Abstract

This research investigates the interrelated factors influencing customer loyalty in the tourism industry of West Java. Through a comprehensive study involving 200 respondents, we examine the impact of service quality, pricing strategies, and destination image on customer loyalty. Utilizing a quantitative analysis approach, the study employs structural equation modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) to unravel the intricate relationships among these crucial constructs. The research contributes to the existing body of knowledge by offering insights into the specific dynamics shaping tourist allegiance in this unique region. Findings from the study provide practical implications for businesses, policymakers, and destination marketers, enabling them to tailor strategies that enhance customer loyalty and contribute to the sustainable growth of West Java's tourism sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the adoption of digital payment technology in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 85 MSMEs in Bandung City that have used QRIS mobile digital payment services. This research uses a quantitative approach with primary data obtained from MSME owners or managers in Bandung City who have used QRIS digital payment services. The results of the analysis show that factors such as perceived ease of use, perceived benefits, and security affect the intention to use QRIS payment technology. In addition, validity, reliability, normality, and multicollinearity tests are also carried out to ensure data reliability and validity. The results of hypothesis testing show that all independent variables, namely Perceive in Use, Perceive in Usefulness and Security in Use, have a significant effect on user behavior in using QRIS. This research contributes to analyzing the acceptance and use of digital payment technology in MSMEs.

Abstract

Didalam organisasi yang mebutuhkan suatu factor yang mendukung jalanannya suatu organisasi yang baik agar organisasi itu bisa berjalan dan mencapai tujuannya. Untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi tersebut dibutuhkan SDM yang berkualitas. Jika suatu organiasi mempunyai karyawan yang berkualitas itu harus di pertahankan maka dari itu komitmen organisasi itu penting. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Organizational-Based Self Esteem dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang berada di Koperasi Guyub Rukun, Kelurahan Semaki dengan jumlah sampel 150 responden. Hasil peelitian ini didapatkan nilai Fhitung 72,254 > dari Ftabel 3,06 dan hasil sig. 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 hal ini berarti ada hubungan signifikan Organizational-Based Self-Esteem (X1), Budaya Organsasi (X2), kepada variabel dependen Komitmen Organisasi.

Abstract

Background: The effects of many economic policy packages aimed at promoting economic growth in Indonesia are thought to have fallen short of expectations. The primary factors are policies that are still reactive and the timing of execution. Aim: This study's goal is to examine how economic development in Jombang's Ngusikan Subdistrict is related to village economic policy packages. Method: This study employed a quantitative methodology with non-experimental fact exposure. Primary information was gathered from surveys of village administrators and local leaders. Secondary data come from documents or directly from linked persons during direct interviews. data analysis utilizing the F-test and simple and fictitious regression correlation analysis. Findings: The development of the economy of Jombang's Ngusikan Subdistrict is significantly influenced by the road and electrical infrastructure. However, in Ngusikan Subdistrict, Jombang District, telephone and water facilities do not significantly affect economic growth. But concurrently, every aspect of the fiscal decentralization strategy has a large impact on the rate of economic expansion in the Ngusikan Subdistrict, Jombang District.
