Abstract

This research was aimed to analyze and describe the planning, purchasing, utilization, data collection, usage, maintaining and removing of facilities and infrastructure in SDN 1 Pendowo Asriand also the problems in facilities management facing by the school. This research was a case study qualitative research. The data was gained from the principal of the school, teachers, goods treasurer and committee. The result of the research showed that (1) the committee did the planning at the beginning of every academic year, (2) The purchasing was done by buying, getting donation or self-producing,(3) The data collection was done in order to enhance the process of administration and supervision, (4) The usage and maintaining was done based on the need and the rules, (5) The removing was done toward the broken or missing things, (6) The problems faced by the school dealing with the facilities and infrastructures management was the limitation of the fund and the officer did not have a good ability in handling the facilities and the infrastructures.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengadaan, inventarisasi, penggunaan, pemeliharaan, dan penghapusan sarana prasarana di SDN 1 Pendowo Asri serta kendala yang dihadapi sekolah dalam manajemen sarana prasarana. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Sumber data diperoleh dari kepala sekolah, guru, bendahara barang, dan komite. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perencanaan dilakukan oleh panitia tiap awal tahun pelajaran, (2) pengadaan dilakukan dengan cara membeli, bantuan, dan membuat sendiri, (3) inventarisasi dilakukan dalam rangka penyempurnaan pengurusan dan pengawasan, (4) penggunaan dan pemeliharaan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan serta mengikuti tata tertib, (7) penghapusan dilakukan terhadap sarana prasarana yang rusak atau hilang, (8) kendala yang dihadapi sekolah dalam manajemen sarana prasarana adalah keterbatasan dana, sertakompetensi petugas yang belum memadai.Kata kunci : manajemen, sarana, prasarana

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of brand personality on brand trust, brand attachment, brand commitment and brand loyalty. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used as analytical method. This study used purposivesampling techniques for sampling, as many as 230 young people aged 18-21 years old who live in Surakarta and intends to be loyal to soft drink Coca-Cola brand. This study shows positive effect brand personality tobrand trust, brand commitment and brand loyalty; positive effect brand trust to brand attachment; positive effect brand attachment to brand commitment; positive effect brand commitment to brand loyalty; brandpersonality has no effect to brand attachment, and brand trust has no effect tot brand loyalty. Object of this study is limited to soft drink Coca-Cola brand with a limited range of research areas in the city of Surakarta.Future studies are expected to conduct research with two objects at once, such as Coca-Cola and Pepsi or Coca-Cola and Nike.Implications of this study is the increased knowledge about the influence of brandpersonality on brand trust, brand attachment, brand commitment, and brand loyalty, so that The Coca-Cola Company and Coca-Cola marketer can determine the appropriate policy to guide and strengthen lastingrelationships between brands with consumers.Key words: Brand, brand personality, trust, attachment, commitment, and loyalty.

Abstract

Economic growth is the most important part of economic policy in a country or any economic system. This study aims to determine the development of the Islamic economy through the assistance of Uninhabitable Houses (RTLH). The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The number of community economic activities becomes the greatest potential to develop economic potential, therefore development is carried out openly and follows government regulations. Regional economic development refers to the main objective, to increase the number and variety of job opportunities for the local community. As an effort to increase Islamic economic development, the Ringinanom Village government distributed stimulus assistance for Uninhabitable Houses (RTLH) using the five basic principles of Islamic economics.

Abstract

Social Sciences is an integration from various branches namely history, geography, economy, sociology and anthropology which are simplified and formulated for instructional purposes and completed with material and objectives so that they are easy to learn at the public/Islamic elementary school and public/Islamic junior high school levels. With the complexity of Social Sciences studies, effective and efficient media for learning activities are needed. So, it is very necessary for a teacher to use interesting media in the teaching and learning process. One of the interesting media can be used is audio-visual media as a means of motivating and increasing effectiveness and efficiency in achieving student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the use of audio-visual media on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah ASHRI Jember in the academic year 2019/2020. This study, used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type of research, and applied a non-equivalent control group design. The population of this study was students of class VIII ASHRI Madrasah Jember. The research sample obtained through purposive sampling technique, which amounted to 74 students consisting of class VIII A as an experimental class and VIII B as a control class. Documentation in the form of post test scores was used as the data collection analysis. Analysis and test of hypotheses were done with Independent Sample T-Test and the assistance of the IBM SPSS 22.00 For Windows. By using Independent Sample T-Test as the hypothesis testing, the results of this study indicated the significance of 0,000 (2-tailed). This showed that the significance value was under 0.05, so that the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. This means that there is a significant influence on the use of audio-visual learning media on the learning outcomes of Social Sciences subject at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah ASHRI Jember in the academic year 2019/2020

Abstract

The application of limited face-to-face learning is a new signification for the learning process after more than a year of learning activities being fully implemented online. However, the application has not been a solution for students who spend more time studying independently at home than at school. The students need effective learning media based on their needs and easy online access. Moreover, they also need an interactive learning media to make learning process effectively. This study aims to produce a digital module on the set materials. The digital module development process is carried out through the ADDIE stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The development resulted in a digital module on the set of materials that had gone through the validator stage from a team of experts with a result of 86.45%, it means that the product is suitable to use. In addition, the digital module has also gone through the pilot phase on students and received a very good response of 50.19%, and a good response of 26.9%. Analysis of student learning achievement shows that the use of digital modules has an impact of 84.37% of students that getting scores suffiecient with the minimum criteria of mastery learning (KKM) . Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi, pelatihan, kepada guru-guru di SD Muhammadiyah Ambarawa tentang penyusunan e-modul Matematika menggunakan Flip Pdf Coorporate Edition. Metode kegiatan PKM yang dilaksanakan terdiri dari tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Kegiatan pada tahap persiapan yaitu observasi sekolah, menganalisis permasalahan disekolah, merancang solusi terhadap permasalahan, merancang buku panduan penyusunan e-modul, dan mendata guru. Kegiatan pada tahap pelaksanaan yaitu memberi informasi dalam bentuk pelatihan tentang bagaimana penyusunan modul yang baik, dan merubah modul menjadi e- modul menggunakan aplikasi Flip PDF Corporate Edition. Kegiatan pada tahap evaluasi yaitu guru menyusun modul pembelajaran matematika dan merubahnya dalam bentuk e-modul. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan ini selain mendapatkan respon yang baik juga dinilai dapat meningkatkan   pengetahuan   dan   kemampuan   guru   SD  Muhammadiyah Ambarawa dalam melaksanakan  proses  pembelajaran dalam menyusun e-modul dengan menggunakan flip pdf corporate edition. Implikasi  pengabdian  ini  dapat dijadikan  sebagai  sumber atau landasan bagi  dosen atau praktisi  pendidikan untuk   meningkatkan   kualitas   mutu guru dan mutu proses pembelajaran  dalam   menghadapi   pembelajaran di era serba digital.

Abstract

In line with the values of the Pancasila profile which always emphasizes student personality based on the Pancasila profile, cases of bullying have started to rise which seem to become a tradition especially in the school environment where the school environment which was originally the most comfortable place in learning has now turned into a place full of suffering for victims of bullying. in the school environment. Therefore this study aims, Knowing the form of P5 activities which include the process and stages of Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project through sociodrama activities as an effort to anticipate bullying acts and also to find out the results of the Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project Implementation through sociodrama activities as an effort to anticipate acts of bullying . This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type with the results of the research in the form of an elaboration of the stages of preparation, process, results and evaluation in implementing the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and lifestyle on saving behavior with self-control as an intervening variable among undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at PGRI University Semarang. This research employs a quantitative approach with data collection methods using surveys conducted through questionnaires. The population of this study consists of 1,464 undergraduate students from the Faculty of Economics and Business cohorts 2020-2023. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, involving 314 respondents from the Management Study Program and the Digital Business Study Program. Data analysis was performed using SEM with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that financial literacy and lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on saving behavior. Additionally, self-control serves as a mediator in the relationship between financial literacy and lifestyle on saving behavior. Keywords: , , ,

Abstract

Technology adaptation is not an easy thing for teachers to do with various tasks and high performance demands. This research aims to develop an e-book for teachers that has the characteristics of being easy to operate and distribute to various media or platforms, contains many files with content, and is supported by video tutorials. The method used is the ADDIE R&D model, with stages namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subjects in this study amounted to 30 teachers. The results of this study showed a good response to the e-book in the aspects of interest and benefits, with an average value of 4.18. This means that the e-book developed is considered feasible by teachers to be used as a guide in preparing digital learning media and managing online learning.
