Abstract

The era of globalization, the erosion of local culture in Indonesia, declining interest and public concern Semarang city of art and culture, and performance Cultural Affairs D.C.T Semarang into the background in this study. The research objective to analyze the performance of Cultural Affairs D.C.T Semarang and describe the factors supporting and inhibiting performance of Cultural Affairs D.C.T Semarang in dealing with the erosion of cultural values of the people in the city of Semarang. This study uses the theory of organizational performance with five dimensions of organizational performance namely productivity, quality of service, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability, while also enabling and inhibiting factors are derived from the internal and external environments. The approach used qualitative descriptive. The technique of collecting data through interviews, documentation, and literature study with employees of Cultural Affairs D.C.T informant Semarang. The results showed that the performance of Cultural Affairs D.C.T Semarang in handling the erosion of cultural values of the people in the city of Semarang can be said is good, but not yet maximal because there are constraints on the dimensions of productivity and quality of service that is the lack of coordination and cooperation and the lack of community participation. Supporting factors such as the objectives in the Strategic Plan 2010-2015 D.C.T Semarang year, the organizational structure is very good, quality human resources, the attitude of discipline and mutual cooperation, RPJMD policy, economic conditions and their budgets, community participation when a big event, and public criticism and suggestions. While the inhibiting factors that limited human resources, regulations, central and local government is so strict about the grant, the absence of authority in the national film industry, certification of cultural heritage, and preservation of the Java language, limited budget, and lack of participation, interest and public awareness to conservation culture. Suggested of Cultural Affairs can improve productivity, maximize cooperation has been established, adding cooperation networks, and coordinate with the Central Government and R.E.A Semarang.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the sharia marketing strategy of the Mawaridussalam Islamic Boarding School Micro Waqf Bank in an effort to attract customers. Informants in the research are the Head of Management, Supervisor, and Operations Manager. Research methods used by collecting data, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The discussion technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The results of this study show that in the implementation of sharia marketing strategies at the Mawaridussalam Islamic Boarding School Micro Waqf Bank by doing how to select prospective customer criteria, Muslim women who wear hijab and are married, behave well, have a business, and by approaching strategies with ustadzh, village heads, and study mothers in order to socialize to the community and business actors about what a Micro Waqf Bank is. As for the constraints and obstacles in the training process, prospective customers are still selfish, lack of care, especially when conducting socialization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the principles of Prudential Banking in the Determination of Financing Collateral at PT. BSI Kcp Indrapura, the research design carried out by the author in this study is to use descriptive qualitative research, this research is located at Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Indrapura, the source of this research data is primary data obtained from observation and interviews, while the results of this research are In Determination of Financing Collateral at BSI KCP Indrapura in general, the concept used is the concept of prudential banking which refers to the 5C aspect, namely (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition of Economic), especially the application of Collateral / collateral that will be handed over by the customer to the bank must meet the requirements, the most collateral provided by customers is in the form of Certificate of Ownership (SHM) and Proof of Motor Vehicle Ownership (BPKB). Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Indrapura in determining the eligibility of collateral based on the criteria of economic value, the goods are not damaged or being mortgaged at another bank, marketable, and legally binding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini guna mengetahui pengaruh Personal Selling terhadap minat beli produk halal network international (HNI ) pada business center medan 1. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian  kuantitatif di metode kuesioner diisi oleh responden. Di penelitian ini memakai uji validitas juga reabilitas, uji normalitas, uji hipotesis melalui uji t serta analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) di pengolahan data memakai  SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi Y – 4,215 + 1,191 x. Hasil analisis diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya variabel personal selling (x) berpengaruh kepada variabel minat beli(Y) yang bernilai positif, kemudian dengan indeks determinasi sebesar 57,3% ini berarti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli produk halal network international (HNI) pad Business center medan 1, dan sebesar 42,7% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti di penelitian ini.

Abstract

Pelatihan dan pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah  berawal dari adanya potensi lahan yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat. Dari berbagai data yang diperoleh UMKM menjadi salah satu aspek yang berpotensi untuk memajukan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. UMKM juga menyumbang banyak lapangan pekerjaan untuk masyarakat yang kesulitan memenuhi persyaratan pekerjaan di suatu instansi. Maka perlu dilakukannya upaya untuk pengembangan UMKM di Sumatera Utara, salah satunya dengan memberikan pelatihan UMKM kepada masyarakat Pimpinan Ranting Tanjung Mulia Darat sebagai usaha memberikan pemahaman berwirausaha dan menanamkan pola pikir berwirausaha yang diharapkan dapat memberikan kebermanfaatan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the travel performance of the performance of Hajj and Umrah at PT.Gadika Travel Medan. This reseach was obtained by the formance of the executor of travel that the performance of Hajj and Umrah could improve the walfare of the pligrims. This reseach method uses qualitative research with the type of case study reseach. Data collection tecniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the result of reseach and analysis of key data that with the performance of this Umrah pilgrimage can improve the welfare of the Umrah pligrims at PT.Gadika Travel Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to explain fintech opportunities in socializing waqf in society. This study uses a causal flow of thought in formulating opportunities that occur as a result of the integration of waqf and fintech. This research method is qualitative by using secondary data sources. The main data sources in this research are studies of scientific literature and news media that have good credibility in their editorials. Based on the research results, the use of fintech as a medium for carrying out waqf activities to raise productive funds has a positive effect on waqf socialization in society, especially for the younger generation who are considered active in using fintech platforms in their daily economic life. For the younger generation, integration between waqf services and fintech platforms can provide an opportunity for them to better understand the concept of productive waqf and generate interest in applying it. This research seeks to contribute to fully supporting and motivating productive waqf managers to build digital infrastructure (fintech) in collecting and managing productive waqf funds as well as being a medium of socialization for the public in understanding productive waqf.

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, technological innovation has become a driving force in advancing accounting practices, especially in the context of audit examinations. This paper investigates the impact and implications of using the latest technology in accounting audits, with a focus on increasing audit efficiency and effectiveness. This research shows that the integration of technologies, such as big data analytics, artificial intelligence, and blockchain technology, can result in a significant transformation in the way auditors manage, analyze, and verify financial data. The success of technology in improving the quality of audit services is also related to professional ethical challenges that arise along with the development of this technology. The results of this research provide in-depth insight into how technological innovation can have a positive impact on accounting audits, forming the basis for more adaptive and efficient audit practices.

Abstract

Keterbukaan informasi publik menjadi wajib bagi seluruh badan publik mulai dari lembaga eksekutif, legislatif dan yudikatif harus menerapkannya. Demikian pula Pengadilan Negeri Tegal yang merupakan lembaga peradilan yang berada di daerah tingkat II. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa keterbukaan informasi publik pada Pengadilan Negeri Tegal dalam website dengan Surat Keputusan Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia Nomor 2-144/KMA/SK/VIII/2022 terhadap https://pn-tegal.go.id/id/ dan mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan Pengadilan Negeri Tegal dalam transparansi informasi yang akan disampaikan pada masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data, observasi, wawancara dan analisa. Analisa yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman dengan reduksi data, pengumpulan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terdapat ketidaksesuaian Surat Keputusan Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia terhadap website Pengadilan Negeri Tegal, sebab terdapat standarisasi tersendiri yang digunakan untuk pembuatan website. Hal ini tentunya menyulitkan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan informasi yang cepat tanpa perlu membuka website Pengadilan lain maupun dinas lain yang berkaitan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa 98% informasi yang terdapat pada website Pengadilan Negeri Tegal sudah sesuai namun ada beberapa informasi yang mengharuskan masyarakat membuka webiste Pengadilan Tinggi Semarang. Walaupun dalam penerapannya informasi yang disampaikan sudah disesuaikan dengan dialek Tegalan, akan menyulitkan masyarakat ketika informasi yang disampaikan tidak lengkap.

Abstract

LAZISMU Medan has several programs in an effort to empower the people's economy, LAZISMU distributes productive zakat to improve the welfare of mustahikthat isthrough the MSME Utilization program which has the main task of providing capital to business actors. Problems when running the MSME empowerment program include zakat funds that are not on target and the businesses run by mustahik are not all running smoothly. This study aims to determine the MSME Utilization system and the strategies implemented by LAZISMU Medan City, as well as to find out the cause of the business run by mustahik not running smoothly. This research method uses qualitative research methods, with data collection from interviews, observations and documentation to determine the LAZISMU system and strategy in Medan City and to find out the causes of Mustahik's business not prospering. There are 5 informants in this research. The results of the research carried out can be seen that the empowerment of MSMEs using the offense and application system has a very big influence on the welfare of the community and can alleviate poverty in the city of Medan, the strategy used by LAZISMU Medan City of the four strategies is only one that is realized and one that is not realized, namely Training Entrepreneurship.
