Abstract

This article presents a systematic review of the role of organizational support, payroll systems, and job motivation in improving teacher job satisfaction. By collecting and analyzing various previous studies, this study identified a significant relationship between these three factors and job satisfaction. This research uses the literature review method to collect and analyze various relevant academic sources, namely literature studies by collecting data from journals, books, articles, and certain other writings. Then using a qualitative descriptive research method with  the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) model, which is a systematic and structured approach to identify, evaluate, and synthesize all relevant evidence related to organizational support that has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. The results showed that strong organizational support was shown to increase teachers' sense of engagement and commitment, while a fair and transparent pay system contributed to intrinsic motivation. Additionally, high work motivation plays an important role in creating a positive work environment, which in turn increases overall job satisfaction. These findings provide valuable insights for education policymakers and school leaders in designing effective strategies to improve teacher welfare and performance.

Abstract

Dusun III Sri Pengantin is a hamlet located in STL Ulu Terawas Subdistrict, Musi Rawas Regency with a location and access that can only be using “ketek”. Due to difficult access, education, adn motivation to learn is also minimal, this is also coupled with the lack of teachiers in the hemlet. The existence of these problems is also the cause of low literacy skills among children, adolescents, and the elderly. Therefor, one way is to carry out the “GOaL” literacy Omah movement by creating 5 literacy in the hamlet Dusun III Sri Pengantin. The methodu used is socialization, implementation, and evaluation. The result of this activity is that there is an increase in literacy skills. This increase can be seen from the literacy ability which was initially still lacking, has increased in terms of the results of the autobiography made. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the existence of the “GOaL” means to help improve the literacy skilla of the inland community of Dusun III Sri Pengantin.

Abstract

This research aimed to explore more about the Quality Improvement of Elementary Schools SDTQ-T Irsyadul Aulad Banjarmasin. This research is conducted with descriptive qualitative as research method.  The data were collected through with  interviews with principal and teachers at SDTQ-T Irsyadul Aulad Banjarmasin about curriculum quality improvement. The results showed that curriculum implementation process at SDTQ-T Irsyadul Aulad Banjarmasin is carried out in accordance with the curriculum planning process that has been made and determined, then the curriculum is developed according to student needs and school characteristics. Although sometimes the lesson plans that have been made are not maximized during the learning process in the classroom. This will be a separate evaluation process for teachers to continue to improve the quality of their teaching in the classroom. Furthermore, indicators of curriculum development competence have been realized by teachers at SDTQ-T Irsyadul Aulad Banjarmasin concretely. But it's just not too optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai moral yang terkandung dalam naskah drama "Keong Mas," sebuah cerita rakyat dari Jawa Timur dan Madura. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yang berfokus pada penggambaran keadaan objek penelitian tanpa melibatkan angka. Pendekatan ini mengidentifikasi nilai moral berdasarkan teori yang dikemukakan oleh Nurgiyantoro, yang membagi nilai moral menjadi tiga aspek: nilai moral individu, nilai moral sosial, dan nilai moral religius. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa naskah drama "Keong Mas" mengandung sembilan nilai moral, dengan rincian satu nilai moral individu, lima nilai moral sosial, dan tiga nilai moral religius. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri, sesama, dan Tuhan, serta menggambarkan bagaimana nilai-nilai tersebut berperan dalam kehidupan manusia. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana karya sastra dapat mencerminkan realitas sosial dan nilai-nilai budaya yang ada dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

Kondisi sanitasi dasar yang buruk di Indonesia masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan, termasuk di Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dan Kabupaten Banggai Laut. Akses jamban sehat di Banggai Laut hanya mencapai 73% pada tahun 2023, dengan kondisi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bungin yang lebih memprihatinkan, ditunjukkan dengan cakupan SPAL yang memenuhi syarat hanya 0,04% dan ketersediaan tempat sampah hanya 7% (data Triwulan I tahun 2024).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran sanitasi dasar, meliputi ketersediaan dan kualitas air bersih, jamban, SPAL, dan tempat sampah di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bungin, Kecamatan Bokan Kepulauan Tahun 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah 2.170 rumah di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bungin, dengan sampel sebanyak 326 rumah. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan data primer melalui observasi dan wawancara, serta data sekunder. Variabel yang diteliti mencakup gambaran sanitasi dasar yang meliputi air bersih, jamban sehat, Saluran Pembuangan Air Limbah, dan tempat sampah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran sanitasi dasar di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bungin secara keseluruhan tidak memenuhi syarat dengan persentase 100%. Meskipun ketersediaan dan kualitas fisik air bersih memenuhi syarat, namun kondisi jamban sehat yang memenuhi syarat hanya 54,9%, dan kondisi SPAL serta tempat sampah sebagian besar tidak memenuhi syarat. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah gambaran sanitasi dasar di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bungin Kecamatan Bokan Kepulauan Tahun 2025 100% masih dalam kategori Tidak Memenuhi Syarat. Disarankan kepada Dinas Kesehatan dan Puskesmas untuk menjadikan hasil ini sebagai acuan dalam upaya perbaikan sanitasi, serta meningkatkan edukasi masyarakat terkait kebersihan dan perilaku hidup sehat.                   Poor basic sanitation conditions in Indonesia remain a health problem, including in Central Sulawesi Province and Banggai Laut Regency. Access to healthy latrines in Banggai Laut only reached 73% in 2023, with conditions in the Bungin Community Health Center working area being even more concerning, indicated by the coverage of SPAL that meets the requirements of only 0.04% and the availability of trash bins only 7% (data from the first quarter of 2024). This study aims to obtain an overview of basic sanitation, including the availability and quality of clean water, latrines, SPAL, and trash bins in the Bungin This study used a descriptive design with a quantitative approach. The study population was 2,170 houses in the Bungin Community Health Center work area, with a sample of 326 houses. Data collection was carried out using primary data through observation and interviews, as well as secondary data. The variables studied included a description of basic sanitation which includes clean water, healthy latrines, wastewater drainage channels, and trash cans. The results of the study indicate that the description of basic sanitation in the Bungin Community Health Center work area as a whole does not meet the requirements with a percentage of 100%. Although the availability and physical quality of clean water meet the requirements, the condition of healthy latrines that meet the requirements is only 54.9%, and the condition of SPAL and trash cans mostly do not meet the requirements. The conclusion of this study is that the description of basic sanitation in the Bungin Community Health Center work area, Bokan Kepulauan District, in 2025 is 100% still in the category of Not Meeting Requirements. It is recommended that the Health Office and Community Health Center use these results as a reference in efforts to improve sanitation, as well as increase public education regarding cleanliness and healthy living behavior.
