Abstract

Developing an hotel, apartment, condotel, housing, malls and plazas often happens in various corners of the Yogyakarta region. This fact is also triggered increasingly high demand for housing in the city (city living) which is adjacent to the location of work, study or daily activities or in this case is a mix-used planning called Mix-Used JogjaOne Park (JOP). This study aims to determine the magnitude of the impact of traffic on the trip generation and attraction caused Mix-Used JogjaOne Park (JOP) either on the existing condition or when operational in 2020 and 2025. The method used to predict the method of traffic generation using a comparison against similar activities. For comparative exercise activity, is used as a comparison Ambarukmo Plaza mall and shopping activities. While Mataram City as a comparison of activities and hotel apartments. Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual 1997 is used to determine the performance analysis of the road network. From the analysis conducted, the performance conditions on Jalan Adi Sucipto still at LOS D (DS <0.9) on the existing conditions, while at operaisonal at LOS E (DS <1). The condition is not signalized intersection Babarsari - Jl. Adi Sucipto at LOS B (average delay of 5.1 to 15 sec / veh) on condition eksiting, while the LOS still operational at the signalized intersection LOS B. In the East Ringroad - Jl. Adi Sucipto at LOS F (delay (sec / veh)> 60) on condition eksting, while also operating at LOS F. And at three signalized intersections Janti Fly Over at LOS D (delay average is 25.1 to 40 seconds / veh) on condition eksting, whereas when operating at LOS E ((delay average is 40.1 to 60 sec / veh).

Abstract

A road is a facility created to facilitate transportation by land and plays a major role in the technology and development of a region. The increase in economic activity in a region from year to year cannot be separated from the availability of facilities and infrastructure on one of the roads in the SRI MULYONO TNI AU base complex. HERBAL SYMBOLS . In the city of Palembang, road facilities and infrastructure often become damaged over time. Sometimes this increase in traffic volume is not accompanied by an increase in road capacity. Therefore, efficient transportation services are needed as one of the land transportation infrastructure, the most important of which is roads as connecting access between one place and another so that it is easier to reach. Road infrastructure development aims to facilitate the flow of distribution of goods and services, as well as play a role in improving the quality of life and human welfare. To restore the service condition of this road, road maintenance is needed. One type of road maintenance is road improvement. Road improvements can take the form of improving the road pavement structure and also widening the road to increase road capacity.Keywords: Implementation of rehabilitation and improvement of road sections

Abstract

The world of information technology is currently developing very quickly, so many private companies are trying to expand their business, especially in the field of information technology. Small to medium companies also need a stable and safe internet network so that the company can grow. Companies that have branch offices in geographically separated locations must use a Wide Area Network (WAN) to be connected. SD-WAN is a special software from Software-Defined Network (SDN) technology, which is used on WAN (wide area network) connections. This research aims to provide solutions to small and medium companies to increase the SLA (Zero Downtime) of their connectivity. Currently, by implementing SD-WAN to improve the performance of head office and branch networks with a low budget. Using the PPDIOO method which is Cisco's life cycle network design approach to support computer network development. The PPDIOO method is an abbreviation of the research design used, namely Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate and Optimize. After implementing SD-WAN, this becomes a solution that can replace the function of the Juniper router currently used and reduce the burden of internet subscription costs due to its implementation. This SD-WAN simply uses 1 internet link and 1 MPLS link.

Abstract

The Indonesian state has institutions as a reflection of democracy. Which puts people as the holders of sovereignty. The institution is the house of representatives which is incorporated in the legislative power. In determining the membership of the house of representatives, it remains through the electoral mechanism using the electoral system or the election. This research uses normative juridical research by studying the source of primary law and the source of legal sequences that are either legislation or research results to be carried out an institutional theory approach. The institution has the duty and function in the part of the indonesian state administration system to represent the aspirations or interests of the people. In addition to the duties and function of these institutions have rights that are not owned by other institutions.

Abstract

Manajemen kurikulum dalam konteks pembelajaran jarak jauh, mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi serta solusi modern yang dapat diterapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur terkait implementasi kurikulum dalam lingkungan pembelajaran daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kurikulum untuk pembelajaran jarak jauh menghadapi tantangan utama seperti keterbatasan interaksi langsung, perbedaan akses teknologi, dan kesulitan dalam pemantauan kemajuan siswa. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, artikel ini mengusulkan beberapa solusi, termasuk penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran canggih, pengembangan kurikulum yang fleksibel dan adaptif, serta pelatihan intensif bagi pendidik untuk memanfaatkan alat dan platform digital secara efektif. Selain itu, pentingnya dukungan teknis dan administratif yang berkelanjutan serta strategi evaluasi yang komprehensif juga dibahas sebagai bagian dari solusi. Pendekatan yang diusulkan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas pembelajaran jarak jauh, memastikan bahwa kurikulum tetap relevan dan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik dalam lingkungan digital yang terus berkembang. Dengan menerapkan strategi-strategi ini, diharapkan institusi pendidikan dapat mengatasi tantangan pembelajaran jarak jauh dan memanfaatkan peluang yang ditawarkan oleh teknologi untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih inklusif dan efisien.

Abstract

Urban transportation systems face increasing challenges due to traffic congestion, air pollution, and the overreliance on private vehicles. Promoting a shift to more sustainable transport modes, such as bicycles, is one strategy to address these issues. This study analyzes the potential for a modal shift from private vehicles to bicycles among students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Using the Stated Preference (SP) method, data were collected through questionnaires to assess individuals' willingness to switch transport modes under various scenarios, such as improvements in cycling infrastructure, safety, and travel time. The analysis identifies key factors that influence mode choice and estimates the probability of modal shift under different policy interventions. The findings provide essential insights for urban planners and university stakeholders in developing effective bicycle lane networks and supporting facilities. The study concludes that with adequate infrastructure and supporting policies, the potential for bicycle use on campus can be significantly increased

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategic planning of Islamic education implemented at SMP Plus Darussalam Banyuwangi in realizing the vision and mission of the institution, with a focus on the integration of religious values and local culture.This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design to analyze the strategic planning of Islamic education at SMP Plus Darussalam Banyuwangi. Data sources include in-depth interviews with principals, teachers, parents and stakeholders, direct observation at the school, and documentation such as strategic planning and annual reports. Data were thematically analyzed to identify patterns and themes that support or hinder strategic planning. This research aims to provide a holistic understanding of the implementation of strategic planning in Islamic education. The results of this study show that SMP Plus Darussalam Banyuwangi successfully integrates religious values, local culture and technology in educational strategic planning. The main focus on character education shapes students' noble morals according to Islamic teachings, while the active involvement of stakeholders ensures the relevance of the school's vision and mission to local needs. The flexibility of the curriculum allows for adaptation to the times without compromising traditional values.
