Abstract

Menstruation (menstruation) is the periodic discharge of blood and body cells from the vagina that originate from the lining of a woman's uterus. Menstruation begins at puberty and marks a woman's ability to bear children, although other health factors may limit this capacity. This event is so natural and natural that it is certain that all normal women will experience this process. However, in reality many women experience menstrual problems, one of which is menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) (Admin, 2008). The research was conducted at Panei Tongah Public Middle School 1, Simalungun Regency, on 139 respondents. There is a relationship between knowledge and the effect of using menstrual pain relievers at SMP Negeri 1 Panci Tongah, Simalungun Regency, with the P-Value of 0.001 0.05. There is no relationship between attitudes towards the effect of using menstrual pain relievers at Panei Tongah 1 Public Middle School, Simalungun Regency, where the value obtained is greater than the expected value (P Value 0.250 0.05). There is a relationship between action and the effect of using menstrual pain relievers at Panei Tongah 1 Public Middle School, Simalungun Regency. From the results of the Chi-square test, the P-Value is 0.001 0.05, so the hypothesis is accepted. It is hoped that young women will pay more attention to the effects of excessive use of pain relievers because this can be bad for health. It is hoped that the school will work closely with health workers to conduct health education in schools, especially for young girls.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of environmental accounting to waste management at PT. Multi Hanna Kreasindo. The method used in this research is a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The type of data used in this research is secondary data, where the data comes from research journals that have been reprocessed. Based on the research results, it shows that the company has presented and disclosed information related to waste management carried out in its operational activities.

Abstract

The development of consumer goods is an industry with great potential to boost the Indonesian economy. The increase in the consumer goods sector which is considered attractive by investors will require manufacturing companies to improve their performance. The Indonesian economy is primarily driven by household consumption. In 2011, household consumption contributed 55.42% to GDP and increased to 57.93% in 2019, and PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk is a significant key player in consumer goods. This study aims to define and measure the financial performance of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk for the 2015-2019 period using the ratio analysis method to help show the extent to which the company has succeeded in achieving its goals. The object used is PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk's financial report data from 2015 to 2019. This study uses analytical tools in the form of liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, solvency ratios and activity ratios. This analysis is used to compare the risk and rate of return of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk's activities to help investors and creditors make better investment and credit decisions. Overall, from the results of our research using financial ratio analysis, it can be concluded that PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk's performance was in good condition from 2015 to 2019, so it is feasible for investors to invest their capital.

Abstract

Breastfeeding Father adalah dukungan penuh seorang suami sebagai ayah kepada istrinya agar dapat berhasil dalam proses menyusui, dukungan suami merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan ibu dalam pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan Breastfeeding Father dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Desain penelitian ini adalah survey analitik, Dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kerja puskesmas Jambi Kecil, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu menyusui di Wilayah Puskesmas Jambi Kecil,dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember s/d Januari 2023 dengan sampel 86 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar kuisioner dan menggunakan uji statistic Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan Breastfeeding Father sebanyak 66 responden (76,7%), kesiapan Asi Esklusif 68 responden (79,1%). Hasil uji statistic diperoleh nilai P.Value 0,000 ≤ 0,05 sehingga ada hubungan Breastfeeding Father dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Wilayah Puskesmas Jambi Kecil. Disarankan bagi Puskesmas dapat memberikan penyuluhan pada masyarakat mengenai pentingnya peran suami / ayah dalam keberhasilan pemberian ASI Eksklusif

Abstract

UMKM Café Titik Temu Kabupaten Gowa mengalami kendala dalam pencatatan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan akibat sistem yang masih tradisional dan belum terpisah antara keuangan usaha dan pribadi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan melalui proses audit sederhana guna meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan keuangan usaha. Metode yang digunakan meliputi wawancara dan observasi awal, identifikasi dan klarifikasi transaksi, pengelompokan akun, pencatatan dalam jurnal dan buku besar, serta penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana yang mengacu pada SAK EMKM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Café Titik Temu mampu menyusun laporan laba rugi, laporan perubahan modal, dan laporan posisi keuangan secara lebih sistematis serta memahami kondisi keuangan usaha dengan lebih baik. Pendampingan ini meningkatkan ketertiban pencatatan, pengendalian biaya, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial serta keberlanjutan usaha.

Abstract

Acute upper respiratory tract infections are caused by viruses. Data on the infant and toddler mortality rate in Indonesia is 18.5% and the mortality rate for children under five (aged 12-59 months) is 8.4%, 14.4% of deaths are caused by pneumonia. In West Sumatra, the death rate for children under five was 84, 19 deaths were caused by pneumonia. In the Mentawai Islands, the death rate for children under five is 5. 1 child's death was caused by pneumonia. Data from the Sikakap Community Health Center was 265 cases of toddlers coughing and having difficulty breathing, 41 cases of toddlers experiencing pneumonia. This type of research is qualitative research, cross sectional design. The research population was all mothers who had toddlers aged 2-3 years. Total sampling technique. The research was carried out from March 3-17 2024. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Bivariate and univariate data analysis was carried out using the Chi Square test. The results of the research showed that there was an influence between nutritional status and the incidence of ARI, with a p value = 0.032 (p<0.05). The incidence of ARI with immunization was found to have a p value = 0.000 (p<0.05). It was concluded that there was a significant relationship between the incidence of ARI with nutritional status and complete immunization. Nutritional status and immunizations influence the incidence of ARI in the Sikakap health center. It is hoped that the Community Health Center can improve education about nutritional status and provide complete basic immunization to mothers.
