Abstract

This journal examines the utilization of rice as a resource to enhance the prosperity of mosques and their surrounding communities. Mosques serve not only as places of worship but also as social centers that empower society. The research explores various initiatives, including rice aid programs for needy congregants, the organization of social activities, and the development of mosque-based microenterprises. Through surveys and interviews with mosque administrators, it was found that effective strategies for utilizing rice can increase community engagement, strengthen solidarity, and support local economic stability. The findings of this study are expected to guide mosque managers in formulating innovative and sustainable programs.

Abstract

Ekopedagogik adalah pendekatan pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kesadaran dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan sejak usia dini. Dalam konteks Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, ekopedagogik menjadi strategi penting untuk membentuk sikap dan perilaku ramah lingkungan pada anak-anak. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi berbagai strategi ekopedagogik yang dapat diterapkan dalam PAUD untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran lingkungan. Strategi-strategi ini meliputi pengintegrasian materi lingkungan dalam kurikulum, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan aktivitas luar ruangan yang mendukung eksplorasi dan interaksi langsung dengan alam. Selain itu, peran pendidik dalam mencontohkan perilaku peduli lingkungan dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung juga dibahas. Melalui pendekatan ekopedagogik, anak-anak diharapkan dapat mengembangkan pemahaman tentang pentingnya menjaga lingkungan, serta keterampilan untuk berkontribusi dalam pelestarian alam. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi ekopedagogik dalam PAUD tidak hanya membangun kesadaran lingkungan sejak dini, tetapi juga berpotensi membentuk generasi yang lebih bertanggung jawab dan aktif dalam menghadapi tantangan lingkungan di masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the profile of creative teachers in the 2I century to provide an overview of best practices. This research uses a qualitative approach (case study) with interviews and observations as data collection techniques and thematic analysis as analysis techniques. Researchers conducted research on 3 ECED teachers who already had a good track record in teaching as participants in Tasikmalaya Regency. This study shows the synchronization of interview and observation data related to the characteristics of ideal creative teachers in the 2I century. It showed the attitude of teachers who could carry out a good internalization process, understand children's characteristics, are sensitive to children's conditions, are cheerful, humorous, fun, open, knowledgeable, flexible, good at communicating, and innovative in the practice of teaching children. The findings of this study show the characteristics of teachers who can evaluate themselves to continue to make improvements in the teaching process accompanied by coaching and building a supportive work environment.
