Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out; What is the marketing strategy towards integrated financing management and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in carrying out the Marketing Strategy towards Integrated Financing Management at the Independent Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The research was conducted at the Independent Islamic Boarding School, Salafiyah Al Miftah Puncu Kediri, East Java. The results of this study; 1) The Marketing Strategy towards Integrated Financing Management at the Independent Islamic Boarding School is carried out through socializing and introduced to the general public. In carrying out integrated financing management, this pesantren uses human resources and existing potential as a source of financing so that it does not require too much money from the government or costs from students who are too expensive. 2) One of the components that support the implementation of the Marketing Strategy towards Integrated Financing Management is budgeting (budget), which includes the preparation of an Expenditure Revenue Budget Plan. The second is accounting. At the Al-Mawaddah Kudus hut, counting is carried out using a postal book (vatebook), invoices, cash books, check sheets, journals, and ledgers. The third, the examination, or examination, still relates to the accountability of the treasurer for the receipt, storage, and payment or surrender of money to the authorities

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh budaya disiplin yang sangat dijunjung tinggi di SDI NU Pare, yang mana setiap harinya semua masyarakat sekolah, baik dari peserta didik maupun guru-guru dan para staff diajarkan, dididik, dan ditegaskan tentang disiplin yang baik dan benar dalam segala aspek. Karena disiplin adalah suatu sikap untuk taat ketertiban melalui pelatihan, pengawasan, dan pembiasaan. Serta inovasi dari manajemen kesiswaan dengan membentuk Tim Penegak Disiplin Siswa (TPDS) menjadi nilai tambah dari SDI NU Pare terkait kedisiplinan siswa yang memang harus dibentuk dan ditanamkan dari tingkat dasar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami lebih mendalam: 1) Manajemen Kesiswaan di SDI NU Pare, 2) Pengelolaan Kedisiplinan Siswa di SDI NU Pare, 3) Tim Penegak Disiplin Siswa sebagai Strategi Manajemen Kesiswaan dalam mengelola Kedisiplinan Siswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut terkait manajemen kesiswaan dan pengelolaan kedisiplinan siswa di SDI NU Pare. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Manajemen Kesiswaan di SDI NU Pare direncanakan sesuai kebijakan pemerintah dan yayasan, 2) Kedisiplinan siswa sangat dijunjung tinggi dan dikelola dengan baik dan sistematis, serta direncanakan dengan efektif dan efisien, 3) Tim Penegak Disiplin Siswa menjadi strategi pengelolaan kedisiplinan siswa yang relevan serta efektif, dalam pelaksanaannya juga dapat membantu manajemen kesiswaan dalam menertibkan siswa yang kurang disiplin, maupun mengondisikan kelas saat guru mengadakan rapat.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high value placed on discipline at SDI NU Pare, where every day, all members of the school community, including students, teachers, and staff, are taught, educated, and reminded about good and proper discipline in all aspects. Discipline is an attitude of adhering to orderliness through training, supervision, and habituation. Furthermore, innovation in student management, with the establishment of the Student Discipline Enforcement Team (TPDS), adds value to SDI NU Pare regarding student discipline, which must be shaped and instilled from the foundational level. The purpose of this research is to gain a deeper understanding of: 1) Student Management at SDI NU Pare, 2) Student Discipline Management at SDI NU Pare, and 3) The Student Discipline Enforcement Team as a Strategy in Student Management to manage student discipline. This research uses a qualitative case study approach to further explore student management and discipline management at SDI NU Pare. The findings of this study indicate that: 1) Student Management at SDI NU Pare is planned according to government policies and the foundation's guidelines, 2) Student discipline is highly valued and managed well and systematically, with effective and efficient planning, 3) The Student Discipline Enforcement Team serves as a relevant and effective strategy for managing student discipline, and in practice, it helps student management in disciplining undisciplined students and creating a conducive environment during teachers' meetings.

Abstract

Marketing management is a plan carried out for school promotion. carried out by each institution for promotional events. Therefore, educational institutions must improve the general public's perception of the institution. To ensure that schools are of a high caliber, appropriate educational marketing strategies must be used. One component of school marketing strategies in the education sector is how the general public can obtain important school information. The reputation of the school can be improved through efficient public information transmission.  MTs Negeri 6 Kediri educational marketing model, the method used to implement educational marketing strategies factors that help and hinder the use of educational marketing at MTs Negeri 6 Kediri are the three main objectives of this study. Storytelling has evolved into a very helpful technique in the field of education that enables pupils to explore their understanding and creativity. Narrative in education is a strategy that blends storytelling with active learning, not merely retelling stories. By fusing narrative components with instructional content, teachers may give students rich and lasting learning experiences. Students' cognitive and emotional engagement with this approach improves their comprehension of the concepts being taught.

Abstract

Background: This study focuses on evaluating university students’ ability to complete academic assignments accurately and on time. Timeliness in completing tasks may be influenced by both external and internal factors. Resilience, religious habituation, and technological utilization are among the variables that can shape individual behavior, particularly in the digital generation. Purpose: The aim of this research is to examine the extent to which resilience, the routine practice of congregational prayer, and the use of Artefact Intelligence (AI) affect students’ punctuality in completing academic assignments. Method: The research sample consisted of 100 postgraduate students from five study programs at Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, all in their second semester. Data were collected over a three-week period using a Likert-scale questionnaire (1–5). Result: Findings indicate that resilience, the frequency of congregational prayer, and AI utilization collectively have a significant influence of 58.3% on assignment timeliness, while the remaining 31.7% is attributed to other factors not examined in this study. Conclusion: Further analysis shows that congregational prayer and AI usage each have significant effects, with p-values of 0.005 and 0.001 at the 5% confidence level, respectively, whereas resilience does not significantly impact timeliness. Implications: This lack of significance may be due to reduced perseverance among Generation Z students, many of whom lack strong motivation, spend considerable time in leisure, and have limited engagement in social environments
