Abstract

Construction of the mosque not only pay attention to the physical building, but also must be optimized pemakmurannya. Efforts to raise the quality of life can be achieved by improving the Human Resources (HR) to carry out economic and social activities based mosques. This paper discusses How do standards of living and the mosque's role in public life, and how the role of the mosque in the village of Wonosasi improve people's lives, District Tapango, Polman. This study uses qualitative descriptive method, since it attempts to find the mosque's role in improving the welfare of the ummah. Research is needed to understand the organization's activities (mosque) in accordance with the wishes and needs of society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan hasil pembelajaran menulis dengan menggunakan model Demonstrasi, Menggambar dan Peer Editing pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Parepare. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan pemaparan data deskriptif kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Data kualitatif diperoleh dari lembar observasi dari setiap pelaksanaan tindakan (proses pembelajaran), dan data kuantitatif diperoleh dari tes akhir setiap siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII5 yang berjumlah 34 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pada siklus I hanya 60 dan meningkat menjadi 78,5 pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan terhadap hasil penelitian pada siklus I dan siklus II disimpulkan bahwa, pembelajaran menulis teks prosedur pada siswa kelas VIII5 SMP Negeri 1 Parepare dengan menggunakan model Demonstrasi, Menggambar dan Peer Editing dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pada proses pembelajaran dan hasil pembelajaran menulis teks prosedur.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the deconstruction of the meaning of learning by using ascientific approach to learning Arabic in the State Islamic Middle School in MarosRegency. Data collection methods in this study were observation, indepthinterviews and document analysis by using the analytical techniques version ofMiles and Huberman. The results of the study indicate that; Deconstruction of themeaning of learning occurs in Arabic subjects or at least attempts to reconstruct themeaning of learning from the old paradigm to the new paradigm. The old paradigmin question is from students being told to find out, from teachers as the main sourceto multiple sources or various sources, from textual learning to scientificapproaches, from content-based learning to competency-based learning, frompartial learning to integrated learning, from learning a single answer to multidimensionalanswers, from verbalism learning to applicative learning, the use of ascientific approach in learning Arabic can be seen in the learning process using the5 M principle as a strategy or the way a teacher activates his students in thelearning process. 5 M stands for asking, trying, reasoning, communicating andcreating. Its implementation in learning Arabic, teachers stimulate students to ventthemselves by asking questions, trying new things, using reason in analyzing andconcluding learning, communicating ideas and ideas through coversation methodsand creating new paragraphs from a collection of vocabulary or vocabularypreviously mastered and there are technical constraints in order to maximize effortsto deconstruct the meaning of learning including: Arabic language teachers havenot comprehensively understood the meaning of learning and scientific approachesthat apply to all subjects, there is not sufficient training from Arabic teachers sothat their knowledge of the meaning of learning and scientific approaches areobtained from colleagues and information from social media and the internet,moral and material support from the Ministry of Religion, especially the Ministryof Religion of Maros district in the implementation of 2013 Curriculum for ArabicLanguage at State Islamic Middle School.

Abstract

BAZNAS Barru Regency is one of the best Amil Zakat Boards in South Sulawesi with achievements as the largest collection of zakat, infaq, and alms. BAZNAS Barru Regency is a zakat institution that assists in the collection, distribution and utilization of zakat in Barru Regency. Muzakki in Jalange pay zakat at BAZNAS in Barru Regency through UPZ because Muzakki understands that BAZNAS's task is to manage zakat, but in terms of collection, distribution and utilization of muzakki, they do not know the system used by BAZNAS. This study aims to determine the response of the Jalange community to the management of BAZNAS zakat in Barru Regency. This study uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach and in collecting data using field research methods. The results showed that the BAZNAS zakat collection system in Barru Regency was: through salary deductions, UPZ, via transfer and direct collection. The Jalange community said the system made it easier for muzakki to pay zakat. The zakat distribution system for BAZNAS in Barru Regency is: distribution for zakat asnaf and the BAZNAS program. The Jalange community said the system was in accordance with Islamic law. The zakat utilization system of BAZNAS Barru Regency is: productive economic utilization and Community Development (ZCD) zakat. The Jalange community said that the utilization could help the mustahik economy in the long term.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide a description of the management and development of waqf land that does not yet have legal documents such as certificates. The second objective of this research is to describe the role of the nazir as the mandate holder of the waqif in terms of making efforts to arrange legal documents. This research uses a qualitative approach and collects data using field research methods, with data collection techniques through interviews. The results showed that the management and development of waqf land that does not yet have legal documents are in accordance with the designation and intention of the waqif to build a mosque on the waqf land. The mosque as a means of worship is also developed as a Qur'an Education Park and a place to commemorate Muslim religious days. The role of the nazir in safeguarding the waqif's property is not yet optimal, this is indicated by the fact that administratively the document is not yet in the hands of the nazir as the custodian of the waqf land. This finding has implications so that waqf practices can be carried out in accordance with applicable legal provisions so that they will not cause problems in the future.
