Abstract

This inventory system is very important for the company, especially at PT. Sinar Home Shopping which is engaged in the distribution or sale of goods and the availability of goods in fulfilling orders. But inventory problems are often an obstacle in having to go in and out of goods. Where in the company PT. Sinar Home Shopping goods data processing is still done manually starting from reports on goods, suppliers, customers, sales reports and purchase reports. so errors often occur. Therefore, the problem of the author's company conducting research to design an inventory system for PT. Sinar Home Shopping by using Delphi 2010 Embarcadero and Firebird 2.0 which is the best solution to overcome this in this case helping to simplify and speed up work in processing data recapitulation of goods, suppliers, customer sales and purchase transactions and make it easier to find information. The results obtained are the system can provide accurate data quickly and can facilitate users in calculations and reports.

Abstract

As a traditional crop, coconut is a versatile plant (tree of life) and has an economic value that is good enough to be developed particularly in the context of community economic development. This study aims to determine the effect of input variables X1 (Wide Land), X2 (Labor Costs), and X3 (Cost Fertilizer) against the benefits of coconut farm in the district Padangsidimpuan Batunadua. Analytical model used is the Cobb-Douglas profit function with the help of Eviews v5.1 application.The results showed that simultaneous variables X1, X2, and X3 affect the benefits of coconut farm with F-stat is 1728,765. partially each variable as: X1 shows a positive and significant impact on profits by ilai tcount 53.811 and Prob. Of 0.000., X2 showed positive and significant influence on profits by the value of 21.503 tcount and Prob. Of 0.000., and X3 shows a negative influence to the value of -2.511 tcount and Prob. Of 0.0138. Furthermore, from the obtained values for the regression coefficient of 0.9834 X1 means any addition of land area per ha will increase the gain of 0.9864 rupiah per Ha, X2 of 0.9757 means that any additional labor costs / yields would increase the profit of  0.9575 rupiah and -0.0651 for X3 which means every addition 1 rupiah of fertilizer costs will reduce profits 0,0651 rupiah. From the analysis it can be concluded, that the coconut farm production and profits in Kecataman Padangsidimpuan Batunadua still can be improved by optimizing the use of variable inputs of fertilizer and land.

Abstract

Gymnastic is important for health. In fact many people who do not do gymnastic for a variety of the reasons. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between the gymnastic osteoporosis and osteoporosis and osteoporosis in the Surabaya Islamic General Hospital.The design of study was analytic correlational – crosss sectional. The population involved all participant of gymnastic osteoporosis in the Surabaya Islamic General Hospital, totally 55 people, 48 respondents were chosen as the samples by using simple random sampling technique. The independent variabel used in this study was gymnastic osteoporosis and the dependent variabel was the osteoporosis. Questionnaire and bone mass density was used to collect the data which were then analyzed by using Rank Spearman test with the significance level α = 0,05.The resulf of study showed that among 48 respondents almost antirely respondents were (79,2%) Follow exercise according the rules, and most of the respondents (68,8%) osteopenia. Moreover, the result of the statistics test showed that ρ = 0,00 < α = 0,05. So that H0 was rejected which meant that there was a coralation between gymnastic osteoporosis and osteoporosis in the Surabaya Islamic General Hospital.The conclusion is gymnastic beneficial to bone and other health aspec. Gymnastic can be slow the drop of bone mass dencity due to age and increase the general healt, so that decrease osteoporosis.

Abstract

Along with the times and increasing needs to make business processes more complex, including in the field of education. Indicators of school success in carrying out its program are seen from the suitability of the process with what is planned, suitability in achieving goals, effective and efficient use and utilization of resources, as well as the ability to provide guarantees for the suitability of processes and achievement of goals through a control mechanism that is harmonious and fully embedded in system. Monitoring and evaluation aims to obtain information used for decision making. The results of monitoring will be used to provide guidance in the form of input (feedback), for improving program implementation, while the results of the evaluation can provide information that can be used to provide input for all components.

Abstract

Kendaraan desain adalah kendaraan yang dipilih untuk mempresentasikan semua kendaraan yang berada di jalan. Kendaraan desain diperlukan untuk merancang geometrik jalan dan perkerasan jalan. Kendaraan desain yang digunakan untuk perancangan geometrik jalan dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui radius putar, pola pelebaran lintasan, jarak pengereman, tinggi mata pengemudi, kemampuan melakukan percepatan dan perlambatan, dll. Produk kendaraan pada saat ini telah meningkat dengan pesat sehingga perlu ditentukan kembali. Makalah ini dimaksudkan untuk mengidentifikasi kendaraan desain dan tinggi mata pengemudi berdasarkan dominasi panjang kendaraan-kendaraan <9 meter (kelas jalan 3), <12 meter (kelas jalan 2), <18 meter (kelas jalan 1) yang beredar pada saat ini melalui data sekunder dan primer dengan cara analisis deskriptif. Pengelompokan kendaraan disesuaikan dengan Undang-Undang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan No. 22/2009. Data sekunder adalah data jenis dan dimensi kendaraan yang beredar. Data primer adalah data identifikasi kelompok merek kendaraan yang melalui 21 ruas jalan kelas-kelas 1, 2, dan 3 di Sumatera, Sulawesi, Maluku, dan Jawa. Analisis dilakukan terhadap dominasi panjang kendaraan, dominasi kendaraan yang melewati 21 ruas jalan, persentile panjang kendaraan ke-85, penentuan kendaraan desain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlu adanya 12 kendaraan desain yang meliputi 3 kendaraan mobil penumpang (tinggi mata pengemudi 1,5m), 2 bis (tinggi mata pengemudi 1,9m), dan 7 truk berbagai ukuran (tinggi mata pengemudi 2,2-2,3). Penggunaan kendaraan desain tersebut adalah memilih kendaraan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan peraturan yang berlaku. Kata kunci: dominasi kendaraan, kendaraan desain, dimensi kendaraan, tinggi mata pengemudi, tata cara geometrik jalan.

Abstract

Jumlah kendaraan di Indonesia meningkat, penyiapan infrastruktur jalan pun harus menyiapkan prasarana jalan yang aman, selamat, dan tidak mengganggu lingkungan sesuai dengan perkembang kendaraan saat ini. Dengan demikian perhitungan kapasitas jalan dapat disesuaikan dengan perkembangan kendaraan pada saat ini. PenelitIan dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan, yaitu merubah penempatan marka garis untuk mendapatkan variasi lebar lajur jalan yang dilakukan di kota Bandung dan kota Medan. Variasi lebar lajur yang didapat adalah 11, 8, 5,7. Data kendaraan (kendaraan berat, kendaraan ringan, sepeda motor) yang dicatat menggunakan kamera video adalah waktu yang dihabiskan melewati tanda garis 20m. Data selanjutnya dihitung untuk mendapatkan kapasitas maksimum. Data kapasitas dari berbagai variasi lebar lajur dibandingkan dengan data kapasitas lebar standar, sehingga didapatkan factor koreksi kapasitas akibat perbedaan-perbedaan lajur. Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah perbandingan factor kapasitas 2019 dan 1997 menunjukkan bahwa pada tipe jalan 2TT terlihat bahwa perbedaan berkisar 2,4 sampai dengan 65,1. Kata kunci: kapasitas jalan 2 lajur 2 arah, factor koreksi kapasitas jalan, manual kapasitas jalan.

Abstract

Digital transformation is a new strategy in maintaining business continuity and supporting the stability of SMI players when the conditions of the business environment experience rapid changes, especially in the midst of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic.. The research developed a model of the moderating effect of adaptive leadership on the relationship of strategic flexibility to digital transformation by integrating strategic intelligence, workforce transformation, and dynamic capabilities. The study used quantitative methods through questionnaires and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) confirmation and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) assisted by SmartPLS. The research sample is 147 respondents from the Small and Medium Industrial (SMI) players/owners of automotive components in Indonesia. The results show the model development for the influence of strategic intelligence on strategic flexibility that is positive and significant, the effect of workforce transformation on strategic flexibility that is positive and significant, the influence of dynamic capabilities on strategic flexibility that is positive and significant, the influence of strategic intelligence on digital transformation that is positive and significant, the influence of workforce transformation on digital transformation that is positive and significant, the effect of dynamic capabilities on digital transformation that is positive and significant, the influence of strategic flexibility on digital transformation that is positive and significant, and adaptive leadership moderating the relationship between strategic flexibility on digital transformation of automotive component SMIs in Indonesia

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how urgent it is for higher education institutions to adopt conflict management practices. Conflicts in the workplace are often caused by different perceptions, so it is very important to manage them effectively. In this study, participants from higher education organizations at a private university in Yogyakarta participated in interviews using descriptive qualitative methodology. The findings of the study indicate that conflict management can be beneficial for business in addition to being important for preventing losses. Effective problem solving is a sign of successful conflict management, where the ability of individuals to communicate effectively under the direction of a capable leader is essential to achieving common goals. Awareness of problems and conflict resolution skills can improve outcomes and strengthen companies in the face of adversity. This study confirms that the implementation of effective conflict management is essential for the development of higher education organizations.
