Abstract

                   This study aims to analyze the impact of Bank Service Quality (BSQ) and digital technology utilization on customer satisfaction at Bank BCA. This research is conducted due to the importance of enhancing service quality and digital technology in the banking industry. The study subjects are customers using new savings account services at the Surakarta branch of Bank BCA, with a sample of 120 randomly selected respondents. Data were collected through a survey questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that BSQ and digital technology utilization significantly affect customer satisfaction, with an R Square value of 0.956, meaning 95.6% of the variability in customer satisfaction can be explained by these two variables. The t-test shows that both variables have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, both individually and simultaneously. The study's limitations include a sample restricted to a single bank and limited variables, which may not capture all factors influencing customer satisfaction. Future research is advised to expand the scope and variables and to use more diverse research methods. This study recommends improving service quality and digital technology to enhance customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Code of Ethics, Work Experience, and Audit Situation on the Skepticism of Professional Auditors at Public Accounting Firms in Tangerang. The population in this study were all auditors who worked at the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) in Tangerang with a sample size of 33 respondents. The sampling method used was the convenience sampling method. The data source used is primary data and the data collection method used is through a questionnaire distributed to auditors working in KAP in the Tangerang area. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing uses the coefficient of determination test, F test, and T test. Data analysis uses SPSS version 29 software. The results of this study show that the code of ethics, work experience, and audit situation influence the professional skepticism of auditors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of audit structure, organizational commitment, and the effectiveness of using accounting information system technology on auditor performance at the Tangerang public accounting firm. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data source used in this research is primary data. The population in Tangerang is 2 Public Accountants with 33 auditors. Determining the sample in this study used the total sampling method because the total population was less than 100, so the entire population was used as a sample. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tests. Hypothesis testing uses the coefficient of determination test, F test, and T test. Data analysis uses SPSS version 29 software. The results of this research show that audit structure, organizational commitment, and the effectiveness of using accounting information system technology influence auditor performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Company Size, Audit Tenure, Audit Fee, and Audit Delay on Audit Quality in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. This type of research is quantitative research and uses secondary data in the form of audited financial reports obtained from the official IDX website. The population in this study were 43 companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023 with a sample selection technique using the purposive sampling method and 12 sample companies were obtained over a 5 year period so that the data analyzed amounted to 60 data. The analysis technique used is the Logistic Regression Analysis technique with the help of the eviews 12 program. The results of this research show that simultaneously Company Size, Audit Tenure, Audit Fee, and Audit Delay have no effect on Audit Quality. Partially, company size, audit tenure and audit delay have no effect on audit quality, while audit fees have a significant effect on audit quality.

Abstract

Research to ascertain how incentives, leadership style, and work experience affect BRI KCP Wirobrajan Yogyakarta employees' performance. The study is quantitative and use the survey approach. Seventy-two workers of BRI KCP Wirobrajan Yogyakarta served as the samples. Questionnair, interview, with observation are the methods used to find data research. Various techniques for analyzing this research data include descriptive statistical analysis, respondent characteristic analysis, data quality tests consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, namely autocorrelation tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, and normality tests, and model tests are used, namely the R2 test, F test or simultaneous analysis, and hypothesis testing through the t test for partial tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The study concludes that incentives, leadership style, and work experience all significantly and favorably affect BRI KCP Wirobrajan Yogyakarta employees' performance. Employee performance may be explained by work experience, leadership style, and incentives in 68.5% of cases.

Abstract

The study's goal was to ascertain how the work environment, leadership style a1nd orga1nizational comfmitment affected thfe perforfmance of the staff aft Waras Wiris Hopspital in Boyolali Regency. The population of Waras Wiris Hospital employees in Boyolali Regency served as the research sample. Forty responders made up the study's sample. Saturated samples and questionnaires were employed in the sampling process. Multirple linefar regrgession analysis was the analysis method employed. The findings demonstrated thtat the wrork envirofnment, leardersghip stysle, and organizational commitment all significantly impacted the performance of the staff at Waras Wiris Hospital in Boyolali Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which work discipline, leadership style, and work motivation influence the performance of village officials in Wirosari Subdistrict, Grobogan Regency. The study involved 82 respondents using a saturated sampling method. The results of data analysis indicate that work discipline, leadership style, and work motivation each have a positive and significant impact on performance. Furthermore, when assessed collectively, these three factors also demonstrate a significant positive effect on their performance. Overall, leadership style, work discipline, and motivation contribute 59.7% to the variation in the performance of village officials, providing valuable insights for improving performance.

Abstract

The independent curriculum is a new curriculum implemented after Covid-19. This curriculum is expected to be able to answer all educational problems that occur in Indonesia, including the problem of decreasing the character of discipline and honesty in students. One of the efforts made at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Dolopo is to also use an independent curriculum which develops character, one of which is discipline and honesty. This research aims to determine (1) the implementation of the independent curriculum for improving the character of Discipline and Honesty of Students at the Muhammadiyah Dolopo Madiun Elementary School, (2) to determine the impact implementating of the independent curriculum on improving the character of Discipline and Honesty of Students at the Muhammadiyah Dolopo Madiun Elementary School, (3) to determine the inhibiting and supporting factors the independent curriculum in improving the character of Discipline and Honesty of Students at the Muhammadiyah Dolopo Madiun Elementary School. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study research type. Data collection techniques include interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research found that the implementation of the independent curriculum to improve students' disciplined and honest character has not gone compeletely well, it still requires adjustments from both students and teachers themselves. The implantation stage of learning to strengthen disciplined and honest character through the P5P2RA project, is integrated into intracuricullar, co-curicullar and extracuricullar activities. The impact implementating the independent curriculum on improving disciplined and honest character can increase students interest in talent. Factors that hinder the implementation of the independent curriculum in on improving the character of discipline and honesty in MI Muhammadiyah Dolopo Madiun students are the lack of teachers understanding of the independent curriculum in designing learning, the lack of adequate infrastructure that support archiving violations in the madrasa environment. Third, limited supervision from madrasa leader to techers and limited supervision from teacher to students in familiarizing students in the madrasa environment

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Montessori method in shaping children's character, focusing on the development of moral and Islamic values in children aged 3–6 years at Alifa Muslim Montessori Yogyakarta. A mixed-method approach with an exploratory sequential design was employed. The qualitative approach involved descriptive case studies through observation, interviews, and documentation, while the quantitative approach used questionnaires with Respondent Achievement Rate (TCR) and regression analysis. Findings indicate that the Montessori method plays a significant role in fostering focus, independence, and moral awareness among children. It also enhances their ability to internalize religious values through daily practices such as prayer, honesty, responsibility, and empathy. Quantitative results show that the effectiveness of the Montessori method is categorized as 'Good' for variable X (82%) and 'Very Good' for variable Y (88%). Regression analysis reveals that 47.7% of character formation is influenced by the Montessori method, while 52.3% is explained by other factors. Thus, the Montessori method is proven effective in supporting the holistic development of children's moral and religious character in early childhood education.
