Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjaga keaslian file untuk memberikan jaminan kepada si penerima bahwa data tersebut bebas dari modifikasi yang dilakukan oleh pihak lain. Jika terjadi suatu modifikasi terhadap file tersebut, maka si penerima akan mengetahui bahwa file tersebut sudah tidak lagi terjaga keasliannya,sehingga penerima file terhindar dari penggunaan data yang salah. Untuk menjaga keaslian data digunakan teknik digital signature dengan menggunakan algoritma MD5 sebagai algoritma fungsi hash untuk menghasilkan message digest, dan algoritma RSA sebagai algoritma kunci publik yang membentuk digital signature dari message digest. Kombinasi dari kedua algoritma tersebut akan menghasilkan digital signature dari setiap file yang dapat memastikan keaslian dari file.

Abstract

Portal dosen sendiri dianggap sangat membantu dosen dalam melaksanakan aktivitas akademik, selain untuk dosen pihak rektorat dapat mengontrol kegiatan dan keaktifan dosen melalui portal akademik. Segala permasalahan mahasiswa yang di sharingkan kepada dosen pembimbing dapat dilihat sebagai referensi dalam memberikan solusi terhadap masalah yang di hadapi mahasiswa dan dosen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Survei, dimana metode tersebut mengambil data dari sample suatu populasi dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Pembangunan Pancabudi pada Dosen dan Mahasiswa yang Berasal dari Fakultas Ilmu Komputer dengan nilai reliablitas menggunakan metode SECI di dapat Socialization sebesar 0.8045, Externalization sebesar 0.813, Combination sebesar 0.728, dan Internalization sebesar 0.751. Dari nilai yang didapat diketahui bahwa factor yang paling mempengaruhi adalah Externalization yaitu factor yang berasal dari luar. Sebagai penyempurnaan terhadap penelitian yang akan datang perlu melakukan pengembangan terhadap sistem untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan baru dalam pengembangan kasus.

Abstract

Aplikasi Pixellab merupakan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan dalam pembuatan logo yang berbasis android. Dengan pemanfaatan dan pengembangkan teknik dalam pembuatan logo Dalam hal ini, pemanfaatan media yang menarik dan tepat guna dalam proses pembuatan logo pelatihan akan memiliki dampak positif yang akan sangat berpotensi meningkatkan kemampuan mahasantri dalam membuat logo dengan aplikasi pixellab. Para mahasantri sangat membutuhkan pengetahuan dalam membuat logo dengan tujuan memberikan bekal dalam pembuatan logo walaupun mahasantri terdiri dari banyak prodi yang ada di Unilak. Oleh sebab itu, tim pengusul program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat menawarkan solusi berupa Pelatihan Pembuatan Logo Dengan Aplikasi Pixellab Untuk Pesantren Mahasiswa Universitas Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru. Di mana program ini diharapkan mampu menjadi wadah dan inspirasi bagi para mahasantri dapat menambah pengetahuan dalam membuat logo dengan aplikasi pixellab besar harapan mahasantri dapat mengikuti proses pelatihan pembuatan logo dengan aplikasi pixellab dan mahasantri lebih mampu menghasilkan karya yang dapat merangsang daya tarik dalam pembuatan logo dengan menarik dan unik. Sebagai pemateri memberikan sosialisasi dan sekaligus pendampingan mengenai bagaimana pembuatan logo dengan aplikasi pixellab yang menarik dan pastinya sagat dapat bermanfaat. Abstract: The Pixellab application is an application that can be used in making Android-based logos. By using and developing techniques in making logos. In this case, the use of attractive and appropriate media in the process of creating a training logo will have a positive impact which will greatly improve the ability of students to create logos with the Pixellab application. The students really need knowledge in making logos with the aim of providing provisions in making logos even though the students consist of many study programs at Unilak. Therefore, the team that proposed the Community Service program offered a solution in the form of Training on Logo Making with the Pixellab Application for Islamic Boarding School Students at the Lancang Kuning University Pekanbaru. Where this program is expected to be a forum and inspiration for students to increase knowledge in making logos with the Pixellab application, we hope that students can take part in the training process of making logos with the Pixellab application and students will be more able to produce works that can encourage attractiveness in making logos attractively. and unique. As a presenter, he provides socialization and at the same time assistance on how to make a logo with the Pixellab application which is interesting and certainly useful.

Abstract

Tarekat sebagai organized sufism sebagai penyedia layanan praktis dan terstruktur untuk memandu tahapan tahapan perjalanan rohaniah yang berpusat pada relasi guru dan murid dengan jalan suluk melalui Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah Al Kholidiyah Jalaliyah (TNAJ). Pelaksanaan suluk bertujuan dalam proses latihan latihan (riyadah) dan kesungguhan (mujahadah) dalam upaya pembersihan hati guna menuntut keridhoan Allah. Hingga saat ini belum ada data yang mencatat berapa jumlah pasti jamaah yang telah ikut pada tarikat ini. Berdasarkan data TNAJ jumlah jamaah yang telah sampai pada predikat khalifah sebanyak 2084 sehingga dapat diperkirakan jumlah jamaah secara keseluruhan mencapai puluhan ribu jamaah. Dengan adanya penerapan sistem informasi pelayanan suluk melalui sistem informasi dalam perbaikan pengelolaan data, informasi TNAJ dapat menyeluruh, terintegrasi, terpadu dan menghasilkan informasi yang cepat dan akurat dapat dengan mudah dilakukan. Selanjutnya proses transfer knowledge ke mitra bagaimana penggunaan aplikasi tersebut melalui kegiatan training sehingga meningkatkan kemampuan dalam penggunaan Teknologi Informasi.

Abstract

Teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui penerapankonsep sekolah pintar. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan mengimplementasikan pemanfaatan IoTdalam lingkungan sekolah guna mendukung proses pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien di SMA Negeri IIBinjai. Melalui pelatihan ini, para guru dan siswa diharapkan mampu memahami dasar-dasar IoT, sertamengintegrasikannya ke dalam aktivitas pembelajaran sehari-hari. Beberapa aplikasi IoT yang relevan, seperti sistemmanajemen kelas otomatis, pemantauan kehadiran siswa secara real-time, dan perangkat pembelajaran interaktifberbasis IoT, diperkenalkan dalam pelatihan ini. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan IoT dalampendidikan tidak hanya meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar, tetapi juga membantu guru dalammengelola kelas secara lebih efektif. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal menujupenerapan sekolah pintar yang lebih luas di Indonesia, khususnya di SMA Negeri II Binjai.

Abstract

This research explores the transformative impact of Internet of Things (IoT) technology on learning environments, focusing on the development of a Smart School at SMA Negeri II Binjai. The study aims to investigate the integration of IoT technology to enhance educational practices, improve efficiency, and create an innovative and dynamic learning atmosphere. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The design includes the development of a comprehensive IoT system tailored for educational settings, considering both hardware and software components. Implementation strategies involve stakeholder engagement, training sessions, and pilot testing to ensure a smooth transition. Evaluation methods encompass performance testing, usability testing, and security testing to guarantee system reliability. The findings are expected to contribute valuable insights into the effectiveness of IoT technology in fostering innovation and improving the overall learning experience in a secondary school setting. The research not only addresses the technical aspects of building a Smart School but also considers the practical implications and challenges associated with the integration of IoT in education.

Abstract

Efficient and accurate school attendance is paramount for the seamless operation of educational institutions. This research focuses on enhancing attendance systems by implementing an Internet of Things (IoT)-based solution with Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) technology at SMK Putra Anda Binjai. The study employs an experimental design, dividing students and teachers into control and experimental groups. The control group retains the conventional attendance system, while the experimental group adopts the IoT-based RFID technology. The research encompasses careful sample selection, integrating hardware and software tools, and automated data collection procedures. Findings highlight the system's benefits, such as improved efficiency, real-time monitoring, and enhanced accuracy. Challenges, including initial implementation hurdles and technical glitches, are also identified. A comparison with conventional systems underscores the superiority of the IoT-based RFID technology, showcasing higher accuracy and time efficiency. The positive impact on the academic atmosphere aligns with literature emphasizing technology's role in advancing learning environments. This research signifies a transformative initiative in school attendance, offering insights into the potential of technologically advanced educational settings. Continuous refinement is essential for maximizing benefits and addressing real-world educational challenges.

Abstract

The employee attendance process is an important aspect in human resource management in government agencies, including the Sibolga City Government. The manual attendance system currently used in the Sibolga City Government has several weaknesses, such as the possibility of data input errors, slow attendance recapitulation process, and difficulty in monitoring attendance in real time. To overcome this problem, this study developed a web-based online attendance system that can improve the efficiency and accuracy of employee attendance recording. The methods used in this study include analysis of the current system, design of a new system, implementation, and software testing using the Black Box Testing method. This system was developed using web-based software with the PHP programming language and MySQL database managed through the XAMPP platform. This online attendance system allows employees to take attendance digitally through devices connected to the internet, while officers can easily manage and monitor attendance data. The results of the study show that the developed online attendance system can run according to its function and meet the needs of the Sibolga City Government. This system is able to reduce data recording errors, speed up the recapitulation process, and provide convenience in monitoring employee attendance. Thus, it is hoped that this online attendance system can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of employee attendance management at the Sibolga City Government.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of QR Code service as a customer complaint system on Indihome, a flagship product of PT Telkom Indonesia. This service aims to simplify the process for customers to report internet issues without needing to contact the call center or visit the office. By scanning the QR Code, customers can easily fill out a complaint form that is directly linked to repair technicians. The results show that the QR Code service enhances efficiency and responsiveness in handling customer complaints, as well as providing convenience for users who no longer face the burden of call charges. However, challenges remain for long-term customers who are less familiar with this technology. This study also highlights the importance of effective socialization to both staff and customers to ensure the service is fully utilized in the future.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged educational institutions to adopt digital-based learning systems to enhance the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. This study aims to design and develop a web-based online learning (e-learning) application at SMK Tritech Informatika Medan using the Waterfall software development method. The application is designed to facilitate teachers and students in conducting online learning activities, such as uploading materials, submitting assignments, participating in discussions, and evaluating learning outcomes. The Waterfall method was chosen because it provides a structured and systematic approach to system development, consisting of the following phases: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Each phase is carried out sequentially to ensure the system’s accuracy and stability. Testing was conducted to evaluate system functionality based on user needs, including login features, user data management, uploading materials and assignments, as well as interaction through comments. The result of this study is a web-based e-learning application that can be accessed via the internet by teachers, students, and administrators. The developed system was proven to function properly during testing, with all features working as intended. This application effectively and efficiently supports the learning process and is expected to serve as an alternative solution in supporting education digitalization at SMK Tritech Informatika Medan.
