Abstract

Penelitian ini menjawab tantangan yang dihadapi industri filter rokok dalam mengelola perubahan produksi yang sering terjadi, sehingga mempengaruhi produktivitas di tengah meningkatnya permintaan akan beragam produk. Perusahaan ini menggunakan Simulasi Peristiwa Diskrit (DES) untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan mesin, khususnya menargetkan periode pergantian yang berkepanjangan untuk meningkatkan daya saing. Studi ini meninjau kontribusi terkini dalam penerapan DES pada proses manufaktur, dengan menekankan kemanjurannya dalam meningkatkan efisiensi. Metode penelitian melibatkan tiga fase utama: studi proses yang komprehensif, simulasi proses manufaktur, dan peningkatan skenario sistematis. Melalui studi kasus terperinci mengenai pembuatan filter rokok, makalah ini menunjukkan penerapan praktis DES untuk meningkatkan proses pergantian. Dengan membandingkan berbagai skenario, studi ini mengidentifikasi solusi paling efektif, yang menghasilkan peningkatan signifikan sebesar 35,8% dalam operasi penggantian bagian selama konstruksi mekanis. Peningkatan ini setara dengan pengurangan waktu pergantian sebesar 2,2 jam. Penerapan skenario yang dioptimalkan terbukti berperan penting dalam meningkatkan ketersediaan alat berat secara keseluruhan, sehingga memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap efisiensi operasional industri.

Abstract

Rehabilitation of Cibutul Irrigation Area, located in Sukahaji Village, Sukahaji District, Majalengka Regency is a package of work for the Rehabilitation of Irrigation Networks / DAK. It is one of the efforts to restore the function of the irrigation because the malfunction or damage of one of the irrigation structures will affect the performance of the existing irrigation system, resulting in decreased irrigation efficiency and effectiveness. Implementation of rehabilitation work for Cibutul Irrigation Area with scattered work points. The work carried out included making gabions, repairing sabodam wings and repairing linging pairs in the main and secondary channels.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat, termasuk dalam cara bertransaksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji transformasi perilaku bertransaksi masyarakat Kabupaten Purworejo dari penggunaan dompet fisik ke dompet digital. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui metode survei mendalam terhadap orang responden yang dipilih secara purposive dengan kriteria berusia 16–30 tahun dan memiliki dompet digital. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan penggunaan dompet digital, terutama di kalangan generasi muda. Namun, tantangan seperti rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan infrastruktur jaringan, dan kurangnya kepercayaan terhadap sistem digital masih menjadi hambatan utama dalam penyebaran teknologi ini secara merata. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran penting bagi pemangku kepentingan dalam merancang strategi edukasi dan pengembangan ekosistem pembayaran digital yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan di daerah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher competence, learning motivation, and family environment on student learning outcomes. These three variables are considered to be the main factors that interact with each other in shaping learning success. The research approach used was quantitative with a survey method, involving 35 seventh-grade students at MTs Miftahiyah Yasi Bangkalan as a sample selected randomly from a population of 75 students. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and structured interviews using a Likert scale, then analyzed through validity, reliability, regression, and determination coefficient tests. The results of the analysis show that teacher competence, learning motivation, and family environment simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Teacher competence reflects the quality of professionalism that affects the effectiveness of the learning process. Meanwhile, learning motivation has been proven to be the main driver in maintaining student engagement, and the family environment plays a role as the initial foundation for shaping attitudes and support for learning activities. These findings confirm that improving learning outcomes requires a holistic approach that includes integrated interventions in all three aspects. The practical implications of these research results can form the basis for the development of education policies and learning quality improvement programs that are more responsive and sustainable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based digital marketing in increasing customer engagement and conversion rates. The development of digital technology has driven significant changes in marketing strategies, with AI becoming a key element in optimizing the interaction and effectiveness of marketing campaigns. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design to examine the causal relationship between AI-based digital marketing as the independent variable, customer engagement as the mediating variable, and conversion rate as the dependent variable. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to active users of digital platforms who have interacted with AI technology in marketing. Data analysis was performed using linear regression and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine the relationship between variables and the role of mediators. The results show that AI-based digital marketing has a positive and significant influence on customer engagement and conversion rates. Furthermore, customer engagement is proven to act as a mediating variable, strengthening the relationship between AI and conversion rates. These findings suggest that increased conversion is not only directly influenced by AI technology but also through higher consumer engagement. This study provides theoretical contributions to the development of AI-based marketing models and provides practical implications for companies in designing more effective, adaptive, and data-driven marketing strategies. Thus, the integration of AI in digital marketing is a key factor in improving marketing performance in the digital age.
