kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan; Simple Additive Weighting; PPNPN;                    Penilaian Kinerja

Abstract

Abstrack: Digital transformation in education demands the development of a comprehensive decision support system to optimize the selection of learning media in educational institutions. This study aims to develop a multi-criteria evaluation framework using a combination of the Simple Additive Weighting method and the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution to determine the optimal learning media. The research methodology uses a comparative quantitative approach with a systematic documentation study of eight types of learning media at SMK Bhakti Persada, Kendal Regency during the period of June 2025. The analysis was carried out based on four main criteria: learning effectiveness, interactivity, ease of use, implementation costs. The results showed that digital technology-based learning media dominated with 62.5%, where e-learning platforms achieved the highest ranking in SAW (1,000) and optimal interactive multimedia in TOPSIS (0.699). The Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.976 confirmed methodological consistency with expert judgment validation reaching an acceptance level of 89.2%. The developed system makes a significant contribution to optimizing the allocation of educational resources through objective and measurable evidence-based decision making.Keyword: decision support systems, learning media, multi-criteria evaluation. Abstrak: Transformasi digital dalam dunia pendidikan menuntut pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan yang komprehensif untuk optimalisasi pemilihan media pembelajaran di institusi pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan framework evaluasi multi-kriteria menggunakan kombinasi metode Simple Additive Weighting dan Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution untuk menentukan media pembelajaran optimal. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif komparatif dengan studi dokumentasi sistematis terhadap delapan jenis media pembelajaran di SMK Bhakti Persada Kabupaten Kendal selama periode bulan Juni 2025. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan empat kriteria utama: efektivitas pembelajaran, interaktivitas, kemudahan penggunaan, biaya implementas.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi digital mendominasi dengan 62,5%, dimana platform e-learning mencapai ranking tertinggi dalam SAW (1,000) dan multimedia interaktif optimal dalam TOPSIS (0,699). Koefisien korelasi Spearman sebesar 0,976 mengkonfirmasi konsistensi metodologis dengan validasi expert judgment mencapai tingkat penerimaan 89,2%. Sistem yang dikembangkan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap optimalisasi alokasi sumber daya pendidikan melalui pengambilan keputusan berbasis evidence yang objektif dan terukur. Kata-kata Kunci: sistem pendukung keputusan, media pembelajaran, multi-kriteria evaluasi.
