Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengungkapan corporate social responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan dan mengetahui peran profitabilitas dalam memoderasi pengaruh hubungan corporate social responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan mengambil sampel 24 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan periode penelitian yaitu tahun 2010-2013 dengan total sampel sebanyak 96 sampel. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa corporate social responsibility berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Selain itu diperoleh hasil bahwa profitabilitas sebagai variabel moderating mampu memperkuat hubungan antara corporate social responsibility dan nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Pengguna internet di Indonesia semakin besar dan pertumbuhannya sangat pesat. Demikian pula jumlah pembelanjaan secara daring melalui pasar daring atau yang dikenal juga sebagai e-commerce tumbuh dengan pesat di Indonesia. Ditemukan bahwa jumlah pengunjung e-commerce di Indonesia dapat mencapai ratusan juta kunjungan per bulannya, dua diantaranya yaitu Tokopedia dan Shopee. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor dari e-commerce yang dapat memengaruhi pola konsumtif masyarakat Indonesia terutama di Jakarta. Variabel bebas dalam tesis ini adalah variabel antarmuka pengguna (User Interface/UI) yaitu tampilan dari sistem atau aplikasi yang digunakan, dan pengalaman pengguna (User Experience/UX) yaitu pengalaman yang didapatkan saat menggunakan aplikasi atau kedua hal ini biasa disebut UI/UX, promo online, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, privasi, dan variabel kepercayaan. Tesis ini membahas pengaruh variabel bebas tersebut terhadap konsumerisme. Metode analisa penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan melakukan survei secara daring dengan pembagian kuesioner menggunakan google form. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 240 orang yang pernah berbelanja pada e-commerce. Hipotesis penelitian menggunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda dan diolah menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel UI/UX, promo, privasi, dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat konsumerisme pada pengguna e-commerce di Jakarta, sementara variabel persepsi kemudahan penggunaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap konsumerisme

Abstract

Contemporary drinks are very popular with the people of Indonesia, even the whole world. Drinks made from coffee, cheese tea, and boba are very popular with the public so that many companies have sprung up to make beverage businesses. One of the companies participating in the industry is GOOMA. Many companies follow the trend of bubble tea, cheese tea, and coffee, but GOOMA doesn't want to follow the trend. GOOMA wants to bring and educate matcha to people in Indonesia. The theory used in this research is the theory of price, brand image, and purchasing decisions. The object of this research is the customer of GOOMA Tea Bar at Kelapa Gading Mall. Sampling in this study used probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The method of data collection in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The research data was processed using SPSS 20. The results showed that price had a positive effect on customer purchasing decisions at GOOMA Tea Bar Mal Kelapa Gading and, brand image had a positive effect on customer purchasing decisions at GOOMA Tea Bar Mal Kelapa Gading.

Abstract

When a business is faced with extreme competition, the ability of SMEs to maintain its market is needed in various ways to excel in the competition. Business ethics in a company has a very important role in running its business. A company will succeed based not only on good morals and management but also on good business ethics. The problem is that unethical behavior in business activities often occurs due to the development of digital-based information technology which provides opportunities, weak morals, and awareness of ethics in doing business, making opportunities for business actors to commit acts that violate business ethics. Starting from this problem, the Kwik Kian Gie Institute of Business and Informatics teaching group conducted training and mentoring for members of the Garudayaksa Nusantara Cooperative on the Implementation of Business Ethics in SME operations which was held on July 22, 2022, in Jakarta. The purpose of this training and mentoring is to increase understanding of Business Ethics and general principles of Business Ethics, provide insight into the implementation of Business Ethics in SME Operations, Provide examples of violations of business ethics in SME operations in the digital era, and motivate SME business people to implement Business Ethics. It is hoped that this training will result in the formation of awareness among SMEs about the importance of business ethics in relation to the company's goals for long-term profits, and the development of ethical behavior among SMEs in business operations in the digital.

Abstract

This thesis wants to know whether the effect of holiday (Holiday Effect) on Firms’s Stock Return Which Incorporate In LQ-45 on February 2011 – January 2014. Samples were taken in this study  is the daily stock price data from firms which incorporate in LQ-45 on February 2011 – January 2014. This study was divided into two holidays; religious holidays and national holidays to see whether there are differences  in the view of investors on both holidays. Abstract

The objectives of this research are to know the direct effect of liquidity, profitability and debt  policy to dividend policy. Besides that, this study aims to know the indirect effect of liquidity and profitability where debt policy as an intervening to dividend policy. This study based on signaling Theory and Pecking Order Theory. This research sample is non-finance companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2012 – 2014. Sampling technique to be used is Non-Probability Sampling technique by using Judgment / Purposive Sampling method, that is sample taking technique with criteria of non-financial company that go public in BEI and always dividend during 2012-2014 period. Tests performed using descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, simultaneous significance test, significance individual parameter test, and classical assumption test. The result showed that liquidity and profitability have significant positive effect to dividend policy, debt policy does not have significant effect to dividend policy, liquidity have significant negative effect to debt policy, profitability does not have significant to debt policy. Debt policy weakened the effect of liquidity and profitability to dividend policy.Key word: Liquidity, Profitability, Debt Policy, Dividend Policy, signaling Theory, Pecking Order Theory

Abstract

Music Course has a series of service planning starts from the initial stage of student enrollment up to the last stage of making the results of the student's course results for a month. The following is the flow of services from Chopin Music Course: The first service line begins with the arrival of the consumer to Music Course, Then the consumer approaches the administration desk to simply wander about the classes and levels, the cost for the desired course, the duration of the course, and so on or directly want to register for the course at Chopin Music Course, Then the consumer wants to enroll / his son as a student at Chopin Music Course, Afterwards, Chopin Music Course administrators give blank registration form to be filled by consumers/children who want to enroll as a student at Chopin Music Course, Once the consumer completes the registration form, the administration staff will distribute the payment card for a year. This card as a proof that consumers have made payments for the course money during the month or not, Once consumers get payment cards, consumers can make payments for the month so that the schedule of course sessions directly adjusted according to negotiated agreements between Chopin Music administration officials Course with the consumer, Then the administrative staff make the course schedule arrangement for the consumer, Once completed, the consumer can go back home and come back in accordance with the predefined course schedule. The main segmentation of Music Course are people domiciled in ivory coconut with ages 5 to 19 years who do have hobby and talent in the field of music and parents who want their children to learn music to help educate his thinking. Abstract

Firm value playsimportant role in maximizing shareholder profits at a time of rising share prices. Risingcompany share price will improve shareholders' welfare. Firm value is important to investors becauseit is an indicator of the market in measuring the company as a whole. The purpose of the research is toanalyze the influence of free cash flow and profitability on firm value by mediated by dividend policy. This research is based on several theories including Agency Theory, Signaling Theory, Agency CostTheory, Firm Value, Profitability, Free Cash Flow, and Dividend Policy. The object of research s amanufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2017 with 60companies as the sample. Analysis techniques used by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Theresults of the research include (1), there is a positive and significant influence of free cash flow on firmvalue (2) there is a positive and significant influence of profitability on firm value, (3) there is a positifveand significant influence of free cash flow on dividend policy, (4) there is no influence of profitabilityon dividend policy, (5) there is a positive and significant influence of dividend policy on firm value, (6)dividend policy can’t mediate the effect of profitability on firm value, and (7) dividend policy canmediate the influence of free cash flow on firm value.Keywords : Profitability, Free Cash Flow, Dividend Policy, dan Firm Value

Abstract

Company value is very important for shareholders to gain profits in their share peculiarities. Many fundamental factors can increase company value. This study aims to determine the effect of company size and profitability factors on firm value. This research was conducted at consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015-2017 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used were data pooling test, classical assumptions test, and hypothesis test with the help of SPSS 20 and SmartPLS 3 programs. The results of this study indicate that firm size has a positive effect on firm value and profitability has a positive effect on firm value. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that firm size and profitability have a positive effect on the firm value of consumer goods companies. Abstract

Abdimas aims to increase the active involvement of participants in dealing with common problems that often occur in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), with a focus on cases in the Garudayaksa Nusantara Cooperative, Jakarta. This activity carries a delivery method through lectures, questions and answers, and in-depth discussions on supply issues. Participants in this activity received direct assistance from the manager and management of Koperasi Garudayaksa Nusantara, Jakarta, who shared their experiences and insights in managing inventory. The main objective of this activity was to provide a comprehensive education on the importance of implementing a proper inventory management system in a company. Emphasis was placed on the dangers that may occur if inventory is not managed properly. Excessively large inventories can result in high storage costs and a higher risk of damaged goods. Therefore, through lectures, Q&A, and case discussions, participants were directed to understand the best practices in controlling inventory so that companies can be more efficient and effective in resource management. This activity is a concrete effort to empower MSMEs in dealing with the challenges faced in their inventory management. In addition, through direct interaction with the management of Koperasi Garudayaksa Nusantara, the participants were also able to understand real examples of best practices in managing inventory. As a result, it is expected that MSMEs will be better prepared and competent in optimising their inventory for sustainable growth.
