This article presents a systematic review of the role of organizational support, payroll systems, and job motivation in improving teacher job satisfaction. By collecting and analyzing various previous studies, this study identified a significant relationship between these three factors and job satisfaction. This research uses the literature review method to collect and analyze various relevant academic sources, namely literature studies by collecting data from journals, books, articles, and certain other writings. Then using a qualitative descriptive research method with the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) model, which is a systematic and structured approach to identify, evaluate, and synthesize all relevant evidence related to organizational support that has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. The results showed that strong organizational support was shown to increase teachers' sense of engagement and commitment, while a fair and transparent pay system contributed to intrinsic motivation. Additionally, high work motivation plays an important role in creating a positive work environment, which in turn increases overall job satisfaction. These findings provide valuable insights for education policymakers and school leaders in designing effective strategies to improve teacher welfare and performance.

Aqidah Akhlak learning has a crucial role in shaping the character and faith of students, especially at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) level. Education that focuses on strengthening Islamic values is expected to form a generation that is not only academically intelligent, but also has high morality. This article examines effective strategies in teaching Aqidah Akhlak to improve faith and shape noble morals for MTs Alkhairaat Pelawa students. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with observation, interview, and documentation techniques to explore the learning strategies applied by educators. The results of the study indicate that effective strategies in teaching Aqidah Akhlak include a contextual approach that links the material to everyday life, an exemplary method that emphasizes the importance of real examples from teachers, experience-based learning so that students better understand and internalize the values taught, and the use of technology as an interactive learning medium. In addition, a conducive madrasah environment and full support from teachers and parents are supporting factors in the success of this learning. By implementing the right strategy, increasing students' faith and moral quality can be achieved optimally, so that they are able to practice Islamic values in their daily lives.

The hardest part of doing research for some people is writing a research background and choosing the right research methods. The purpose of holding community service in the form of workshops with the theme of Scientific Article Writing and Research Methods is to provide training and guidelines for writing scientific papers and choosing the right research methods. The target of this community service is young lecturers / researchers of the Management Study Program, students of Semester V and Semester VII of S1 Management, Bumigora University. This workshop activity is considered important because the author realizes that new students and lecturers or researchers still need guidance to understand more deeply the steps that need to be done in each research phase. Community service in the form of workshops like this is expected to be a forum for lecturers and universities to provide guidance and knowledge to the target community, especially new students and lecturers. In addition, considering the importance of workshops with this theme, it is also hoped that this service activity can be a reference and inspiration for other institutions to hold similar activities.

This research aims to examine the effect of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG Score) and Profitability on Stock Return with Audit Quality as moderation in companies listed in the SRI-KEHATI Index for the 2021–2023 period. This research is associative causal with a quantitative approach. The population consists of companies in the SRI-KEHATI Index, and the sample selection is conducted using purposive sampling. Based on the sample criteria, 12 companies met the requirements with a research period of three years, resulting in a total of 36 data samples. In this research a panel data regression model is applied using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM), and the moderation variable is tested using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with EViews 10 software. The results of this research indicate that ESG Score has no effect on Stock Return while Profitability affects Stock Return. Moreover, Audit Quality cannot moderate the effect of ESG Score on Stock Return, and the Audit Quality cannot moderate the effect of Profitability on Stock Return.

Collaboration between the business world and academic institutions serves as the cornerstone for fostering economic growth. However, in practice, the management of legality remains a challenge for MSMEs and students, who lack a clear understanding of how to manage it. Consequently, the importance of community service, particularly in the management of NIB and Halal Certificates, cannot be overstated. This community service activity was designed for students and 26 MSMEs in Mataram City and West Lombok Regency, employing a community service approach that was structured into two sessions: the first session is the provision of materials, while the second session focused on counseling and direct mentoring. This initiative spanned one year (from May 2024 to May 2025) in accordance with the stipulated free halal certificate quota allocated by the government program. The outcomes of this community service initiative encompassed students' mastery of the advantages of business legality and the process of acquiring NIB and Halal Certificates, students assisted business owners in obtaining these two legal documents, and facilitated the acquisition of NIB and Halal certificates for business owners more easily and effectively through the collaborative of community service team and students who had undergone training by the community service team.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, posisi kas, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap tingkat pengembalian investasi, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sampel terdiri dari 16 perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2021–2023, dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan posisi kas tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pengembalian investasi, sementara pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pengembalian investasi. Temuan ini memberikan pemahaman penting mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi return investasi di sektor makanan dan minuman.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja perusahaan menggunakan metode Economic Value Added (EVA), Return On Asset (ROA) terhadap return saham pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2021-2023. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2021-2023. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria yang tekah di tentukan, maka diperoleh 14 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sampel dengan 3 tahun peneleitian, sehingga diperoleh total data sampel yaitu sebanyak 42. Alat pengolahan data dalam penelitia ini menggunakan E Views 12, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa EVA dan ROA secara parsial dan simultan tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis situasi nyata implementasi kebijakan penataan pedagang kaki lima di Kota Bukittinggi yang telah dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Bukittinggi pada kawasan Pasar Atas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan implementasi kebijakan penataan pedagang kaki lima di kawasan Pasar Atas Kota Bukittinggi dapat dikatakan sudah terlaksana dari segi penyampaian instruksi dalam implementasi penataan pedagang kaki lima Namun proses komunikasi tersebut kurang berkelanjutan karena melakukan sosialisasi dua kali dalam setahun, jarak waktu yang cukup jauh menyebabkan sosialisasi tersebut kurang kondusif. Faktor penghambat dalam implementasi ini adalah penataan struktur organisasi yang kurang efektif dan kurangnya sosialisasi, banyaknya pedagang kaki lima dari luar Kota Bukittinggi yang menolak ikut kegiatan sosialisasi penataan pedagang kaki lima serta kurangnya fasilitas untuk pedagang kaki lima. Kata kunci: Implementasi Kebijakan, Penataan Pedagang Kaki Lima Abstract This study aims to analyze the real situation of the implementation of the street vendor arrangement policy in Bukittinggi City which has been carried out by the Bukittinggi City Government in the Pasar Atas area. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the street vendor arrangement policy in the Pasar Atas area of Bukittinggi City can be said to have been implemented in terms of delivering instructions in the implementation of street vendor arrangement. However, the communication process is less sustainable because it carries out socialization twice a year, the long time interval causes the socialization to be less conducive. The inhibiting factors in this implementation are the ineffective organizational structure and lack of socialization, the large number of street vendors from outside Bukittinggi City who refuse to participate in the socialization activities for street vendor arrangement and the lack of facilities for street vendors.. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the discussion method in improving learning outcomes of the material on the behavior of people who practice Asma'ul Husna of students at MTs Miftahul Khoirot Cilamaya Kulon, Karawang. The discussion method was chosen because it can encourage students to be more active in critical thinking, communicating, and understanding the values of Asma'ul Husna in more depth through interactions between students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research design. The research sample consisted of grade VIII students who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group using the discussion method and the control group using the lecture method. The results of the study showed that the application of the discussion method had a positive effect on improving students' understanding of the material being taught. Learning outcome data showed a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group, where the experimental group experienced a better increase in understanding. Thus, the discussion method has proven effective in improving student learning outcomes, especially in understanding and applying the values of Asma'ul Husna in everyday life. These findings indicate that the discussion method can be used as an alternative learning strategy that is more interactive and can increase student involvement in the learning process.
