Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pemahaman tentang sebuah perangkat pembelajaran bagi guru-guru sebagai pendidik yang profesional. Pemahaman yang baik tentang sebuah perangkat akan menjadikan pembelajaran semakin menarik. Untuk membentuk pembelajaran yang menarik banyak hal yang bisa dilakukan guru, salah satunya menyusun perangkat pembelajaran yang menarik yaitu Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Namun kenyataan dilapangan sering sekali guru mengalami kendala dalam penyusunan RPP. Terbentuknya pelatihan tentang pengembangan perangkat RPP bagi guru-guru di Pekanbaru ini diharapkan mampu meminimalisir kendala-kendala yang dialami guru dalam menyusun RPP di sekolah. Adapun tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang pembuatan serta perangkat RPP bagi guru-guru di Pekanbaru. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengabdian ini bahwa terlihat motivasi guru-guru untuk mengasah kemampuan kemampuan dalam mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran khususnya RPP sangat tinggi, hal ini ditandai dengan aktifnya guru-guru dalam bertanya dan saat mengikuti teknis pengerjaan RPP.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif dengan strategi Index Card Match (ICM) terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI IPA SMA YLPI Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 30 orang siswa dengan 8 orang siswa laki-laki dan 22 siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 23 Februari 2011 sampai dengan 17 Maret 2011. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik pengamatan dan tes. Lembar pengamatan akan dianalisis secara deskriptif naratif, sedangkan tes hasil belajar akan dianalisis dengan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) dan analisis distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM 65 pada skor dasar sebanyak 15 siswa, siklus I sebanyak 22 siswa, dan siklus II sebanyak 25 siswa atau dalam bentuk persentase 50%, 73.33% dan 83.33%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif dengan strategi Index Card Match (ICM) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI IPA SMA YLPI Pekanbaru.

Abstract

In this modern era, it is important for teachers to use Android as a learning medium. This aims to facilitate the learning process. The purpose of this study was to test the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of Android-assisted learning media to improve junior high school students' thinking skills. This study used the ADDIE model with 30 students of Rengat 1 Public Middle School as research subjects. The instruments used are non-test instruments in the form of validation sheets and practicality sheets. For data collection techniques, namely by taking validation data, practicality data and effectiveness to students. The data analysis technique used is to conduct product validation tests on experts, practicality and effectiveness tests on students. From the research results, it was found that the media was already in very valid results with a percentage of 88.25%, and for practical results a percentage of 80.26% was obtained with a very practical category. The effectiveness results showed that the pretest results of students who achieved KKM were only 20%, and the posttest of students who achieved KKM increased by 80%. This makes the learning media ready to be used by the teacher to students in the classroom.

Abstract

The main objective of this study was to assess and explain the mathematical critical thinking skills demonstrated by students when engaging with Social Arithmetic problems. This study used a descriptive qualitative research approach and was conducted at SMPN 5 Tapung Hulu. The participants were selected based on characteristics and information relevant to the research questions, consisting of 28 seventh grade students. The data collection instrument consisted of a three-item essay assessment designed to measure mathematical critical thinking skills. The data analysis process involved four main stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are the overall mathematical critical thinking skills of students on Social Arithmetic material at SMP Negeri 5 Tapung Hulu classified in the moderate category, with an overall average value of 68.48. The indicator with the highest score is the ability to state what is asked in the question correctly, with an average score of 70.75. Meanwhile, the indicator with the lowest score is the ability to make appropriate conclusions, with an average score of 70.75.

Abstract

A company's financial performance is one of the main indicators in assessing the health and sustainability of a business entity's operations. Evaluation of financial performance is crucial, especially for large companies operating in strategic sectors such as telecommunications. PT. XL, as a telecommunications company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, requires regular performance assessments to provide a clear picture of the effectiveness of its business strategy and its ability to generate profits. This study aims to analyze PT. XL's financial performance using a profitability ratio approach. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, utilizing secondary data sourced from the company's financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and other financial statements for the 2021–2023 period. The profitability ratios analyzed include Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), and Earnings Per Share (EPS). These five ratios were chosen because they are able to describe the company's ability to generate profits, both in terms of sales, total assets, and shareholder equity. The analysis results indicate that PT. XL's financial performance during the study period is still less than optimal. This is reflected in the profitability ratio, which is below the average standard for the Indonesian telecommunications industry. This condition indicates that the company has not been able to optimally manage its resources to generate competitive profits. This finding has important implications, namely the need to evaluate financial management strategies, operational cost efficiency, and improve service quality to increase company profitability in the future. Therefore, this study confirms that profitability ratio analysis is a crucial instrument for assessing a company's financial condition and serves as a basis for formulating performance improvement strategies.

Abstract

Jual beli merupakan salah satu bentuk dari muamalah. Berbagai aturan, tata cara dan hukum dalam hukum jual beli telah diatur dalam Islam agar berjalan dengan baik tanpa merugikan salah satu pihak. Salah satu praktik dalam jual beli di antaranya terjadi praktik jual beli getah karet di Desa Muara Sumpoi di mana petani getah karet menjual hasil panennya tidak sesuiai syarat jual beli. karena getah karet yang diperjualkan bercampur dengan pasir putih yang dilakukan dengan sengaja yang menimbulkan kerugian bagi salah satu pihak. Dengan adanya permasalahan di atas penulis ingin mengetahui praktik jual beli getah karet di Desa Muara Sumpoi dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh pembeli getah karet (tengkulak) ketika menemukan kecurangan yang dilakukan oleh petani. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum empiris penelitian yang menggunakan data-data diambil langsung dari lapangan yang terlibat langsung dengan masyarakat di Desa Muara Sumpoi. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan penjelasan bahwa praktik jual beli getah karet di Desa Muara Sumpoi dilakukan oleh pembeli getah karet dan petani getah karet setiap minggunya dan penjualan getah karet selanjutnya di perjualbelikan ke perusahaan yang diakukan oleh tengkulak setiap bulanya. Dari pernyataan 5 pembeli getah karet, 4 pembeli getah karet selama menjadi pembeli getah karet pernah mengalami kecurangan yang dilakukan oleh petani dengan memasukkan pasir putih ke dalam getah karet yang di perjualbelikan. Namun adapun upaya pembeli getah karet untuk penyelesaian masalah dalam praktik jual beli getah karet di Desa Muara Sumpoi yaitu menerapkan pemeriksaan kualitas getah sebelum membeli, memberikan sanksi berupa pemotongan harga atau penolakan pembelian terhadap getah karet yang bercampur pasir putih, menandai karung petani pada saat jualbeli, serta memberikan peringatan kepada petani.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze errors using Polya's stages carried out by female students in solving story problems on the topic of relations. This study is a Qualitative study with a descriptive approach. The subjects of the study were 30 students of class VIII of SMP AL-FARUQI. The data collection technique used written tests and interviews. The data analysis technique was carried out through several stages, namely reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the percentage of errors in understanding the problem was 50% with a moderate category, errors in making plans were 47.7% with a moderate category, errors in implementing plans were 63.3% with a high category, and errors in rechecking were 26.7% with a low category. The most common error made by female students was the error in implementing plans of 63.3%.
