Abstract

Online shopping has now become one of the social phenomena that are happening in the community, many of which start switching and are interested in the online shop to meet the needs of the community in daily needs. The fulfillment of the needs of the core community, namely the purchase of daily need such as raw vegetables, raw meat, raw herbs, and a staple core of the other community. The fulfillment of these needs is facilitated by advances in information and communication in providing basic needs with the online supermarket through customer value to achieve the increase in purchases at the online supermarket.  This study aims to test, review and analyze to know, a picture of the influence of online customer review, e-service quality, equity, and brand value of customers of the online purchase for partial and customer value as a mediator in influencing the online purchase in DKI Jakarta.  The results showed all significant variables that proved the influence of online customer review, e-service quality, and equity of the brand to online purchase with the total contribution of the influence of zero-point fifty-nine or fifty-nine percent of the results the most significant effect of e-service quality on online purchase the two other variables. While the online customer review, e-service quality, equity brands synergy with the value customers proved a positive and significant effect on online purchasing with the contribution of the zero point fifty-four or fifty-four percent of e-service quality influence on online purchase. Among the four variables that influence the online purchase has a value of dominant e-service quality. Thus, the value of the customer proved to be able to mediate the strengthening of the influence of online purchase online supermarkets.

Abstract

Penyediaan pensiun pegawai negeri di beberapa negara didanai pay as you go sementara pada awal operasinya dikelola secara terpisah dari sistem nasional, karena pahala pemerintah yang disediakan untuk karyawan karena dedikasi yang panjang dan terus loyalitas kepada pemerintah selama bertahun-tahun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan beberapa masukan yang berguna kepada Pemerintah Indonesia dari apa yang merupakan hasil dari reformasi pegawai negeri pensiun di beberapa negara apakah akan dilanjutkan secara terpisah dari sistem jaminan sosial nasional atau tidak. Namun, masalah yang membangkitkan dalam pengoperasian pensiun jaminan sosial yang terutama disebabkan oleh krisis ekonomi dan penuaan populasi menyebabkan dana kekurangan terjadi di negara-negara industri, sementara solusi untuk kekurangan ini adalah tawaran mengubah manfaat pasti untuk didefinisikan pensiun iuran seperti pada atas yang ada manfaat pasti. Dalam prakteknya, pemerintah harus berkontribusi untuk iuran pasti sebagai program tambahan sambil terus menjaga manfaat pasti bagi anggota sebelumnya kecuali untuk entri baru yang akan berpartisipasi dalam iuran pasti. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk meninjau reformasi pensiun pegawai negeri sipil yang telah dipersiapkan oleh World Bank Pension Team lebih dari 1990-2000 yang dihasilkan dari tiga (3) kategori, yaitu (i) integrasi rencana layanan sipil dengan sistem jaminan sosial umum, (ii) penyediaan layanan pegawai pemerintah yang terpisah dan atau (iii) penyediaan program pensiun hari tua kepada karyawan publik saja. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar negara lebih memilih untuk menggabungkan antara cakupan terpadu PNS jaminan sosial umum dan penyediaan terpisah pensiun pegawai negeri sementara mengusulkan iuran pasti untuk karyawan publik baru sebagai suplemen tetapi manfaat pasti dengan sedikit keuntungan terus menjadi diberikan kepada karyawan sebelumnya. Kata kunci: iuran pensiun, manfaat pasti, rencana didanai, pensiun pay as you go dan dana kekurangan serta penuaan masalah kependudukan.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus tipe 2 adalah suatu kondisi metabolik yang ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar glukosa melebihi batas normal, akibat berkurangnya sekresi insulin oleh sel beta pankreas dan/atau gangguan kerja insulin, yang juga dikenal sebagai resistensi insulin. Pendekatan pengobatan untuk Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 melibatkan penggunaan kelompok obat yang dikenal sebagai biguanida, dengan Metformin sebagai contoh utama. Metformin bekerja melalui cara kerja yang efektif menurunkan kadar glukosa darah sekaligus menghindari terjadinya hipoglikemia. Metformin umumnya digunakan sebagai pengobatan utama untuk Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 karena statusnya sebagai obat lini pertama. Namun hal ini terkait dengan reaksi farmakologis yang merugikan, khususnya gangguan gastrointestinal yang dialami pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran efek samping konsumsi Metformin pada Pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non-eksperimental dengan menggunakan metode cross sectional dan pengambilan data diperkuat dari pengumpulan data rekam medis pasien, dan hasil wawancara pengambilan sample secara non probality sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dilakukan dengan memilih sample sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi dengan jumlah sampel 96 respodnen. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa efek samping Metformin dipengaruhi oleh sejumlah faktor, termasuk usia dan penurunan fungsi ginjal. Pengguna Metformin terbanyak perempuan (55,21%), usia antara 56-65 tahun (41,67%), pendidikan terakhir SD (36,46%), pekerjaan ibu rumah tangga (38,54%), pengguna obat Metformin lebih banyak pada Usia 56-65 tahun (41,67%), efek Samping dalam penggunaan Metformin terdiri atas mual, muntah, diare, perut kembung, dan hipoglikemia. Ada pula pasien yang tidak mengalami efek samping dari konsumsi Metformin

Abstract

Digital transformation is a new strategy in maintaining business continuity and supporting the stability of SMI players when the conditions of the business environment experience rapid changes, especially in the midst of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic.. The research developed a model of the moderating effect of adaptive leadership on the relationship of strategic flexibility to digital transformation by integrating strategic intelligence, workforce transformation, and dynamic capabilities. The study used quantitative methods through questionnaires and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) confirmation and analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) assisted by SmartPLS. The research sample is 147 respondents from the Small and Medium Industrial (SMI) players/owners of automotive components in Indonesia. The results show the model development for the influence of strategic intelligence on strategic flexibility that is positive and significant, the effect of workforce transformation on strategic flexibility that is positive and significant, the influence of dynamic capabilities on strategic flexibility that is positive and significant, the influence of strategic intelligence on digital transformation that is positive and significant, the influence of workforce transformation on digital transformation that is positive and significant, the effect of dynamic capabilities on digital transformation that is positive and significant, the influence of strategic flexibility on digital transformation that is positive and significant, and adaptive leadership moderating the relationship between strategic flexibility on digital transformation of automotive component SMIs in Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of green intellectual capital on job performance and financial performance, with employee innovativeness serving as an intervening variable. Employing a quantitative approach, the research utilizes primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and their subsidiaries in the logistics services sector, ranging from top management to staff levels. The findings reveal that green intellectual capital has a direct and positive influence on employee innovativeness, financial performance, and job performance. However, employee innovativeness does not mediate the relationship between green intellectual capital and either job performance or financial performance. The study underscores the importance of an employee-centric strategy for enhancing workforce performance, innovation, and financial outcomes. Policymakers and corporate leaders are encouraged to prioritize intellectual capital development within their organizations. The results affirm that robust intellectual capital contributes significantly to heightened employee innovativeness, improved job performance, and stronger financial results. Consequently, companies must take proactive steps to cultivate and sustain intellectual capital that drives both organizational and individual success.

Abstract

Kinerja pengelola anggaran penting dalam laporan kinerja lembaga pemerintah. Faktor seperti literasi keuangan, pengelolaan sumber keuangan, dan adaptasi teknologi informasi mempengaruhi kinerja. Penelitian di Direktorat Jenderal Aplikasi Informatika Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika menyimpulkan bahwa literasi keuangan memengaruhi tertib pengelolaan keuangan dan kinerja pengelola anggaran. Adaptasi teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif pada kinerja pengelola anggaran. Saran termasuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan, pengelolaan sumber daya keuangan, adaptasi teknologi informasi dan penelitian lanjutan.
