Abstract

Employe entrepreneurial behavior are considered to be an important driver of innovation and strategic renewal within companies. This paper focuses on employee behaviour and how it can be stimulated towards entrepreneurship. We propose and test a two-step model where formal and informal work context affects employees’ entrepreneurial behaviour, which then provides the basis for bottom-up initiated entrepreneurial projects. Our empirical data consist of questionnaire responses of 176 employees in Star Hotel Semarang. The results of structural equation model estimations indicate that organisational structure affect employees’ entrapreneurial behaviour, but also trust in the direct manager. We also find that innovativeness and personal initiative, but not risk taking, play a role for an effective translation of employees’ behaviour into entrepreneurial projects

Abstract

This paper reviews and extends the literature on entrepreneurs ethical behavior. Building on previous ethical decision making models, we argue that the nature of both the entrepreneur and the entrepreneurship context warrant additional theorizing within the ethics literature. We propose that entrepreneurs face unique internal and external drivers of ethical behavior. Likewise, in the course of engaging in entrepreneurial activities, the entrepreneurs higher accountability and concern for reputation may lead to relatively  higher ethical conduct, while the increased uncertainty may countervail these pressures. We discuss the implications of these tensions and future directions for research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the magnitude of the influence of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control to entrepreneurial intention. The data in this study were obtained from student at STIE Totalwin Semarang. Results and the theoretical implications of this research is that this study supports previous research that says that the attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control affect to entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

The data in this study were obtained from student at STIE Totalwin Semarang. Results and the theoretical implications of this research is that this study supports previous research that says that the perceived feasibility, perceived desirability, and propensity to act affect to entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

The number of HIV infections in 2010-2014 in the age group < 14 years is increased when compared to the year 2010-2013. The increase of HIV number requires health professionals to provide optimal health services. Therefore, the adequacy of health personnel and their problems in providing services to children with HIV infections have become important factors to be studied. This is qualitative study using in-depth interviews. Locations were referral hospital HIV-AIDS in DKI Jakarta (Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Barat), East Java (Surabaya, Malang), Bali (Denpasar, Buleleng), Papua (Jayapura, Kabupaten Jayapura), and North Sumatra (Medan, Deli Serdang) which selected by purposive sampling. Informans were doctors, nurses, pharmacists, medical laboratory workers and case managers. Data were analyzed using content analysis. The problem of health care of children with HIV-AIDS in most hospitals in ten districts/cities is the inadequacy of health personnel because of the number of health personnel is limited, but with work concurrently. Some health personnels have not participated in training related to health care for children with HIV-AIDS, including laboratory examination. It is needed to do the mapping of the health personnels for health services, especially for children with HIV-AIDS. Besides, health personnels need training related to the accuracy of dosing/ comparison drug, how to handle children with HIV-AIDS patients, and laboratory tests of HIV-AIDS to maintain service quality.AbstrakJumlah infeksi HIV tahun 2010–2014 pada kelompok usia < 14 tahun meningkat dibandingkantahun 2010–2013. Peningkatan jumlah penderita HIV memerlukan tenaga kesehatan yang mampumemberikan pelayanan kesehatan secara optimal. Karenanya, kecukupan tenaga kesehatanbeserta permasalahannya dalam pelayanan kesehatan pada anak dengan HIV-AIDS menjadi halyang penting untuk dikaji. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, untuk itu data dikumpulkanmelalui wawancara mendalam. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara purposif sampling yaitu rumah sakit(RS) rujukan HIV-AIDS di Provinsi DKI Jakarta (Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Barat), Jawa Timur (KotaSurabaya, Kabupaten Malang), Bali (Kota Denpasar, Kabupaten Buleleng), Papua (Kota Jayapura,Kabupaten Jayapura) dan Sumatera Utara (Kota Medan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang). Sebagai informanadalah dokter, perawat, tenaga farmasi, tenaga laboratorium medis, dan manajer kasus/pendampingpasien. Analisis data menggunakan metode content analysis. Permasalahan pelayanan kesehatananak dengan HIV-AIDS di sebagian besar RS di sepuluh kabupaten/kota yaitu ketidakcukupan tenagakesehatan karena jumlah tenaga kesehatan terbatas dengan tugas/pekerjaan yang merangkap.Sebagian tenaga kesehatan belum mengikuti pelatihan terkait pelayanan kesehatan bagi anak denganHIV-AIDS termasuk pemeriksaan laboratorium. Perlu pemetaan kebutuhan jumlah tenaga kesehatanuntuk pelayanan kesehatan khususnya pada pasien anak dengan HIV-AIDS. Tenaga kesehatan perlumengikuti pelatihan terkait ketepatan pemberian dosis/perbandingan obat, cara menangani pasien anakdengan HIV-AIDS, dan pemeriksaan laboratorium HIV-AIDS untuk menjaga kualitas layanan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKMasuknya Bangka Botanical Garden (BBG) dalam nominasi anugerah pesona Indonesia ke IV tahun 2019 menjadi peluang bagi destinasi pariwisata Kota Pangkalpinang untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan nusantara maupun mancanegara, dalam rangka mendukung percepatan pengembangan perbaikan destinasi pariwisata BBG perlu diidentifikasi potensi dan prioritas pengembangan perbaikaan yang tepat sasaran, Penelitian ini dilakukan diwilayah pangkalpinang objek utamanya yaitu agrowisata Bangka Botanical Garden (BBG), adapun teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling dengan metode Convenience Sampling sehingga ditetapkan jumlah sampel sebesar 60 responden,  untuk melihat potensi serta kelemahan secara detail menggunakan analisis IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) yang akhirnya menghasilkan prioritas yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan. Adapun hasil penelitian menemukan perioritas utama perbaikan ialah layanan fasilitas umum (Kuantitas kualitas toilet, tempat sampah dan kondisi jalan objek wisata) serta program promosi yang membranding BBG menjadi Agrowisata Unggulan Kota Pangkalpinang. Kata Kunci: Agrowisata, BBG, Important Performance Analysis, Strategi IDENTIFICATION OF THE PRIORITY OF BANGKA BOTANICAL GARDEN (BBG) DEVELOPMENT PANGKALPINANG CITY ABSTRACTThe inclusion of Bangka Botanical Garden (BBG) in the nomination of the Anugrah Pesona Indonesia IV in 2019 becomes an opportunity for Pangkal Pinang City tourism destinations to increase domestic and foreign tourist visits, in order to support the acceleration of the development of BBG tourism destination improvements, it is necessary to identify the potential and priority of development that is right on target. This research was conducted in the base area of the main object, namely Bangka Botanical Garden (BBG) agrotourism, while the non-probability sampling technique using Convenience Sampling method so that the sample size of 60 respondents was determined, to see the potential and weakness in detail using IPA analysis (Importance Performance Analysis ) which ultimately results in priorities that need improvement. The results of the study found that the main priority of improvement is public facilities services (Quantity of quality of toilets, trash bins and the condition of tourist attraction roads) as well as promotion programs that are comparing BBG to Pangkalpinang City's Superior AgroTourism. Keywords: Agrotourism, BBG Important Performance Analysis, Strategy

Abstract

Topik pengabdian ini dipilih pada Kelompok Lebah Madu yang merupakan kelompok ternak yang berusaha di bidang ternak kambing Perah sejak tahun 2013 dengan anggota kelompok berjumlah 14 anggota, hingga saat ini masih eksis dan bertahan dalam usahanya namun masih sedikit variasi produk yang dihasilkannya. Masyarakat umumnya tidak terbiasa dengan produk susu kambing, sehingga penjualan produk sangat terbatas. Oleh karena itu, dengan diolahnya produk susu kambing dapat dilakukan diversifikasi untuk memberikan peluang produk baru yang diminati masyarakat. Beberapa produk baru bisa jadi susu kambing diolah menjadi, yogurt, masker dan kombinasi minuman dengan bahan herbal. Hari ini untuk produk makanan olahan susu sapi cukup banyak. Namun produk susu kambing masih terbatas. Hal ini tentu saja menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi produk ini untuk dikenal dan dicintai oleh semua lapisan masyarakat. Caranya dilakukan dalam bentuk Participatory Rural Appraisal melalui praktik penyuluhan dan pengolahan susu kambing dan tes favorit produk ini. Kali ini pemberdayaan masyarakat selama 3 bulan di lokasi Kelompok Ternak lebah Madu di Desa Sungai Bokor Kecamatan Danau Pematang, Kecamatan Mataraman. Dari haril pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat, rupanya, sangat antusias dan berhasil membuat yogurt, susu masker dan minuman bubuk ditambah jamu dengan kualitas yang baik termasuk dan tertarik namun perlu adanya terobosan baru dalam pemasaran.

Abstract

This study anlyzes The Factors Affecting the Organization and Motivation Cultures towards the Improvement of the Employees’ Work.The reserach variables and indicators refer to the porevious studies. A Model is developed and 4 hypothesis are formulated to answer the research problems.The reserach respondents are 102 people of SMAN Semarang’s employees. The instruments for the data analysis applied in this study is Double Regression. The data analysis shows that the result of this study is well accepted. This result proves that the Organisation Culture has positive impact on the employees’ improvement. The employees’ motivation has also positive impact on their work.

Abstract

The phenomenon gap in this research is that theoretically using price to book value and operational activities proxied using debt to equity based on the theory that the movement of firm value will correspond to the movement of operational activities. However, during the period from 2020 to 2023, there was inconsistency between the movement of price to book value and debt to equity which tended to fluctuate. The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Tax Management on Operational Activities and Firm Value (An Empirical Study on State-Owned Mining Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Period 2020-2023). The population used in this research is all financial data of state-owned mining sector companies during the period of 2020-2023 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample consists of 40 data points from 6 state-owned mining sector companies that have issued complete annual financial reports during the observation period. The analytical tool used is quantitative analysis method, specifically path analysis. Based on the research findings, GCG does not have a negative effect on company value, while CSR and Tax Management do not have a positive effect on company value. Operational activities do not mediate the negative influence of GCG and tax management on company value, whereas operational activities mediate the positive influence of CSR on company value.
