Abstract

The purpose of the results of this study was to find that there were eighteen samples of male sex and twelve samples of female sex. most work thirty-one years. From the test results it was found that the results of simple linear regression were 16.607. regression direction coefficient of 0.590 states that each addition of 1% value X, then the value of Y is 0.590. the regression direction coefficient is positive. and get a significant value (p-value) of 0.004. can be concluded that job satisfaction affects the performance of employees in the company CV. Manado Independent Global Diagram. Based on the results above, the significance value is 0.004. it can be concluded that the independent variable has significant influence on the dependent variable. The results of this study can answer the hypothesis that job satisfaction is influential on the performance of CV employees. Manado Global Self Chart.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance. With the problem of compensation for the performance of employees at the Warunk Bendito Manado company. The sample taken was 34 people from a total of 34 employees in the company. In this study used a type of quantitative research. Technique data collection uses questionnaires to respondents, making observations and interviews. The technique used in data analysis is to use simple regression statistics with SPSS version 22.00 to test the significance of the relationship between variables and to measure the magnitude of the effect that occurs on compensation variables and employee performance variables. From the results of t test and correlation, it can be seen that the results of tvalue < ttable have a negative influence. The results of the R square correlation value have a weak correlation. Based on the results of calculations from the study it can be seen that the compensation variable has a negative effect on employee performance variables.

Abstract

Abstrak :Penyelenggaraan pemerintahan negara belum sepenuhnya menunjang terwujudnya goodgovernance, maka birokrasi perlu diperbaiki. Tujuan Untuk mengetahui hubunganfungsional/pengaruh kebijakan restrukturisasi terhadap efektifitas organisasi padaSekretariat Daerah Kota Manado.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif – eksploratif. Sumber data yang menjadipopulasi dalam penelitian ialah para Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan SekretariatDaerah Kota Manado baik unsur pimpinan/pejabat struktural maupun pegawaistaf/pelaksana. Jumlah PNS Sekretariat Daerah Kota Manado saat ini selumhnya adalahsebanyak 186 orang. Besar proporsi sampel responden ditetapkan sebesar ±20% darijumlah populasi yaitu sebanyak 35 orang.Hasil analisis regresi linier dan analisis korelasi product moment berserta seluruhpengujian signifikansinya tersebut secara bersama-sama atau keseluruhan menunjukkanbahwa implementasi kebijakan restrukturisasi organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap efektivitas organisasi di Sekretariat Daerah Kota ManadoKata Kunci : Implementasi Kebijakan, Restrukturisasi dan Efektivitas

Abstract

Abstrak : Kualitas sumber daya manusia yang rendah memang merupakan fenomena umumdi negara-negara sedang berkembang, dan merupakan masalah pokok dalam usahapercepatan keberhasilan pembangunan Penelitian ini bertujuan, Untuk menganalisishubungan antara kualitas SDM aparat pemerintah Kelurahan dengan keberhasilanpembangunan di Kecamatan Malalayang.Metode Yang Digunakan Sesuai dengan karakteristik masalah yang diangkat, makapendekatan kuantitatif relevan digunakan dengan penerapan metode deskriptif. Populasidalam penelitian ini adalah semua Aparat Pemerintah desa dan masyarakat yang tersebar di9 desa/kelurahan dalam wilayah Kecamatan Malalayang Kota Manado. Adapun sampelarea (kelurahan sampel) ditcntukan secara purposive besar sampel ditarik dalam penelitiansebanyak 30 responden.Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi faktor kualitas SDM aparatpemerintah kelurahan cukup besar, yakni sekitar 84.1%. hal ini menunjukkan bahwabahwa sebagian terbesar pecapaian keberhasilan pembangunan di Kecamatan Malalayangturut ditentukan atau dikontribusi oleh aparat pemerintah kelurahan yang berkualitas.Kata Kunci : Peningkatan Kualitas Aparat Pemerintah, Keberhasilan Pembanguan

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence onEmployee Performance at PT. BPR Prisma Dana Manado. Samples were taken by 50respondents. Data collection method used in this research is questionnaire and observation. Themethod used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, with the approach betweensimple correlation and multiple linear regression to measure the relationship between variables.In this study obtained the results of correlation coefficient calculations showing the relationshipbetween emotional intelligence and strong employee performance is also known coefficient ofdetermination or R Squere which explains the magnitude of the effect of emotional intelligenceon employee performance. R Square value can be interpreted that the influence of emotionalintelligence on employee performance, while the rest influenced by other variables not examinedin this study. The conclusion of this research is basically the employee's performance is good,but it is better for an employee to improve performance in performing every task andresponsibility by understanding emotional intelligence, because this can impact on theimprovement of employee performance quality so that it can have good impact also on progresscompany.

Abstract

Marketing practices are constantly being upgraded and updated to improve the chances of success for a company. Good marketing can’t be separated from the level of products and prices offered to consumers, products are varied and affordable prices will provide a distinct advantage for companies engaged in the field of trade because this will provide a boost to consumers to take a repeat action in the company. This study aims to determine whether the effect of completeness of products and prices on the repurchase of consumers at Freshmart Bahu Manado. The method used is quantitative research method, by taking sample members as much as 60 respondents by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there is a significant influence on the level of product and price to consumer buyback seen from the results of multiple regression tests and correlation coefficient test results. So the hypothesis states there exists the effect of product and price on consumer buyback is acceptable. with the conclusion that the better the quality of the product and the price offered will be the higher level of repurchase of the consumer, as well as the lower the product and the price offered, the lower the repurchase rate of the consumer. Keywords: Products, Price and Consumer Buyback

Abstract

Supervision is one of the several functions of management within the organization, which has the meaning of a process of supervising and evaluating an activity. When doing a job, there’s a rules that have been established and is mandatory to be obeyed by all people who work in that place. The activities in organization without an supervision caused work discipline decreased and will affect to other activities which hindred the process of achieving the goals. Every company including Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado, definitely want to provide satisfactory service for the customer, for that hotel should give the maximal and valuable service to the costumers. In order to give the maximal and valuable service, the employees have to provided to give value to customers, so the employees should be diligent in working and doing their jobs, especially hotel working system closely related to timing. Bad service caused dissatisfaction. This research was conducted on the employees of Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado by using the quantitative method to find out whether supervision can affect employees work discipline in Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado. The results of this study indicate that supervision affects employee work discipline at Hotel Sintesa Peninsula Manado where supervision has been applied and have positive impact to the employees.Keywords : Supervision, Work Discipline.
