Abstract

Electronic transactions in government operational activities are carried out strictly and comply with regulations on both sides, namely financial transaction regulations regulated by government authorities and state financial management regulations. Strict management of electronic transactions, especially government credit cards, is carried out to prevent fraud, create reliable financial reports and protect against the risk of loss to the apparatus and the state. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the interest in using KKP by government officials. The method used in this research is quantitative method using online questionnaires to credit card users who work in government units/organizations in the territory of Indonesia. Researchers used the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach with Smart PLS to test the above assumptions based on SEM. The results of this study indicate that the p value <0.05 with a positive beta value which indicates that the good reliability of government credit cards will affect the effectiveness of user satisfaction. So that the reliability and certainty of government credit cards affect user satisfaction. In addition, it is known that the satisfaction of government credit card users is able to strengthen the relationship between perceived convenience and perceived usefulness.

Abstract

This study investigates the direct effects of human resource practices, inclusive leadership, and digital competence on employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention intention in the hospitality industry. Grounded in Social Exchange Theory (SET) and the Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) Model, the research aims to provide a multidimensional understanding of how organizational support and digital adaptability shape key employee outcomes in service-intensive contexts. A quantitative, cross-sectional survey was conducted with 312 hospitality employees across Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) via SmartPLS 4. The measurement model was assessed for validity and reliability, followed by an evaluation of the structural model to test the proposed hypotheses. The results confirm that human resource practices, inclusive leadership, and digital competence each have significant positive effects on employee engagement, job satisfaction, and retention intention. Moreover, both engagement and satisfaction were found to be strong predictors of employees’ intent to stay. These findings highlight the importance of integrating psychosocial and digital resources within human capital strategies. This study extends the existing literature by incorporating digital competence and inclusive leadership as key antecedents of employee outcomes—areas that remain underexplored in hospitality research. It also addresses a geographical gap by focusing on an emerging market context. The study offers theoretical integration of SET and JD-R models and provides actionable insights for organizations seeking to enhance workforce sustainability in a post-pandemic, digitally evolving service landscape.

Abstract

Abstract

Adolescents go through hormone, physical, psychological, and social changes that often cause emotional turmoil. The effects of emotional upheaval result in adolescents lacking the ability to control emotions, putting them at risk for stress. One of the factors that can minimize stress is emotional intelligence, which is a person's ability to manage emotions. The incidence of stress among adolescents in Central Java Province is 4.7%. Several things, namely problems in school, differences in arguments between parents and children, and relationships with peers, cause stress among adolescents. To know the relationship between emotional intelligence and the level of stress among adolescents in X High School. This research is a non-experimental quantitative research with a cross-sectional research design. Purposive sampling technique was used to select 85 students of X High School as the research participants. Kendall Tau was used to analyze data. There is a relationship between emotional intelligence and stress levels of adolescents at X High School. The results of the analysis with the Kendall tau test obtained p value = 0.000 means p value <0.05. The correlation coefficient or r value = 0.867 shows a very strong negative correlation. Conclusion: A highly significant negative relationship exists between Emotional Intelligence and stress.

Abstract

The present research endeavors to examine the complex interactions among ergonomics, mental health, operational efficiency, and employee productivity in the ever-changing Indonesian banking sector. 200 participants in a sample from a range of roles contributed insightful information about the complex interactions between these important factors. Confirmatory factor analysis ensured the robustness of later structural equation modeling by confirming the measurement model's validity and dependability. The findings highlighted the beneficial effects of ergonomics, mental health, and operational efficiency on employee productivity, as well as considerable direct and indirect consequences. The structural model was further validated using the model fit indices and discriminant validity analysis. The model explains a significant amount of the variance in the Work Environment, according to the R-Square values. The research provides insightful information for managers of organizations, indicating that ergonomic enhancements, mental health, and operational effectiveness interventions can all work together to create a favorable work environment and, as a result, increase worker productivity in Indonesian banks.
