Abstract

Sistem informasi memfasilitasi integrasi data, kecepatan dan perkiraan pemrosesan data, meningkatkan kualitas informasi dan kontrol manajemen, meningkatkan layanan, dan menyederhanakan prosedur. Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara (UINSU) adalah sebuah universitas di Medan, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. Sains dan Teknologi merupakan salah satu fakultas. Kerja Praktek (KP) merupakan salah satu mata kuliah di program studi sistem informasi yang mewajibkan mahasiswa untuk melakukan KP di perusahaan atau instansi dengan persyaratan saat ini. Sistem ini dapat memberikan laporan kerja praktek, petunjuk kerja praktek, izin kerja praktek, dan informasi kerja praktek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengumpulkan data tentang KP, mempermudah pengolahan data, dan membuat sistem informasi kerja (KP) yang realistis di Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Medan. RAD (Rapid Application Development), bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan database MySQL semuanya digunakan dalam proses pengembangan sistem. Sistem dapat menyajikan informasi kerja praktek berbasis web yang responsif yang dapat memudahkan kegiatan KP di FST seperti bisa mendapatkan izin KP secara online, melaporkan kegiatan KP setiap hari dengan tepat waktu, dan mengunggah hasil laporan KP. hasil akhir yang dievaluasi menggunakan black box pengujian. Abstract

PT. Wira Dwika is a company engaged in the production of electronic equipment and product distribution is carried out after the production process takes place. The obstacle that is often faced by companies is the difficulty in determining the number of products that will be provided by the company so that errors often occur in fulfilling customer requests and in predicting supplies for the next period. The system that runs at the company still uses a manual system so that errors often occur in determining the number of products to be distributed, and the Inventory section also often has difficulty determining the stock to be provided in future periods and the demand is more than the number of products already available in production. So it greatly affects profit and loss as well as inventory data processing. So the researchers used the Triple Exponential Smoothing Method to overcome the obstacles faced by the company because the Triple Exponential Smoothing method is an effective method in terms of forecasting. Electronic equipment still uses workbook paper and is less efficient in making product inventory reports. The electronic equipment inventory report input system still uses Microsoft Excel 2007 so that the data obtained is inaccurate and does not yet use electronic equipment inventory storage with a database system, by implementing PHP applications and MySQL databases it can help companies calculate predictions of electronic equipment distribution in the next period. So that it greatly affects profit and loss as well as processing inventory data for electronic equipment still using paper workbooks and is less efficient in making product inventory reports.

Abstract

Information technology can be utilized in the world of education as a means of conveying information about the profile of an institution, as a means of facilitating the running of government, and as a means of supporting other academics. UIN North Sumatra, especially the Faculty of Science and Technology, does not yet have information technology that can store student thesis data, where the application can be used as a search tool for theses that have been published within the Faculty of Science and Technology. By storing thesis manuscripts electronically, it will also make it easier to track the track record of each student and lecturer in preparing the thesis. Through the electronic thesis data storage application, the lecturers and thesis students can find out what titles have been published so that they can be used as indicators of what science is currently developing in the Faculty of Science and Technology. Based on the thesis data stored in an application, later this data can also be used for accreditation or academic purposes. Making this system researchers use the Vue.js Framework which is a flexible framework, Vue.js can be integrated with other frameworks or libraries such as Django, Laravel and WordPress. By implementing the Vue.js framework in website-based application development, the website can be embedded with one-page application features so that it will be easier to use the application.

Abstract

Conducting Information technology governance audits, which means conducting periodic checks on a system that has been built, now many audit models are emerging, but COBIT 5 is one of the relevant governance audits to use. The development of information systems goes hand in hand with the audit system, starting from reading a possible risk that will occur and preventing these risks, then in periodic checks can build a new innovation from the audit results itself, the lack of an information system is indeed a weakness of the system running, but with the evaluation, it means that the weaknesses of the system are minimized. This study discusses how to carry out risk management in an ongoing system with the APO12 domain on COBIT 5.

Abstract

Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Sumatera Utara adalah suatu badan pemerintahan yang mendukung tujuan Gubernur Sumatera Utara untuk membangun sumber daya manusia yang Amanah dan kompetitif. Di BPSDM Provinsi Sumatera Utara khususnya bidang Pengembangan Kompetensi Manajerial mempunyai tugas salah satunya untuk melakukan pembuatan sertifikat yang saat ini masih bersifat konvensional dengan menggunakan Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel sehingga diperlukan solusi untuk dibangun sebuah aplikasi sertifikat yang dimana digunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL dengan menggunakan tahapan perancangan sistem user centered design (UCD). Sehingga aplikasi ini bisa digunakan untuk pembuatan sertifikat pada bidang Pengembangan Kompetensi Manajerial untuk menyelesaikan sertifikat dalam waktu yang cepat. Berdasarkan hasil uji menggunakan blackbox setiap menu yang ada didalam aplikasi sertifikat ini sudah berhasil untuk digunakan dengan baik.

Abstract

Terkait dengan teknologi informasi, BPSDM tidak luput dari penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk penggunaan keperluan pekerjaan. E-Booking didefenisikan sebagai tindakan membuat reservasi atau janji untuk layanan melalui internet. Permasalahan yang ditemukan bahwasannya pada proses booking Gedung pelanggan harus berkunjung ke kantor BPSDM Provsu untuk menemukan informasi tentang booking Gedung atau melakukan proses booking Gedung, setelah itu pihak BPSDM Provsu mencatat data diri penyewa dan data pemesanan pada buku besar dan membuat laporan menggunakan Microsoft excel tidak secara real time. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu mekanisme yang terkomputerisasi dimana sanggup mengakomodasikan dalam menyediakan informasi secara benar dan waktu nyata mengenai Gedung yang ada dan rincian biaya penyewaan Gedung tersebut sehingga memudahkan semua pihak yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan blackbox E-Booking berhasil dirancang dan digunakan dengan baik.

Abstract

Ovarian cysts are a disease that only affects women and attacks the ovaries. Many people don't know about this disease, including its causes, symptoms and how to prevent it. In the world of health, there are still several problems in diagnosing diseases, especially ovarian cysts. Some lay people have no knowledge about this disease and often experience difficulties due to limited doctor schedules or the availability of specialist doctors in hospitals. Many patients want to consult or find out whether there are ovarian cysts in their pregnancy. The aim of this research is to build a knowledge-based system in the medical field that uses a combination of Forward Chaining and Certainty Factor methods to diagnose ovarian cysts. The Forward Chaining method is used to find conclusions based on cause and effect using the IF-THEN rule, while the Certainty Factor is used to provide a weight value (Expert CF) that has been determined by the expert in order to get maximum results. The result of this research is an expert system application that combines the Forward Chaining and Certainty Factor methods in diagnosing ovarian cysts. This application is intended for the public by carrying out an initial diagnosis based on the symptoms that have been input, using rules from the Forward Chaining method and calculating certainty values ??using the Certainty Factor method. With this application, it is hoped that it can help people find out about the disease they are suffering from and provide the information needed to take further action.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss information systems for monitoring the health of pregnant women in the 3 phases of trimesters and child immunization. In the city of Padangsidempuan, the high mortality rate in pregnant women and stunting in children is mostly due to the lack of concern for mothers to routinely carry out health monitoring and immunization for their children at the puskesmas. Some of them only came for the first monitoring and did not come again for the next visit. Apart from that, the puskesmas also still uses ledgers as a place to record monitoring results and data on every pregnant woman and child whose immunizations are considered to be less effective. So a monitoring information system is needed to assist the puskesmas in processing patient data and monitoring results and providing notifications to remind each mother for the next monitoring visit.

Abstract

Balai Diklat Keuangan Medan There is an Organizing and Learning sector which is tasked with carrying out learning related to State finances, facilitating the implementation of the Learning system and facilitating technical support for implementing learning needs analysis, learning evaluation, certification and competency tests as well as providing assistance services for implementing knowledge processes and learning organizations in the work area of the Financial Education and Training Center. This research was created to create a mobile-based training participant satisfaction survey system to improve training services. The aim is to improve training services that can be accessed easily by training participants. With the survey application, participant satisfaction data can be accessed and analyzed in real-time and this application makes the work of organizers easier in calculating satisfaction surveys and can provide data to the head of the Financial Training Center quickly. By using the waterfall method with Likert Scale calculations, this research produces an efficient information system through the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, maintenance and Likert scale calculations. The results obtained from this research are that the participant satisfaction survey application can make it easier for organizers to calculate survey results and make it easier for offices to improve office quality quickly.

Abstract

Building construction is a technique or method of erecting a building object according to what will be built. Establishing a building requires planning the calculation of the estimated costs incurred. The calculation of the estimated cost must be calculated carefully with the cost of making it such as the materials needed and the labor costs incurred. Prospective home owners do not have a reference for the estimated capital budget until a building is completed. Calculation of the construction of a house really needs maturity in planning, because it is not far from the costs incurred, so there is no loss of material prices and use of materials at the time of construction. Seeing this situation, prospective homeowners need to know the estimated costs incurred in building a house by conducting an analysis to build an information system to calculate web-based cost estimates to make it easier for prospective homeowners to know the estimated costs incurred until the house is completed. This information system provides filling specifications for the size of a one-story house, specifications for the number of rooms and also consists of two choices of material classes used. This information system is built using framework laravel, with programming language PHP, development method Rapid Application Development (RAD), and MySQL as the system database.
