Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the practice method given to students in the context of subject-verb agreement. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method, which leads to an in-depth analysis of the common error patterns of the students, as well as to observe the development of students' understanding over time. The results of this study show that the subject-verb agreement learning method has a positive impact on students' understanding and enables them to master this concept well. The implication of this study is the importance of using effective learning methods in overcoming subject and verb agreement errors, which are important aspects of English grammar. With the right approach, students can improve their understanding of subject and verb rules in English, thus improving their overall language skills.

Abstract

Firm value playsimportant role in maximizing shareholder profits at a time of rising share prices. Risingcompany share price will improve shareholders' welfare. Firm value is important to investors becauseit is an indicator of the market in measuring the company as a whole. The purpose of the research is toanalyze the influence of free cash flow and profitability on firm value by mediated by dividend policy. This research is based on several theories including Agency Theory, Signaling Theory, Agency CostTheory, Firm Value, Profitability, Free Cash Flow, and Dividend Policy. The object of research s amanufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2017 with 60companies as the sample. Analysis techniques used by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Theresults of the research include (1), there is a positive and significant influence of free cash flow on firmvalue (2) there is a positive and significant influence of profitability on firm value, (3) there is a positifveand significant influence of free cash flow on dividend policy, (4) there is no influence of profitabilityon dividend policy, (5) there is a positive and significant influence of dividend policy on firm value, (6)dividend policy can’t mediate the effect of profitability on firm value, and (7) dividend policy canmediate the influence of free cash flow on firm value.Keywords : Profitability, Free Cash Flow, Dividend Policy, dan Firm Value

Abstract

Company value is very important for shareholders to gain profits in their share peculiarities. Many fundamental factors can increase company value. This study aims to determine the effect of company size and profitability factors on firm value. This research was conducted at consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015-2017 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used were data pooling test, classical assumptions test, and hypothesis test with the help of SPSS 20 and SmartPLS 3 programs. The results of this study indicate that firm size has a positive effect on firm value and profitability has a positive effect on firm value. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that firm size and profitability have a positive effect on the firm value of consumer goods companies. Abstract

The object of research is consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015-2017 period. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. The research uses a data pooling test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 20 and SmartPLS 3. The results show that firm size has a positive effect on firm value and profitability has a positive influence on firm value. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that company size and profitability have a positive effect on the value of consumer goods companies. Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding of residents in the Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, regarding the meaning and importance of literacy, particularly in facing the challenges of the digital information era. The underlying problem addressed in this activity is the low level of literacy awareness among the community, as indicated by the tendency to accept and spread information without verification, the lack of a reading culture, and limited understanding of various types of literacy, such as media, digital, and financial literacy. To overcome these issues, the team of lecturers conducted a literacy outreach activity using a casual discussion method, which was chosen for its effectiveness in reaching the community in an informal and communicative setting. The materials presented included the definition of literacy, the importance of filtering information, how to verify the accuracy of news, and the role of families in fostering a culture of literacy. The activity involved residents from diverse backgrounds and was conducted interactively, where participants were not only passive listeners but also engaged in active discussions and shared personal experiences related to literacy challenges. The results showed that the residents responded positively to the outreach, gained new insights, and expressed a commitment to start applying a culture of literacy within their families and communities. This activity demonstrates that a simple yet well-targeted approach can have a tangible impact in raising literacy awareness at the grassroots level.

Abstract

Perbankan syariah di Indonesia berkembang pesat seiring meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap prinsip keuangan Islam. Salah satu produk unggulan Bank Mega Mitra Syariah adalah Mega Pembiayaan 50 iB, yang ditujukan bagi pelaku usaha kecil dan mikro melalui akad mudharabah dan musyarakah. Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi pemasarannya menggunakan pendekatan SWOT, dengan metode studi literatur, wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, serta data sekunder dari laporan internal dan publikasi resmi. Analisis dilakukan melalui matriks IFAS dan EFAS, yang digabungkan dalam matriks SWOT. Hasil menunjukkan kekuatan utama berupa penerapan prinsip syariah, pencairan dana cepat, dan tenaga pemasaran aktif. Skor IFAS sebesar 1,68 dan EFAS sebesar 0,65 menempatkan strategi pada kuadran pertumbuhan. Strategi yang direkomendasikan meliputi penetrasi pasar, pengembangan produk, dan peningkatan mutu layanan. Kesimpulannya, analisis SWOT memberikan gambaran posisi kompetitif produk dan menjadi dasar strategi pemasaran yang relevan. Penelitian ini diharapkan berkontribusi pada pengembangan literatur pemasaran syariah dan praktik manajerial dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat kecil dan mikro.

Abstract

Penelitian ini muncul karena PT Globalindo Telematika mengalami kendala dalam pencatatan dan penghitungan penyusutan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penulis mengembangkan modul odoo menggunakan metode garis lurus pada odoo versi 14. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyederhanakan pencatatan dan pelaporan penyusutan persediaan, mengurangi ketergantungan pada perhitungan penyusutan manual, dan memantau nilai persediaan dan masa manfaat. Manfaat yang diharapkan mencakup peningkatan efisiensi operasional, akurasi dalam perhitungan penyusutan, dan kemampuan pemantauan dan manajemen inventaris yang lebih efektif, sehingga meningkatkan transparansi pengendalian dan proses internal. Dengan mengimplementasikan odoo versi 14 ini di PT Globalindo Telematika diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan yang ada.

Abstract

Pelanggaran data yang semakin marak telah memicu keinginan kuat dari tim abdimas untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada anggota komunitas Majelis Ta'lim Sa'adatunnisa di Ciganjur, Jagakarsa untuk mempelajari cara melindungi diri mereka secara online dengan tujuan utama meningkatkan literasi digital, meningkatkan keamanan online, dan memberdayakan perempuan agar dapat menavigasi lanskap digital dengan percaya diri. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan PKM ini adalah dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab Rangkaian kegiatan, termasuk sesi penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, dan evaluasi jangka panjang, telah berhasil memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan. Setelah sesi penyuluhan dan pemberian materi keamanan data di majelis ta'lim, sejumlah peserta mengungkapkan bahwa mereka sekarang lebih sadar akan risiko yang terkait dengan keamanan data pribadi mereka.

Abstract

Digital marketing is a field of marketing that uses digital technology and online platforms to promote products, services or brands to consumers. In this digital era, people have significantly transformed the way they interact with media, information and content as a whole. The implementation of this community service activity focuses on optimizing digital marketing strategies for the DPC Depok Indonesian Women Entrepreneurs Association (IWAPI), an association of Indonesian women entrepreneurs representing the city of Depok. With the increasing importance of digital platforms in reaching a wider market, this PKM activity aims to introduce and popularize the use and use of digital marketing to increase sales of a product.
