Abstract

Kebugaran jasmani menjadi prasyarat yang harus dimiliki oleh atlet. Namun, tidak semua atlet berupaya untuk menjaga dan mengoptimalkan kebugaran jasmani yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengungkapkan kebugaran jasmani yang dimiliki oleh atlet basket putra federasi olahraga keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan Universitas Bengkulu pada tahun 2023. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka digunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sebanyak 10 atlet putra menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sehingga 10 atlet ditetapkan menjadi sampel penelitian. Data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan tes kebugaran jasmani. Analsisi data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komponen kecepatan, kekuatan otot perut, dan daya tahan berada pada level baik. Sedangkan komponen kekuatan otot lengan, dan power otot tungkai berada pada kategori sedang. Berlandaskan pada hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa level kebugaran jasmani atlet basket putra dalam level baik. Dari hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan kepada pelatih fisik federasi olahraga keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan Universitas Bengkulu untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani atlet pada komponen kekuatan otot lengan dan power otot tungkai.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kreativitas guru penjas dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 8 orang guru Penjas dari delapan SMP Negeri Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Teknik. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi diketahui guru penjas pada usia 20-29 tahun sebanyak 3 orang, guru berusia 30-39 tahun sebanyak 3 orang, guru berusia 40-49 sebanyak 2 orang. Diketahui juga semua guru penjas yang mengajar tingkat pendidikan terakhir adalah S1. Dengan 5 orang guru S1 jurusan penjas dan 3 orang lulusan S1 bukan jurusan penjas. Berdasarkan hasil angket dan wawancara dapat diketahui skor rata-rata angket dari delapan guru penjas menggunakan lima aspek kreatifitas adalah 74,5% yang termasuk dalam kategori baik. Maka dapat disimpulkan kreatifitas guru penjas dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah termasuk dalam kategori baik. Kata Kunci : Guru Penjas, Kreativitas, Minat Belajar Abstract This research aims to determine the level of creativity of physical education teachers in increasing students' interest in learning at State Middle Schools in Central Bengkulu Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The informants in this research were 8 Physical Education teachers from eight State Middle Schools in Central Bengkulu Regency. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of observations, it is known that there are 3 physical education teachers aged 20-29 years, 3 teachers aged 30-39 years, 2 teachers aged 40-49. It is also known that all physical education teachers who teach at the highest level of education are S1. With 5 undergraduate teachers majoring in physical education and 3 undergraduate graduates not majoring in physical education. Based on the results of questionnaires and interviews, it can be seen that the average questionnaire score from eight physical education teachers using the five aspects of creativity is 74.5% which is included in the good category and the interview results with an average score of 4 which is included in the good category. So it can be concluded that the creativity of physical education teachers in increasing students' interest in learning at State Middle Schools in Central Bengkulu Regency is included in the good category.  Keywords: Creativity, Interest in Learning, Physical Education Teacher.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the perceptions of physical education teachers, sports and health towards learning media in state high schools throughout the city of Bengkulu. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach using survey methods. The research subjects were 20 Public High School Physical Education teachers in Bengkulu City using purposive sampling. Using questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. Data analysis used in this research is data reduction, data display, conclusions/verification. The results of the questionnaire for 20 respondents got an average score of 74% in the good category and from the results of the interviews they got an average score of 62% so that teachers' perceptions of Merdeka learning in public high schools throughout the city of Bengkulu were in the good category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether using the TGFU learning method in playing volleyball can improve volleyball playing skills class X MIPA 3 students. In this study researchers used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. The subjects in this study were 36 students of class X MIPA 3 at SMA Negeri 1 Seluma. This research was conducted with pre cycle and in 2 cycles, where each cycle had 4 stages, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, (4) reflection. As for the results of the pre cycle percentage assessment was (46%), the results of observations of the teaching and learning process using the TGFU method in volleyball learning in the acquisition of the first cycle assessment percentage was (66%). Whereas in cycle II the percentage assessment was (85%), of students who had fulfilled the KKM value of 70. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that using the TGFU method in volleyball learning can improve volleyball learning skills.

Abstract

Studi purpose. Mental preparation affects a person's performance in achieving and realizing their hopes, especially in the fields of education and sports. This study aims to reveal the level of mental readiness of physical education students in attending lectures in the odd semester of 2023. This research seeks to reveal the level of mental readiness of physical education students to attend lectures in the odd semester of 2023. Materials and methods. This research is quantitative. The population in the study was 250 students. The research sample was chosen randomly so that there were 112 students. Research data was collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Analysis of research data using simple statistics with standard deviation formulas and ideal mean values so that five categories are formed. Results. The results of the analysis illustrate that 34 students have very high mental readiness, 62 students have high mental readiness, 12 students have moderate mental readiness, 3 students have low mental readiness, and 1 student has very low mental readiness. Conclusions. It was concluded that students have high mental readiness to attend lectures in the odd semester of 2023.

Abstract

Study purpose. Adaptation is very important for student development, especially in the academic field. This study aims to describe the level of ability of physical education students in adapting to the academic environment in 2023. Materials and Methods. Quantitative research methods were used to achieve the research objectives. A total of 54 physical education students were part of the research sample. The research data was accommodated using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed online via a google form link. Quantitative data analysis using ideal standards and ideal mean values was used to determine the classification of student adaptability. Results. The results showed that 11 students had very high adaptability, 29 students had high ability, 13 students had moderate ability, 1 student had low ability, and no students had very low ability. Conclusions. Based on the results found, it can be concluded that the adaptability of Physical Education students is dominantly in the high category.
