Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan strategi manajemen hubungan masyarakat yang diterapkan oleh MTSN 2 HSU dan mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pimpinan sekolah, guru, staf, siswa, dan orang tua. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi ini melibatkan perencanaan, komunikasi, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Terjadi kolaborasi antara unit Hubungan Masyarakat dan Tata Usaha dengan memanfaatkan berbagai saluran komunikasi untuk melibatkan para pemangku kepentingan. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengukur efektivitas dan mendapatkan umpan balik. Meskipun tanggapan pemangku kepentingan bervariasi, diperlukan perbaikan dalam pelaksanaan strategi ini untuk memenuhi harapan mereka. Faktor pendukung meliputi komitmen pimpinan sekolah, kerjasama dengan guru dan staf, serta partisipasi aktif siswa dan orang tua. Namun, terdapat faktor penghambat seperti sumber daya yang terbatas, perubahan tren komunikasi, dan kurangnya pemahaman dan dukungan internal yang perlu diatasi.

Abstract

This study analyzes the leadership of the Madrasah Principal in implementing the motto Amuntai, the City of Fear at MAN 2 Amuntai. With the various challenges of the times and the explosion of information, madrasas are faced with being able to adapt to various changes that are so fast and result in changes to the learning system and curriculum that are applied. In the midst of this problem, the existence of madrasas in supporting local governments is shrinking. Through field research using a descriptive qualitative approach with transformational leadership indicators, this study proves that the leadership of the head of MAN 2 Amuntai in implementing the motto Amuntai Bertaqwa by taking the role of Idialized Influence, Individualized Consideration, Intellectual Stimulation.

Abstract

One of the educational problems that exist in Indonesia itself is regarding the competence of teachers who are still classified or relatively low. This is of course a big problem, because teachers in their function in the world of education need to fulfill several competencies in order to produce the expected performance and in the end be able to succeed in educational goals. in adequate conditions. A good education should not only fulfill the facilities and infrastructure, but in terms of the teachers must also be of good quality. The size of the education budget is not a determinant that can improve the quality of education. why? Because the quality or competence of teachers can still be said to be something that is a problem. In the fieldsof management of educational institutions, there are many resources needed, such as: human, facilities and infrastructure, content and knowledge, to network partnerships. In relation to the utilization of these various resources, the level of performance success can be seen from four (4) main sectors or what is often known as The Balanced Scorecard, namely: 1) Financial Aspects; 2) Stakeholder Aspect; 3) Aspects of Internal Process Implementation; 4) Overall Institutional Growth. Based on the mapping, it is known that in order to improve the competence of teachers, the education office can make various efforts including: 1) Academic and Non-Academic Achievements both institutions, teachers and students; 2) Strong managerial leadership; 3) Improving the Teacher Competency Improvement Process.
