Abstract

Kanker payudara muncul karena adanya pertumbuhan sel sel yang tidak normal dan tidak terkontrol. Tingginya angka kematian paling banyak disebabkan karena keterlambatan diagnosa yang diikuti keterlambatan pengobatan. Keterlambatan diagnosa biasanya dikarenakan kedatangan pasien ke rumah sakit pada stadium lanjut (stage III dan IV). Masyarakat perlu mengetahui dengan pasti terkait kanker payudara, agar penderitanya tidak bertambah dan menimbulkan dampak sosial yang besar. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat menambah manfaat dalam hal pengetahuan, pemahaman kepada masyarakat umum terkait kanker payudara yang penderitanya selalu bertambah. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil masyarakat telah memahami terkait kanker payudara, bagaimana cara pencegahannya dan gambaran rehabilitasi yang dapat diterapkan pada masyarakat umum.Kata kunci: Kanker payudara

Abstract

In this service, we convey the importance of warming up and cooling down on the incidence of injuries in athletes. The warming up and cooling down on out must have the right duration and be effective. Through good knowledge, athletes can carry out injury prevention methods in accordance with the experience and knowledge gained. To determine the level of warming up and cooling down knowledge, it can be measured using a questionnaire and athlete screening (FMS examination). This service aims to share knowledge with athletes about what a warming up and cooling down is so that it can reduce the number of injuries in VENUS SEMARANG futsal athletes.

Abstract

Every sport has stages that need to be done to avoid injury, such as warming up, core movements and cooling down. The heating and cooling carried out must have the right duration and be effective. Knowledge has a role in reducing the risk of injury. With good knowledge, athletes can carry out injury prevention methods according to the experience and knowledge gained through various media. To find out the level of heating and cooling knowledge, it can be measured using a questionnaire. This service aims to share knowledge with athletes about what warming up and cooling down is so that it can reduce the number of injuries among Central Java PPLP karate athletes.

Abstract

importance of warming up and cooling down before and after carrying out sports activities for Central Java PPLP silat athletes. Physical fitness is a need that must be met so that we can carry out daily life activities well. Another definition, physical fitness is the body's ability to carry out activities without experiencing excessive fatigue. If warming up helps our body make the transition from a state of rest to moderate activity, then cooling down makes it relax and calm again after the body has carried out training or competition activities. To determine the level of heating and cooling knowledge, it can be measured using a questionnaire. This service aims to share knowledge with athletes about what a warm-up and cool-down is so that it can reduce the incidence of injuries in Central Java PPLP martial arts athletes.

Abstract

Leg power training is defined as a movement to get the jump in athletes doing the maximum jump smash. Badminton requires leg muscle explosive power because it is the muscle's ability to overcome loads and with a high speed of contraction. This study aims to determine differences in the effect of jump to box training, a combination of core plank knee to elbow on increasing leg power in badminton athletes. This study used an experimental design method with a pre-test and post-test design. The treatment group was given the Jump To Box Combination Core Plank Knee To Elbow exercise. The number of each group was 13 and each group was given exercise 3 times a week for 6 weeks. Measurement of leg muscle power in badminton athletes with the Vertical Jump Test. The value of the study showed that in the group with increased leg muscle power, the pre-test mean value was 34.69 ± 5.46, which increased to 38.38 ± 5.72 during the post test and obtained a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05). It was concluded that giving Jump To Box training in combination with Core Plank Knee To Elbow can increase leg muscle power in badminton athletes.
