Abstract

This research was conducted based on the problem of students' speaking skills. The purpose of this research is to find out the description of the application of the active debate method, to know the description of students' speaking skills, and to determine the effect of the application of the active debate method on the speaking skills of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Borongkanang Kec. Bontonompo, Gowa Regency. This research is included in experimental research with a quantitative approach. The design used in this study was a quasi-experiment with a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were all fifth grade students at SD Negeri Borongkanang, Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency. The samples in this study were 16 students in class VA and 16 students in class VB who were selected using simple random sampling technique. The data in this study were collected using observation sheets and assessment instruments. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the application of the active debate method goes very well. The results of the inferential analysis using the independent sample t-test showed that there were differences in the results of the post-nontest questionnaire between the experimental class and the control class, which meant that the increase in students' speaking skills in the experimental group was better than the control group. So it can be concluded that: (1) the learning process by applying the active debate method is very effective; (2) the results of student assessments show an increase in students' speaking skills in learning; (3) there is an effect of the application of the active debate method on the speaking skills of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Borongkanang, Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode outdoor learning berbantuan media edu-monopoly terhadap minat belajar siswa di kelas IV UPT SPF SD Negeri Mangasa Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi experimental design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh siswa kelas IV UPT SPF SD Negeri Mangasa Kota Makassar. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu kelas IVA sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas IVB sebagai kelas kontrol yang berjumlah 42 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil analisis menunjukan rata-rata skor minat belajar yang menerapkan metode outdoor learning berbantuan media edu-monopoly sebesar 81,5, sedangkan rata-rata skor minat belajar yang tidak menerapkan metode outdoor learning berbantuan media edu-monopoly sebesar 71,76. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menerapkan uji-t menunjukkan thitung > ttabel (3,867 > 2, 021) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Dengan demikian Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak.

Abstract

Schools already have references in printed books, but teachers need more references in digital form so that they can be integrated in class and/or in students' independent learning as a learning resource. The purpose of this study is to (1) Develop a Digital Library at SDN Bontoa, Tamalanrea District, Makassar City (2) Measure the Feasibility and Validity of the Digital Library at SDN Bontoa, Tamalanrea District, Makassar City. The approach used in this study is development research using the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The data analysis technique uses a Likert scale, final data conversion and percentage of answers. The results of this study indicate that the assessments given by media experts and material experts for this Digital Library are in the feasible/valid category so that they can be recommended as a learning resource. This is proven by the existence of expert validation instruments and material experts who are in the feasible/valid category. The digital library at SDN Bontoa, Tamalanrea District, Makassar City can be used as a reference in digital form so that it can be integrated in class and/or in students' independent learning as a learning resource

Abstract

This study aims to improve the reading comprehension skills of fourth grade students of UPT SPF SDN Garuda Makassar City in Indonesian language subjects using the cooperative integrated reading and composition learning model. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, with the type of classroom action research. The subjects used in this study were class IV UPT SPF SDN Garuda students totaling 24 students. Data collection techniques were observation, tests, and documentation. The data from this study were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that there was an increase in teacher teaching activities, student learning activities, and students' reading comprehension skills. The results of teacher teaching observations in cycle I were in the good category and in cycle II were in the good category. The results of student observations in cycle I were in the moderate category while in cycle II there was an increase to the good category. The results of the reading comprehension ability test also increased, as evidenced in cycle I was in the incomplete category while cycle II increased to the complete category. So, it can be concluded that the application of the cooperative integrated reading and composition learning model can improve reading comprehension skills in Indonesian language subjects for class IV UPT SPF SDN Garuda Makassar City.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kreativitas siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan Model Project Based Learning untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa pada kelas VI SD Inpres Tanakaraeng, Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas. Fokus penelitian yatu penerapan model project based leaning dan pengingkatan kreativitas peserta didik. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 1 guru kelas dan 15 peserta didik kelas VI. Rancangan tindakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas dua siklus yang masing masing siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Model Project Based Learning oleh guru dan aktivitas peserta didik dalam pembelajaran berada pada kategori baik, untuk siklus I dan siklus II. Perkembangan keterampilan peserta didik peserta didik pada siklus I berada pada kategori cukup dan pada siklus II berada pada kategori baik. Jadi, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan model Project Based Learning telah meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik pada kelas VI SD Inpres Tanakaraeng, Kabupaten Gowa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar  siswa  dengan  menerapkan  model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada mata pelajaran Matematika di kelas V SD Negeri 001 Campalagian. Deskripsi fokus pada penelitian ini berupa proses dan hasil belajar. Pelaksanaan tindakan dilakukan selama 2 siklus. Pada setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelakanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Agar dapat mengetahui tingkat presentase keberhasilan siswa, dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan menggunakan lembar tes hasil belajar disetiap siklus. Adapun subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu guru (peneliti) dan siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 21 orang yang terdiri dari 10 orang laki-laki dan 11 orang perempuan. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh setelah melaksanakan siklus I dan siklus II, diperoleh bahwa pada siklus I aktivitas guru dikategorikan baik (B), aktivitas siswa dikategorikan baik (B), dan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa dikategorikan cukup (C). Siklus II aktivitas guru dikategorikan baik sekali (A), aktivitas siswa dikategorikan baik sekali (A), dan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa dikategorikan baik sekali (A). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa proses dan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 001 Campalagian setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada (1) menggambarkan implementasi model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbasis komik matematika digital terhadap kemampuan numerasi siswa kelas IV UPT SDN 153 Marassi Kabupaten Enrekang, (2) mengevaluasi kemampuan numerasi siswa sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan, serta (3) menganalisis dampak dari penerapan PBL berbasis komik matematika digital terhadap kemampuan numerasi siswa kelas IV UPT SDN 153 Marassi Kabupaten Enrekang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain Quasi-experimental. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan purposive, sementara data dikumpulkan melalui tes pretest dan posttest kemampuan numerasi serta lembar observasi pelaksanaan PBL berbasis komik matematika digital. Analisis data mencakup analisis deskriptif, inferensial, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil: (1) Implementasi model PBL berbasis komik matematika digital berjalan efektif. (2) Terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan numerasi siswa (3) Penerapan PBL berbasis komik matematika digital berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan numerasi siswa kelas IV UPT SDN 153 Marassi Kabupaten Enrekang.
