Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas jasmani terhadap kemampuan persepsi gerak anak usia dini. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 16 siswa TK kelas B, TK ABA Sermo, Sermo, Sumberarum, Moyudan, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampel karena sampel penelitian menggunakan seluruh populasi yang ada. Studi eksperimental menggunakan desain penelitian Pretest-Posttest Group Design dengan. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah Uji Anava satu jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan FO sebesar 8,41 dan Ftabel sebesar 4,60. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa aktivitas jasmani secara nyata memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan persepsi gerak anak usia dini.Kata Kunci: Aktivitas Jasmani, Persepsi Gerak, Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of biomechanics courses that have low success rates. Based on this reason, improvements will be made in the lecture process, thereby increasing learning outcomes that can reach theminimum standard (KKM). Success in lectures is the achievement of learning outcomes that achieve the minimum standard (KKM) value determined by the study program. This type of research is a classroom action research study with students of physical education and recreation study programs that attend biomechanics lectures 40 students and lecturers supporting biomechanics courses. The results showed that pre-cycle students were able to finish learning 15%, in cycle 1 50%, and at the end of period 2 95%. Basedon this fact, motion analysis based on the Android Coach Eye application based on biomechanics courses has improved the learning outcomes of FKIP PJKR students at Bengkulu University.

Abstract

Abstract The number of weaknesses in football matches, especially weaknesses in terms of passing a ball, is one of the keys to the failure of a team in a match. This research aims to develop a form of passing football practice. This study uses a development research approach with a sample of UNIB PJKR students. The data analysis technique used is the t-test with calculations through SPSS version 16. The t-test results showed that the coefficient of significance was 0,000, this coefficient was compared with the significance level of 0.05. Based on the comparison it turns out that the coefficient of significance is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, so it can be concluded that the passing training program has an effect on the ability of passing students. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing soccer passing training model has a significant influence on the ability of passing from students, so it can be concluded that this passing training model can be used for students or students who are just practicing football passing.. Keywords: Development, Model, Passing Abstrak Banyaknya kelemahan dalam pertandingan sepakbola terutama kelemahan dalam hal mengoper bola menjadi salah satu kunci kegegalan suatu tim dalam bertanding. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bentuk latihan passing sepakbola. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan dengan sampel mahasiswa PJKR UNIB. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan uj-t dengan perhitungan melalui SPSS versi 16. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa koefisien signifikasi sebesar 0,000, koefisien ini dibandingkan dengan taraf signifikasi 0,05. Berdasarkan perbandingan ternyata koefisien signifikasi hitung lebih kecil dari taraf signifikasi 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan program latihan passing memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan passing mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis model latihan passing sepakbola telah memberikan pengaruh yang berarti terhadap kemampuan passing dari mahasiswa, sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model latihan passing ini dapat digunakan kepada mahasiswa atau pelajar yang baru berlatih passing sepakbola. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the results of learning the skills of groundstrokes forehand tennis in novice athletes by using two different forms of learning media, namely demonstration media and video media. This research is an experimental research which was conducted in the city of Bengkulu in the province of Bengkulu in 2016. The population of this study was the 5th semester students who were new to tennis court, amounting to 20 students. The research sample used a total sample, the sample was divided into two groups, the first group used demonstration media and the second group used video media. Data were collected through tests and measurements of the skills of tennis groundstrokes. The results of data analysis with the t test with the SPSS 21 program show a coefficient of 0.048, this price is smaller than the coefficient of 0.05, so from this comparison it can be concluded that there is a difference in learning outcomes of tennis forehand grounstroke skills using demonstration media with media. video.

Abstract

Background: The integration of the Pancasila Student Profile (PSP) in physical education (PE) learning represents a significant endeavour to align educational practices with national values and aspirations. Through rigorous research and thoughtful implementation strategies, educators can harness the transformative potential of PE to cultivate socially responsible citizens who embody the spirit of Pancasila in their actions and interactions within the broader Indonesian society. Research Objectives: The aim of this research is to determine the level of integration of Pancasila student profiles in physical education learning in Bengkulu City. Methods: The quantitative research method was used to achieve this goal. The sample was 432 students whose taken randomly among the elementary school, middle school, and high school. The instrument in this research was a questionnaire. The data was analysed using the mean ideal and the deviation standard ideal. Finding/Results: The integration of the PSP in schools in the city of Bengkulu has four different categories. In the very high category, the frequency is 51; in the high category, the frequency is 301; in the moderate category, the frequency is 78; and in the low category, the frequency is 2. Conclusion: The Pancasila profile of students learning PE in Bengkulu City is well implemented. The novelty of integrating the PSP into PE learning lies in its unique approach to instilling national values and character education in the PE curriculum. This integration aims to encourage holistic student development by combining physical education learning with the values of God Almighty, independence, global diversity, cooperation, critical thinking, and creative thinking, which are the core of the Pancasila student profile.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara penerapan model PBL (Problem Based Learning) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII G SMP NEGERI 10 KOTA BENGKULU. Penelitian ini berlangsung selama 3 bulan dimulai dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan hingga pembuatan laporan hasil. Adapun jenis penelitian yang dilaksanakan merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan subjek penelitian yaitu 27 siswa kelas VII G SMPN 10 Kota Bengkulu tahun ajaran 2022/2023 pada pembelajaran materi senam lantai roll depan. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui tes, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian pada tahap proses pembeajaran yaitu pra siklus 52% siklus 1 mencapai 70% ketuntasan belajar . Lalu pada siklus 2 diperoleh 81% ketuntasan belajar. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar setelah dilakukan penerapan model PBLpengaruh penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap hasil peningkatan pembelajaran senam lantai roll depan, pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) di SMP Negeri 10 Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kondisi belajar dan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Subyek penelitian tindakan kelas yaitu peserta didik kelas VIII D SMPN 10 Kota Bengkulu sejumlah 29 orang yang terdiri dari 16 orang laki-laki dan 13 orang perempuan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2022/2023, yaitu pada bulan Mei. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil pre test, nilai rata – rata hasil belajar peserta didik 51,20% dengan kategori sangat rendah 10,35%, 44,80% rendah, sedang 20,70%, tinggi 24,15% dan sangat tinggi pada persentase 0,00%. Hasil persentase ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan peserta didik dalam memahami serta penguasaan pelajaran penjas materi pencegahan pergaulan bebas sebelum diterapkan metode index card match rendah. Nilai rata-rata hasil post test adalah 76,72% maka hasil belajar penjas materi pencegahan pergaulan bebas setelah diterapkan metode pembelajaran index card match mempunyai hasil belajar yang lebih baik dibanding sebelum penerapan metode index card match. Persentase hasil belajar penjas materi pencegahan pergaulan bebas peserta didik meningkat yakni sangat tinggi 17,25%, tinggi 79,30%, sedang 3,45%, rendah 0,00% dan sangat rendah 0,00%. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh penerapan metode index card match terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran penjas materi pencegahan pergaulan bebas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik deskriptif yang diperoleh serta hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran index card match berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar penjas materi pencegahan pergaulan bebas pada peserta didik kelas VIII D SMPN 10 Kota bengkulu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the team game tournament type cooperative learning model in improving volleyball forearm passing learning outcomes. The type of research used is classroom action research. The subjects of this study were 3rd semester physical education students who attended volleyball lectures and volleyball lecturers. The results showed that in the pre-cycle data, there were 15.9% students who scored 70 and above and 84.1% of students who scored below 70 scored. At the end of cycle 1, students who scored above 70 were 29.5% and those who scored below 70 were 70.5%. At the end of cycle 2, students who scored above 70 had achieved 100%. So it can be concluded that the Team Games Tournament Type Cooperative learning model can improve student volleyball forearm passing learning outcomes.

Abstract

The success of the physical education learning process is determined by the teachers’ professional competence. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of professional competence of physical education teachers in Bengkulu Province, with the main objective being to describe and determine the level of professional competence of teachers and the differences based on several variables, namely gender, teaching location, and teaching experience. A quantitative descriptive method was implemented in this study to achieve the research objectives. The research sample was 49 physical education teachers in Bengkulu Province. Techniques and instruments for collecting research data were in the form of receipts which were distributed via GoogleForm. An Independent sample t-test was used to analyze data regarding differences in the professional competence of physical education teachers based on gender. Meanwhile, one-way ANOVA was used to analyze differences in the professional competence of physical education teachers based on teaching location and teaching experience. The results of this study indicated that physical education teachers in Bengkulu Province have a very high level of professional competence, and there were no differences in teachers' professional competence based on gender, teaching location, or teaching experience. The limitations of this research included the involvement of a relatively small number of samples, the restriction of samples to public schools, and a lack of diversity in the sample variations. For further research, it is advisable to involve a larger number of samples from private schools and islamic schools. It was also recommended that physical education teachers develop competence in conducting classroom action research.

Abstract

The studyaims to find out how the development of pencak silat extracuricular activities at Lebong Regency High School and the factor that influencer student achievemrnt. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were 64 high school pencak silat extracurricular athletes in Lebong Regency, then collecting research data using questionnaire and interview techniques. Analysis of the data used in this research is data reduction, display, and conclucing drawing. The results of this study showed that the pencak silat extracurricular human resousrces in Lebong Regency were 27% in the poor category, 24%in the poor infrastructure, 33% in  the funding management, in the training method and program 23% in the inadequate category. Thus it can be concluded that the development of pencak silat extracurricular activities in the Lebong Regency High School is in the inadequate category.
