Abstract

Kawasan industri Arar dalam peraturan daerah nomor 11 tahun 2012 tentang Rencana Umum Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) Kabupaten Sorong tahun 2008-2028 telah menetapkannya sebagai kawasan industri dengan luasan sebesar 6000 Ha; Kabupaten Sorong memiliki potensi sumber daya alam yang melimpah, untuk itu perlu memanfatkan potensi yang ada demi peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini yaitu mengindetifikasikan penentuan jenis kriteria komoditas produk unggulan, serta menentukan jenis kalster industri yang tepat yang dapat di kembangkan di Kawasan Industri Arar. Dengan mengunakan 3 metode yaitu metode Delphi untuk mengetahui pendapat para pakar/ahli yang mewakili beberapa stake holder di daerah dan beberapa dosen ahli dibidangnya yang berjumlah 10 responden, serta untuk menghitung bobot jenis kriteria produk unggulan melalui metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchi Process) melalui exel, serta menghitung sektor basis produk didaerah dilakukan dengan metode LQ (Location Quotient). Sehingga hasil Analisis Delphi didapat 9 jenis kriteria produk Unggulan, dan setelah itu di lakukan penetuan bobot melalui metode AHP dan penetuan nilai melalui metode Delphi terhadap produk basis yang dihitung melalu LQ maka diperoleh jenis klaster yang dapat di kembangkan di kawasan industri Arar Kabupaten Sorong adalah Klaster industi Peternakan.Kata Kunci: AHP, Delphi, Kawasan Industri, Klaster,

Abstract

Saat ini proporsi ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) semakin berkurang seiring peningkatan populasi dan kepadatan. Dalam pemenuhan pembangunan kawasan-kawasan pendukung sebagai akibat jumlah penduduk yang terus meningkat, alih fungsi lahan di Kota Malang tidak dapat dihindari. Undang-undang Nomor 26 Tahun 2007 Tentang Penataan Ruang menyebutkan bahwa proporsi RTH  minimal 30% dari luas kota.  Namun proporsi kebutuhan RTH suatu kota berbeda dengan kota lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi perubahan luasan RTH tahun 2000 hingga 2015 serta menghitung dan memodelkan luas RTH  yang dibutuhkan Kota Malang kedepannya secara dinamis untuk dapat mencukupi kebutuhan berdasarkan standar beraktivitas dan kebutuhan oksigen. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui perubahan RTH menggunakan peta hasil interpretasi citra satelit yang di overlay sehingga diketahui perubahan luasan RTH dan pengembangan model proyeksi kebutuhan RTH dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan sistem dinamik. Temuan dari pembahasan menunjukan bahwa luas RTH Kota Malang dari tahun 2000 hingga 2015 terus mengalami penurunan  hingga 30% dan kebutuhan akan RTH terus meningkat setiap tahunnya berbanding lurus dengan penambahan jumlah penduduk sedangkan ketersediaan RTH terus berkurang. Abstract

Batam ditetapkan sebagai daerah daerah industri yang berawal sebagai basis logistik dan operasional untuk bisnis eksplorasi dan eksploitasi minyak lepas pantai.  Sampai sekarang, telah ada berbagai jenis industri yang berdiri dan berkembang di Batam. Adanya perkembangan industri berpotensi memengaruhi fisik spasial wilayah kota, terutama industri besar dan sedang yang mampu menarik pendatang dan terjadinya urbanisasi.  Hal ini mendorong alih guna lahan, seperti perkembangan permukiman serta sarana prasarananya dan berakibat pada terciptanya pusat-pusat pertumbuhan baru dan berdampak pada struktur ruang wilayah kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh industri terhadap struktur ruang Kota Batam. Pengaruh industri dilihat melalui analisis with and without comparasion. Terdapat perbedaan nilai indeks sentralitas pada kondisi with dan without, namun susunan hirarkis wilayah kecamatan dalam sistem pusat dari tingkat pusat, sub pusat, dan sub sub pusat tidak mengalami perubahan.

Abstract

The success of developing character education is not only the responsibility of the school (principals and teachers), but also the responsibility of parents. Because the development of character education is a shared responsibility between school principals, teachers and parents, each must be able to play a role as a supporter of the successful implementation of character education. This study aims to find out what forms of activity have been carried out in the implementation of character education management at MTs Sunan Bonang and describe character education management with a comprehensive school development approach at MTs Sunan Bonang Bangeran Mojokerto. The type of research used in this study is a type of qualitative research. Data collection was carried out at MTs Sunan Bonang Bangeran Dawarblandong Mojokerto in November 2021 - April 2022. A total of 6 people consisting of the Principal, Administrative Staff, Teachers, Parents, Students became respondents in this study. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and document studies, while for the analysis of the data used is in accordance with the theory of Miles Huberman and saldana, the validity of the data used is Triangulation Sources and methods.The results showed that the implementation of Character Education Management at MTs Sunan Bonang Bangeran Dawarblandong in general has been carried out quite well, although not optimally. There are still some things that need to be perfected both in aspects of planning, organization, implementation and control and evaluation, as well as aspects of parental involvement in the character education management process. Activities or programs that have been implemented are as follows; (a) Giving an example and doing Habituation. (b) Designing and Planning. (c) Develop a character syllabus. (d) Develop character RPP. (e) Conducive Classroom management and friendly environment (f) Publish Communication Books. (g) Parents meeting (evaluation forum). (h) Student Program.

Abstract

Bullying is a problem that often occurs in the educational environment, including at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This research aims to analyze the role of teachers in overcoming bullying behavior at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Hikmah, Sintang, Sintang Regency. The approach used is qualitative with a case study method. The research results show that teachers have an important role in identifying, preventing and dealing with bullying behavior through various efforts, such as providing character education, building good communication with students and parents, and creating a conducive school environment. Apart from that, cooperation between teachers, madrasah heads and the community is also a key factor in minimizing bullying behavior. This research emphasizes the importance of teacher training and awareness to understand the dynamics of bullying in order to provide appropriate intervention.

Abstract

Tourism has been recognized as a highly significant sector for economic growth and social progress in many regions worldwide. The religious tourism area of the Minak Anggrung tomb in Kuncen Village, Padangan District, is one of the efforts by the local government of Bojonegoro Regency to develop. However, the management of the Minak Anggrung religious tourism area is still not optimal due to insufficient facilities and infrastructure. The objective of this research is to determine and analyze the development strategies for the Minak Anggrung tomb tourism. Informants in this research are determined using the snowball sampling technique. The analysis method used is SWOT analysis by analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the Minak Anggrung tomb tourism area. The results of this research indicate that many development strategies need to be implemented. These include strategies for developing religious tourism destinations, human resource development, infrastructure development, institutional development, and targeted promotional strategies. It is hoped that the implementation of these development strategies can lead to positive changes, thus increasing tourist visits and consequently improving the local economy.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini yaitu, Pertama, guru menyikapi perilaku bullying pada peserta didik di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Hikmah Sintang Kabupaten Sintang, yaitu belum terlihat secara keseriusan dalam mengambil tindakan yang tepat terhadap pelaku bullying ini pada hal banyak pelaku bullying yang di lakukan siswa secara diam-diam tanpa sepengetahuan gurunya. Kedua, Guru mengatasi perilaku bullying pada peserta didik di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Hikmah Sintang kurang efektif karena guru hanya mengunakan beberapa cara untuk mengatasi pelaku bullying yang mana cara guru mengatasinya dengan cara pemanggilan anak yang melakukan bullying saja tanpa memanggil korban untuk memita kejelasan yang sebenarnya dan juga tidak ada namanya pemanggilan orang tua yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah, serta tidak ada kerjasama pihak sekolah dan orang tua dalam mengatasi bullying ini. Ketiga, Kendala guru dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying pada peserta didik di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Hikmah Sintang yaitu guru susah membedakan mana bullying dan mana tidak, guru sulit dalam menanamkan anti bullying kepada siswa, Sulitnya penanganan tindakan bullying yang hanya personal, Pengaruh lingkungan dan kebiasaan siswa yang menyebabkan siswa tidak ada efek jera, Kurangnya koordinasi antara guru dan orang tua yang menyebabkan sering terjadi bullying.

Abstract

In the context of education, parents' decision to choose a school for their children is a crucial aspect that affects their children's educational experience and outcomes. This study investigates the factors that influence parents' decision in choosing between private and public schools for their children's senior secondary education (MA). A quantitative method was adopted by distributing questionnaires through Google Form to parents of MA students. The main objective of this study is to identify the important variables that influence this choice and to understand how these factors interact in the decision-making process. The questionnaire was designed to measure aspects such as perceptions of the quality of education, cost, facilities, location, school reputation, and compatibility with family values. Data analysis was conducted using statistical techniques to evaluate the relationship between these factors and school selection decisions. The study sample included responses from hundreds of parents, providing a broad representation of the perspectives of various socioeconomic groups. The results show that factors such as the quality of education, cost, and the compatibility of school values with family values are major considerations in this decision. In particular, private schools are often chosen due to the perception of higher quality of education, while public schools are preferred due to cost and location accessibility. The study also found that religious and moral values play an important role, especially for families who prioritize Islamic education in school selection. The conclusions of this study provide valuable insights for school managers and education policy makers to optimize their strategies in attracting and meeting parents' needs. The study also makes a significant contribution to the literature on education management and school choice.
